I traveled with my family, including my daughters aged 28 and 15. The apartments are very conveniently located, close to the metro and Hyde Park, and within walking distance of museums. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The apartments are clean and equipped with everything you need. There’s a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, as well as tea provided. The mattresses are excellent. You can adjust the temperature in the apartment to your comfort. It's also possible to leave your luggage after check-out and pick it up later. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back.

The location is excellent, just across the road from Hyde Park, with the subway station and bus station at the door. The room is very clean, the service is good, and we checked in early, which solved the jet lag problem. The facilities are complete, the kitchen carefully prepared morning tea, and there is water in the refrigerator. You can also boil hot water to make tea. It is very comfortable for a group of people to stay, and the bed and pillow are very comfortable. The surrounding life is also convenient, there are many restaurant options, and the supermarket is not far away. If I have the opportunity to come next time, I will choose to stay here again.

Early check-out at 11 AM! Cleaning is only done every other day, It needs to be more thorough and consistent to maintain the expected standard. We even saw a spider, which raises concerns about cleanliness. The “balcony” is misleading — it’s actually a fire exit, not a real balcony. High cost

One of the best apartments I've ever rented. Best location ever. Across the street is Hyde Park, next door is the tube station. The apartment is renovated, everything is clean, and there is double glazing on the windows, so there is no street noise. There is 24/7 reception, always with a smile, and it is surrounded by small supermarkets and restaurants. Prime location and prime apartment.

Everything was perfect

We absolutely loved our time at the Fountain House. The location is perfect for being close to everything but away from the busy streets. Our favorite thing about the location was being right across the street from the Italian Gardens. The apartment was very nice and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

The location for us was ideal, as well as the layout of the apartment. We were not there for shopping or sight seeing we were watching the cricket at Lords. Saying that walking to sights was easy, and a large variety of restaurants and cafes close by. The apartment was very well maintained and contained a great mini kitchen with all facilities.

The property is clean, well laid out and the 24h staff are polite and helpful. The apartment itself was a good size, three bedrooms and perfect for us. It is also opposite an entrance to Hyde Park and next door to Lancaster Gate, so getting around was a breeze. The whole experience felt very accommodating.

Nothing not to like

The convenient location, the friendly staff at reception, the fact that the heating was on when we arrived (it was a bitterly cold winter weekend), that there was no problem arranging an early check-in or late check-out... We also appreciated the tasteful furnishings and general amenities: plenty of space, large, comfortable beds and excellently insulated windows.

Exceptionally good location. Step away from Hyde Park and 10 minutes walk from Oxford street. Both the reception person ( if I remember the name Mr farhad) and the manager Mr. Yousef were always there help and support. Thanks to both of them
