I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the overall experience was great, what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the front desk receptionist Ayesha. Upon entering my room, I noticed the sheets weren’t as clean as expected, and I decided to share my concern with the front desk. From the moment I approached Ayesha, she listened with genuine care, showing both patience and understanding in handling the situation. Without hesitation, she sincerely apologized and took immediate action to resolve the issue, demonstrating a level of professionalism that made me feel valued as a guest. To my pleasant surprise, she upgraded my room to ensure I was comfortable and satisfied with my stay. Ayesha's warmth, attentiveness, and dedication to guest satisfaction truly set her apart. Thanks to her, my stay ended up being memorable, and I left with a great impression of the hotel’s customer service. I’m grateful for her kindness and highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for staff who go above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed and cared for.
as it is my second stay, I am a bit disappointed with cleaning level this time as it was spotless last time.

We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to the Queen Suite, which is the hotel’s finest accommodation. The room itself was incredibly spacious, exceptionally comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Moreover, the windows offered a beautiful view, adding to the overall appeal. One feature we particularly appreciated was the water filter station on every floor. It allowed us to enjoy clean and refreshing water without the need to purchase bottled water, which aligns with our commitment to environmental sustainability. Additionally, the lobby exuded style and sophistication, with plenty of comfortable couches to relax on. All in all, our stay was exceptional, thanks to the impressive room, the scenic view, and the hotel’s environmentally conscious amenities.
Gym requires booking and it’s very small.

The staff, location, a relatively new hotel with the benefits that go,with that compared to older hotels in London, with smart though casual feel.
Second time I stayed in May due to an unexpected issue which delayed a flight home. The marketing of the hotel rooms, e.g. website photos, descriptions, does not provide warning that some of the rooms are in the basement with the only natural light through a light well. I would never book such a room if this was more clearly described as a possibility with the room category picked in booking. Staff were good first time in moving my wife and I after one night to a nicer room with a view but at the cost of losing the kingside bed. Second booking, a better room offered from the outset with kingside bed.

Location was great,. Very close to Paddington Station and lots of good cafes and restaurants. Hyde Park a short walk. Booked a Roomy room and it was a good size by London standards. New, clean with a lift and air conditioning.
Staff are very young and inexperienced. Not able to deal with issues. Seem unaware of what constitutes good service. We had several weird instances with staff that made it seem fawlty towers like. The hotel itself is great but they clearly need to be paying staff more and providing better training to the people working here. Several staff could not speak English and seemed unclear about processes and protocols. This hotel seems to have spent lots of money on branding but not the people to bring those promises to life

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is truly as eco-friendly as it gets. When I asked for an explanation, one of the managers personally accompanied us and explained everything in the room — from how they reduce carbon consumption to the local producers who supply materials, making the hotel genuinely ecological. I also loved the design, everything was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Overall, a really great hotel that combines comfort with sustainability.
We were disappointed to see that the menu still includes non-vegan options. In a hotel that is so deeply committed to ecology, it feels inconsistent to serve animal-based products, which are among the biggest contributors to global warming.

The location was really convenient and the decor was beautiful! I liked the products and small eco friendly details in our room, like no plastic bottles.
The breakfast... In my opinion the selection was quite narrow and the portions were small. We had to wait for the service and coffee for a long time and also asked for water several times. On the last morning we couldn't even get coffee because we left early to the airport. Only overnight oats (even though we paid the whole price) Our room was super small (and cute) but definitely not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel... Also we could hear everything from the street and the hallway. The bed made a lot of noise every time one turned and it wasn't the most comfiest.

The location is phenomenal and very walkable to London hot spots or the tube. Each room in the hotel is unique and very tastefully done, while still functional. Staff was very friendly and accommodated a very late check in. Mineral Water and coffee are available at various stations throughout, excellent amenity.
Just a part of the London experience, but the hotel is right across the street from a trash and recycling bin collection area which gets A LOT of visitors. So, you’ll be awakened fairly early by the sounds of the bins slamming shut or glass bottles breaking. Nothing really the hotel can do and overall very minor issue, just a note for other guests.

The room we stayed in was quite small and the Kay out was not something I was comfortable with , The size of the toilet was extremely small and also shower space was very limited . There wasn’t anywhere to place my personal shower essential when showering which was a little inconvenient. Also the toilet sink being outside in the bedroom was not hygienic for me and not convenient at all. Aside from that I enjoyed my staff , the location was convenient, staff were friendly , we were served by Ayesha who was ever so pleasant and friendly x

I loved the hotel’s perfect location, which made exploring the area convenient and enjoyable. The cosy ambiance made it feel like a home away from home. The rooms I stayed in were excellent—comfortable, well-designed, and inviting. Additionally, the exceptional hospitality from Ayesha and Leona at the front desk truly stood out, adding a warm and personal touch to the experience.
The only aspect I didn’t like about the hotel was the sink in the room, as it was too small and a bit inconvenient to use. However, this was a minor issue compared to the overall positive experience.

The lobby restaurant and library area were spacious and relaxing. The food was healthy and delicious. And Fernando who ran the restaurant was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. There was also a free area to fill up with fresh filtered water on every floor -- a huge savings!
I would have liked to have a small refrigerator in the room. There was no way to keep things cold.
