I liked how quiet the location was and how it was only a 10 minute walk max to the nearest Tube station. The room was clean and comfortable - especially the bed! I slept really well. I also liked how you could barely hear any noise when you where in the rooms. The hotel is located near London City airport and there were planes flying out constantly but you couldn't hear them at all! It was actually cool seeing them taking off and landing! The facilities downstairs in the lobby area were great too! I also really liked how the reception area was still open past midnight. During our stay we went to two concerts that were held at Tottenham Spurs Stadium and we didn't get back till nearly midnight (night 1) and nearly 1am (night 2) - reception were still open both nights and because of that we were able to buy water to drink. Oh and the aircon in the rooms! 10/10!
The only thing I'd like to see improved was the shower head. The water pressure was weak so washing my hair was proved a little difficult and I wished the water actually went cold. When put on the coldest temperature it was still mildly warm which after spending a warm day in the city and being sweaty after two concerts isn't ideal but it isn't the end of the world!.

Beds were very comfy, loved watching the planes landing and taking off from my bed via the room window. Was amazed at just how close we were in view of the runway, but when the windows are closed, you cannot hear them, so they'd be no annoyance for those who aren't too keen. The complimentary breakfasts are very generous and offer a wide selection for different cultures/visitors from all parts of the world! Very modern rooms with modern tvs, which allowed my son to stream apps like Disney and Netflix from our phones to the tv - with super fast WiFi. Towels were changed daily, and the room was cleaned daily whilst you were out
The room was a bit small, so I can imagine it being annoying for people who would spend a bit longer than we did in the room. We were out for 12 hours a day so it was only needed for 2 hours to wind down before sleeping but those who have come just for a concert or event and not particularly to sight see might feel a bit closed in. The bar area is quite large, but as a none alcohol drinker at £4 for a bottle of water i wouldn't be able to spend too long in there.

How helpful and resourceful the staff was to assist us. They were willing to sort out whatever they could. The beds were comfortable, sofa-bed slightly squeaky but we can live with that. Shower was as good as it gets in London (don't expect high pressure but you will still get a good shower). The room was lovely as were the facilities. I do want to point out to the traveller seeing this that the Royal Albert on the DLR is the closest train and if you want to get to a shopping center then changing to the Jubilee at Canning Town and head to Westfield at Stratford. Heading into central? Take the DLR to Custom House and swap over to the Elizabeth line it will take you all the way into town!
There honestly wasn't anything to dislike.,

Didn't realise there would be cooked elements of the breakfast, thought it was only continental so this was a lovely surprise. Breakfast was of good very good quality, the bacon was delicious! The family room was amazing, great size and met our needs. First time staying at a Moxy so will stay again. Nice to be able to check in early as one of the rooms was available. The light under the bed was a nice touch as it sensed movement even during the night.
The queen bed room wasn't ready at 3pm but staff did rally round to then ensure it had been checked by housekeeping. The rooms could do with more plug sockets. Struggled to charge all of the devices at the same time. Bathrooms in the queen rooms were very small, not much room to dry and change.

We only bought snacks and drinks from the hotel as we ate at the o2 arena as a mother and daughter treat during our stay but the service we received was great
There was nothing not to like. It was lively in the bar area the one night and there is music playing at all times however you cannot hear a thing from the room. We were on the top floor so that may have played a part on this but it was great, brilliant atmosphere. First time visiting London and I loved it, my daughter was upset to leave as London now has her heart...she cried.

Overall a great experience. Great location, easy to get around London. The tube is only a five minute walk away. And is located right next to the Royal Docks. Breakfast was good, lots to choose from. And the bar is open 24/7 which is a nice touch. Rooms were nice and clean. The only downside was we didn’t sleep well. We didn’t go to bed until after 1am, but the sound of music from downstairs continued long after that. Even though we seemed to be the last to leave the bar area? The mattress and pillows were quite uncomfortable, I woke up with a stiff neck. We also woke up sweating more than once. We could open the windows, but that also increased the noise levels. That said, we would still return and recommend to others.

Very clean, nice decor, friendly. Room was lovely nice decor fluffy towels, kettle/tea/coffee etc in room /great shower etc. Reception staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Food was good - no complaints - great price for an overnight stay in London a very close walk to Royal Albert DLR station. 15 mins in an Uber (£10) to the o2 for an evening event very handy.
A little remote - in a row of 5 other hotels but nothing around (no shops/bars around at all if that matters to you). This means you are having to buy v expensive £4/750ml bottles of water from the hotel unless you bring your own for the room. They provide 2 x 250ml water cartons in the room. Almost opposite the runway at London City Airport so got woken up very early with the first flights taking off. My friends were staying at the back of the hotel and didn’t get woken up so I suppose it depends on where your room is - mine was 116 looking over the carpark/Travelodge next door. Photo shows view from this room across to airport.

We love the staff, every time we come everyone is so sweet and when we mentioned being cold we got a small heater to take up to remedy the situation. Also very glad oatmilk was an option at the bat for coffee.
There were some odd stains on the ceiling that we couldn't identify. Every room we've stayed in has had the issue that the showers aren't sealed well enough and obviously they aren't new and it's noticeable. As much as I appreciate the emphasis on recycling, we always feel bad for overfilling the bin and with a lot of items that aren't featured on it but it's the only option.

The room was lovely, was a large space and was split into two by tv either side of a divided wall, lounge & bedroom. Lounge sofa converted to another double bed, plenty of room for the three of us. Beds were lovely and comfy. Bathroom was also roomy, and clean. Staff very pleasant and helpful. London City Airport literally just across the road, but glazed windows kept the noise out of the room. Just a few minutes walk from the tube.
Only moan and very slight, lots of hotels around us, but not much else.

Room though small was adequate for us it was spotlessly clean and beds were comfortable
We stayed while Jehovas Witness conference was being held and the noise outside till well after 3 am was shocking and could not sleep which spoilt an otherwise very nice stay. I was suprised a staff member did not go out to ask them to be quiet. Saying all the above we would stay again , just not at the same time as their conference Picky but one more thing need to be able to make toast with breakfast
