Amazing location and hotel was a real gem in Central London.. very nice staff and very helpful..
One very small quibble was the shower was hard to control with very hot temperatures and sprayed a bit over the bathroom..but its a very minor trouble

Breakfast was very nice, lots of variety. Staff were so friendly helpful and hospitable, very much enjoyed my stay, despite the heatwave which everyone was suffering from. The provided fan helped.

The location is great! Few blocks from Russel Square underground and from Euston station. Plenty of buses line around too. Staff is nice. Room and bathroom clean and comfortable. I recommend this hotel!
Not so great sound proofing, you can hear conversations from other rooms. If you are a light sleeper that might be a problem.

The hotel is located in a nice and quiet area with several tube stations within walking distance. The room was a bit small but still very comfortable. Great staff both in the reception, in the bar and in the breakfast restaurant. Excelent breakfast with plenty of items to choose from. Highly recommended.
Nothing really apart from that the room was quite hot and we couldn't adjust the temperature of the radiator. We had to sleep with the window open which is a waste of energy and not very sustainable.

The beds were very comfortable. The room was very well sound proof and only heard noise when the windows were open. The staff were very nice and cleaned our room perfectly every day. The breakfast was amazing! They had a huge buffet with so many options.
There was no air conditioning in the room because of this we had to leave the windows open every night, which was pretty noisy. it’s a very old hotel which we didn’t mind, but it could use some refurbishments in places like the floor. It was kind of dirty.

Staff was kind and helpful. We were staying at Double Standard room, it was medium size and comfortable. Very clean. We wanted a room with view but as we were staying for long time they gave as a quiet room without outside noize but the view was not good. Breakfast was excellent, it was definitely worth the pay. The property had umbrellas at the groundfloor for rent, with very affordable price, so if you forget to take an umbrella with you for rainy London, hotel takes care. )) Very good overall for 3 star hotel, we recommend.
Shower was not for tall people, we didn’t have problems having a bath as we are 168-170 sm, but for taller people it will be inconvenient to have a shower as it’s static and not moving.

We arrived by Eurostar at St. Pancras International station, which is within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is nicely situated opposite a little park. Breakfast was very good, so much choice, complete English breakfast, little (chocolate) croissants, buns, fresh fruits, different kinds of yogurts and cereals, toasted bread, all kinds of coffees and of course tea. Me and my 18-year-old son stayed for 4 days, the metro stations are near the hotel (an 8-minute walk), bus stations are closer by, and we actually saw almost everything we wanted to see in London.
Just one small remark about the bathroom. The shower is in the bath, which is quite small to stand in.

The breakfast was really good. Nice selections. The staff were very friendly & helpful - special mention to Jenie (Cleaning Staff) and Anish (Bar Staff) for their excellent service. I liked that the room had a bath & the water pressure was good. Bed was comfy and the room was pretty clean & quiet. The location was very close to central London but not too close. There were buses & underground very close by. We ate in the Woolf & Whistle restaurant twice for dinner & the food was good & reasonably priced. Didn't try the Indian restaurant but it smelled pretty good. Good selection of pubs, restaurants & convenience stores nearby.
The room was compact & there was nowhere to place your luggage. The only cupboard was quite small - so not much hanging space. The room got quite warm & stuffy during the day, it came with a desk fan which helped a little but this room would be very hot if the weather was warmer. There was no mini-refrigerator in the room we booked which I thought was odd. I had to ask for skim milk every day in the dining room for breakfast, but this was not a major drama.

Great location, excellent staff, once moved to the 5th floor- comfortable room with tea and coffee making facilities. Poppadom Restaurant was great (service and food). Bar area cosy and good ambience. Half spare ribs delicious - all good.
1st night of 4 night stay on top floor was horrible. No air conditioning and room was cluttered with too much furniture - it wad unbearably hot. Unfair on staff to let rooms in these conditions (windows open only a few inches). Necessary for management to pay to install wall fitted air conditioning units if letting top floor rooms - unhealthy to have paying customers in them - there are health and safety regulations that need following https://www.hse.gov.uk/temperature/employer/the-law.htm

-bed -breakfast -staff -location
-bathroom design: we had two twin rooms, one had a such small space for wc that it was almost hard to get in for a medium size person; the glass wall of the shower box was to short to prevent the water coming out; the faucet was placed so far away from the sink that it was complicated to wash our hands -attention: in summer better avoid the twin rooms with garden view of 1st or 2nd floor. As there is no AC, keeping the windows open is the only option (though you have a small fan available), but garden view means directly above the main road, it may be troublesome for people sensitive to noises
