The room was comfortable - the towels and bedding were good, there was plentiful hot water, and the beds comfortable. There was free Wi-Fi, TV and parking. The food was freshly cooked and reasonably priced, as was the bar. The staff were really friendly. The location was excellent - you could walk into central Manchester and there was a bus stop less than a two minute walk. The cost was reasonable. There were shops literally across the road. It was quite.

It is an older hotel and some parts were a little tired.

Location was great . 20 minute stroll into the city for a gig . Perfect for one night stay if attending an event .Retail park with supermarket and fast food restaurants a stone throw away. Room had everything I needed .Check in from 2pm good . Hotel is fenced off which was good security .Hotel is basic and somewhat dated- but absolutely served its purpose .I read the reviews - don't let them put you off . If you're fussy - stay somewhere else . Breakfast was good. Overall Happy.

Nothing to do with the hotel really - just be careful crossing the roads outside going into the city . Think wacky races meets frogger !

Pleasant enough accommodation at a reasonable price. Clean room. Decent size bathroom. Easy to operate in-room heater. Despite nearby construction work and very busy adjacent roads, I had no overnight noise problems. Pleasant reception staff. Strange system of having to produce photo ID upon checking in. Large on site car park.

I was on foot and, made the mistake of using an A-Z map to locate the hotel. Unfortunately, the area is undergoing major redevelopment, which, together with very busy surrounding roads, made finding the place something of a challenge.

Room was clean, but there is no toilet brush in the toilet. We asked for fresh towels, and we received it immideatley. OK value for the price, worth the money at the end.

It was to hot in the room, and we had open window for the whole day and night, and at 5:00 every morning came truck and unloaded stuff and groceries, and it woke us up every morning. Thermo King was working on the truck and it was so insanely loud. I understand that the goods have to be delivered for the restaurant and hotel to function, but can't it be a bit later, if it has to be so loud? Beds are pretty soft, mattreses are cheap. I slept in a lot of cheaper or similar priced accomodations with much better beds and mattreses, so I find it could be better. I would expect more for breakfast only 1 sausage, 1 egg in full english breakfast, I found it not enough, like a half portion. There were some other things in buffet, but it was minimalistic.

Like the room was in a separate building. Warm and comfy bed. Room was warm, hot water running no problems. Overall stayed was good and I'd return only if they review their rates to match what they offer.

For this price I'd expect a bit more, ie. breakfast could have bigger choice, teaspoon in the room, bottle of water in the room, evening menue - pizza only... It would be ok if I paid around £80 for the room, but not £115 comparing to the other hotels in Manchester Salford and city centre, I'd would expect more from Campanile for the price they are charging me.

Cheap, clean, comfortable, good value for money. Well located for what I needed and very efficient check in and check out procedure. Rooms a little dated but for the value you're getting it's a good trade off. I stayed one night for business and it was perfectly serviceable, not sure I'd want to stay for several days if I was on holiday though.

Bath/shower slightly small, dated rooms, walls a bit thin, located on a busy road (although not too noisy to sleep)

It was an excellent experience during the stay at Hotel Campanile, room was clean with nice facilities. Location is amazing walking distance from Sainsbury, KFC, Mcdonald, shopping park and some good restaurants. Just opposite to the petrol stations. Many rooms are having river view. Good number of parking spaces available which are paid separately for hourly or day rate. Per day parking paid £6.7

Staff were welcoming and polite the hotel smelt fresh and looked clean as we went into the reception and hotel hallway. Room was clean, bed/pillows were comfortable room was quiet couldn’t hear noise from other rooms. Restaurant was clean again friendly staff plenty of food and drink on offer, cooked breakfast was cooked fresh and delicious. Loved how they had their own coffee. Location was fab shops and food near by and only a short walk to town.

All I would say is room decor and lighting was a little dated, but had all the necessary facilities needed in a room. I think spoons in the rooms instead of wooden stirrers would be better so you can make more than one drink.

Location, privacy, double door to bedrom from hallway - no corridor sounds or from neighbours.

the breakfast.... even though it was was cooked to order which was nice. it was a tiny breakfast ...1 egg, 1 sausage, 1 piece of bacon and a tiny portion of baked beans in a tiny cup... enquired afterwards and told that guests need to ask for extra items...that information is no volunteered.

Very handy for the Aviva studio and near enough to walk into the city centre. The twin room was suitable for the overnight stay.

The corridor to the room smelt of cigarette smoke. Having to go outside from the reception/bar/restaurant to the building that had the bedrooms. A covered walkway would be better. .The beds were ok, not the comfiest but not totally uncomfortable
