A lovely property in the centre of Manchester but still quiet. The apartment was really nice, clean and comfortable! Soaps, shampoo, conditioner and extra toilet towel and towels were all provided and scents I would actually purchase myself. In the kitchen they provide everything you need to clean your dishes by hand and/or in the dishwasher. Ground coffee and a cafetière which was a nice surprise and greatly appreciated for the morning. All receptionists were very welcoming and helpful! I didn’t get a chance to go to the gym but it was a lovely extra option to have at no extra cost. There is a smoking area downstairs so you don’t have to stand on the street. Honestly everything was amazing and I was quite impressed especially for the price in the city centre and for the quality of the place. They also have filtered water down at reception that you can help yourself to with the jug they provide in your kitchen so you have clean cold water at night. Private parking is also available. Definitely recommend visiting Cove, you can tell a lot of thought went into the space and staff.

Having stayed at Cove Minshull before, we can attest to its consistency in service and cleanliness. This time, the upgrading works have also made it more comfortable. The service here was really good. Staff (shout out to Michelle and Eshoi) who helped us change our accommodation arrangements to meet unexpected changes. They also went the extra mile to help us move between rooms easily as we had to check out and check in again. Housekeeping staff are also good at keeping areas clean and providing extra materials as needed. They also had a cheerful greeting whenever we bumped into them in the corridors. Rooms (we had the 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units) were clean, comfortable & cosy. Each unit had a washing machine (very useful), refrigerator, toaster, refrigerator, Disha washer. Perfect for longer stays.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is spacious and well laid out with a separate bedroom, living area with kitchen, and a bathroom. It’s fully equipped, including a washing machine, which was a big plus. My wife especially loved this place! The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk to Piccadilly Station and very close to the city centre. There are shops and supermarkets just around the corner, only a 2-minute walk away. Getting to Old Trafford was super easy as well. If we ever visit Manchester again, we’d definitely love to stay here again. The price was great, too!

Excellent location just a short walk (7 minutes) from Manchester Piccadilly. Great apartment in a safe secure block. Really well equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay. We had a 2 bed apartment which was clean and very modern. 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 twin (they checked beforehand how we wanted the second bedroom set up). 2 bathrooms - 1 which was an en-suite for the double bedroom. TV in each bedroom as well as in the main living/kitchen area. Tea and coffee bags and little bottles of milk supplied which is a nice touch when you arrive. Staff were friendly and really helpful both in person and when communicating via booking.com beforehand. Very good value for money.
There was nothing to dislike - it's just a fantastic stay all round. One little point would be that it would be good if there were a mirror in the second bedroom as there is not one in there although there is a long mirror outside the door. There was a bit of noise in the corridor from other guests late on our second night (20/05). My friends were fast asleep and didn't hear it but I was awake and it was quite a commotion. Not the fault of Cove as you can't help who is staying so not marked down on this - just a comment in case it is something that is happening regularly.

This is the first time I have stayed in a Cove apartment and it was like a home from home. I was able to relax much more than what I would in a standard hotel with all the amenities that one could ask for. I even discovered a washing machine dryer in the cupboard on the morning that I checked out. The secure underground parking was great and meant I did not have to worry about leaving it in a public outdoor car park overnight and the staff even allowed me to keep it there the next day whilst I attended a conference around the corner. They have an amazing aroma that is dispersed around the whole building. I would of used the fitness studio had I brought kit with me too. As a company we are now looking to set up a corporate account with then to utilise for all our travelling staff. 10/10 !!

The apartment was spotlessly clean and facilities were really good - particularly like washer/dryer. Location was fantastic and within walking distance to everything. It was super handy that you could park in the underground carpark, which felt secure. Bed was super comfy
We had a few issues when we arrived, but all were sorted within about 30 minutes or so. Carpark is not that easy to work out and I was told to take a picture of the instructions (rather than a verbal instruction)

Welcomed by friendly and informative staff who had no trouble booking me an extra night in an upgraded room due to my inability to travel home to Scotland when storm cancelled trains. Apartment itself was lovely, bright and spacious with everything needed including all kitchen utensils and a washing machine/drying rack which came in handy. Very clean and modern, location right in the centre of Manchester, overall everything was great and I would stay here again if I was in town.
Only downside would be that it wasn’t a SmartTV in the room, it would be nice to have these to be able to access YouTube, Netflix etc during stay.

The apartment was incredibly spacious, clean and cosy. It was in a very central location so it was super easy to get there and back after we had been out as it was around the corner from the train station and tram stop. The hallways smelled incredible and it was great value for money.
While the majority of the staff members were great and really friendly, one of the reception staff was a little intrusive and she could be a bit overfriendly which made us slightly uncomfortable at times. Not a big deal at all but the only slight negative to our stay.

We stayed in a modern style apartment, with 1 bedroom. Very clean and aestheticly pleasing to look at. Essentials were provided e.g tea, coffee, washing up liquid, cooking equipment, towels and bedding. The apartment was very quiet, meaning a peaceful sleep, in the comfortable bed. My child also found the sofa bed comfortable. The staff on reception are friendly and helpful. The reception area also offers a chance to grab a hot drink or water. Whilst you must pay for parking, it is in a secure location and price wise it the same price as the open air car park across the street. The location meant we were able to walk to the Christmas market.
The outside of the building and view from the apartment is nothing to write home about. The car park is hard to find and you also must visit reception to get the fob, before accessing the parking - which isn't the most convenient. Reception had a helpful map to direct people to the right place. However, none of this impacted the quality of our stay!
