Comfortable, quiet rooms, great view, lovely decor and facilities, complimentary items were a lovely bonus. staff friendly, good location. would definitely stay there again!

Our room smelt of smoke when we arrived so we requested another which was perfect. Also I checked in online a few days before and requested room to be setup with 2 singles but the first room we were given was set up as a double with sofabed made up and the room felt much smaller as a result. The room we moved to was Arranged as requested and it was perfect! Thanks for sorting us out!

I loved the friendly staff, who was very helpful from the start! The room was also clean, quite spacious (considering it's London), and had a lot of little details that I enjoyed. I loved the Nespresso machine in the room with complimentary capsules and MILK! Usually, hotels don't give you fresh milk, which is such an awesome little detail that can make your day. Also - great bedding and a comfortable bed is always a must in my book!

The bathroom could be freshened up a bit, and some extra storage space would be nice.

The best hotel I have stayed at in my life. The staff is just amazing, the equipment and facilities stellar, the overall atmosphere and ambience first class. I could not have wished for a better stay. The room on the 13th floor has an amazing view of the skyscrapers in the area and a Tower bridge far away. Everything is spotlessly clean. The kitchen is fully equipped.

I do not prefer soft mattresses but this is just a matter of taste.

I liked the location, the simple design and the coffee shops in that area.

Wardrobe space and storage for other items like cosmetics are missing. As a woman, I missed having a shelf, drawers or something similar.

Wonderful Stay at Wilde Aparthotel Aldgate – Perfect for Our Honeymoon! We had an absolutely fantastic week at Wilde Aparthotel in Aldgate. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and welcoming. When the team found out we were on our honeymoon, they surprised us with a lovely welcome basket filled with goodies – such a thoughtful and personal touch that made us feel truly special. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped, and the mid-week cleaning service (which was complimentary) was both necessary and very much appreciated. The whole property had a well-maintained, stylish feel, and the staff were consistently polite and professional throughout our stay. The location worked out really well for us. While the surrounding area is fairly quiet in the evenings and perhaps not ideal for those looking to head out for a drink or dinner just steps from the hotel, it was perfect for our sightseeing plans. We were visiting the Tower of London, Tower Bridge, and the riverside area nearby – all within a 10-15 minute walk. St. Paul's Cathedral and the Tate Modern were also easy to reach on foot, which made this a very convenient base. For dining options, Brick Lane is not far and offers fantastic Indian restaurants, plus there’s a trendy market hall in the area with great food options and atmosphere. Overall, we had a superb stay. If your focus is on visiting the Tower and surrounding landmarks, this is an excellent choice. If you’re looking for a more lively nightlife scene right outside your door, you might prefer a different part of London – but for us, Wilde Aparthotel Aldgate was just right!

A few small things to note: If you're staying for a full week, a second cleaning service would be helpful – it does get a bit dusty, and while there's a small broom available, the cleaning tools aren't ideal for a longer stay. Also, the windows can't be opened due to the building's full air-conditioning system – not a problem for us, but good to know. There are a few shops in the area, but not a wide selection directly nearby.

The staff was amazingly friendly and very helpful, my kids and I loved that friendliness. I got coffee offered, and had a glass of champagne for Valentines day, kids got sweets, they was always a small attention to start the day with. The building inside is quite modern, the finishings are well done, bathrooms modern, very well isolated, we had a great skyline view, the kitchenette was well equipped with an Espresso machine, toaster, induction, and we really slept super well cos it was very quiet. The towels heat was quiet practical, and the shower worked very well.

The room was quiet small for 3 people, and some real storages were missing, the storages under the bed were dusty and not convenient, I hit my feet whenever I opened them. The bathroom was also quite tiny, and there was no storage or space, just to hang towels and a small corner for our toothbrushes. There was also lots of dust between the window and the bed and the curtain moved the dust into the bed. Other then this, there was once a weird issue with the housekeeping which they excused and replaced, not important to mention as they really did their best to be great.

The staff was amazingly friendly and when they heard that my son my mum and me had a bet going on about whether the room is ready or not and the looser had to pay for ice cream we got a complementary one. The room had everything needed… most comfortable bed and pillows ever and the view from 12th floor was just wow. There was a dishwasher, big fridge with ice shelf and branded dishes and cutlery. The shower was spacious and clean as was the whole room when we arrived. There was a capsule coffee machine and tea beats as well as milk in the fridge. Location was good: calm and close to brick lane and Spitalfields and underground and busses run nearby. A Tesco supermarket is also not too far away.

That the Windows couldn’t be opened and the AC was sort of always running was a bit irritating but once could get used to this. A bit more storage room for the clothes would have been great but there were some drawers and hangers and we managed to live out of the suitcases.

Room was lovely and staff very nice

The location of you come out of the hotel and turn right and head that way it’s lovely but if you turn left and head that way it’s dirty and does feel intimidating and like you’re in another country And the breakfast is ridiculous I paid £32 for me and my partner and all there was was some bread we had to cut ourselves for toast, some cereals, small meat selection like ham and salami and a bit of cheese that’s it, for £16 each you’d at least expect a small English breakfast buffet or something but apart from these two things it was absolutely lovely and very clean

The hotel is very modern, cozy and comfortable. We were 3 adults in one room and although we had 2 single beds and the sofa bed opened, it was a bit cramped but still we could be comfortable in the room. It had everything we needed concerning the kitchen and bathroom. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The view from our room was great.

We don't have many or major negative complaints. Just the fact that room cleaning left the floor out. The location is also in a more commercial place but it is perfect when someone uses the tube and bus.

Location, high tech thingy, kitchen appliances and general set up, spare sets of blankets, pillows and towels, view! ❤️

There was nothing that I did not like. We stayed on the 13th floor and I wonder if it gets stuffy, but they do have an air conditioning+ Dyson independent one in the bedroom.
