The rooms have great space, the location is very convenient

When we went to the reataurant to have breakfast at 10.30 we were told there were no tables but there were at least 6-8 empty tables, when we asked about them we were told off saying they are all reserved and when we asked about terrace seating they told us there is a food que of 30 minutes for a simple breakfast! Clearly they did not want to serve us and did not bother about the income and reputation loss of the property or guest services. We told them we were hotel guests but the lady at the restaurant reception couldn’t care less

The location is stunning, with spacious, modern, and stylish interiors. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the staff is always kind and helpful. Another big plus is the position: very central, well-connected, and ideal for exploring the city. The overall cleanliness is good, and the atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing.

The lack of air conditioning is probably the main downside—especially during warmer periods. It’s a detail that, if addressed, would truly make the experience a 10/10. During a 2-night stay, the room was not serviced. Perhaps this is standard for shorter stays or only done upon request, but if so, it would be helpful to communicate this clearly to guests. The price was quite high, although likely impacted by a major event taking place in the city during our stay.

Really excellent location, great space in the apartment, very open. Everything you needed in the kitchen for a short stay. Friendly staff. Despite other reviews we didn't hear anything coming from downstairs or outside (we stayed Saturday and Sunday, on the 5th floor).

Only downside that stopped a full rating is the only form of Aircon is a ceiling fan in the bedroom, the bedroom window leads to the hallway, so obviously couldn't open that, and the other window was to outside and for safety reasons couldn't open very far, so could get quite warm. The other was the lack of lighting, whilst I don't normally have ceiling lights on myself it was so dark in the bedroom it was really difficult to see into the wardrobe properly

What a lovely stay! The hotel is situated in a refurbished warehouse, which means lots of space and original design - this much we knew from the information we found online before booking. What we only found out at the spot was how convenient the location was (very close to one of the main Manchester train stations, within easy walking distance to a lot of the city sights and with plentiful communication links to the ones more further away) and how nice the people working there will turn out to be. A special shout out to the stubbled gentleman that worked the breakfast shift - he was exceptional.

The place was generally much better than anticipated when it comes to soundproofing (for example, we didn't hear a single thing from the refurbishment works that are taking place on a couple of the floors), but one exception was when some disruptive guests spent one night in the room next to us, smoking, banging the doors and shouting long into the night. Of course, that's not the hotel's fault, with the personnel taking steps to curb this behaviour.

Native Manchester was in a great location. It was close to the train station for our arrival in Manchester (and departure.) The rooms were comfortable. It was handy to have kitchen facilities in our studio. The bar area downstairs was a nice area to relax and have a drink or two after a day out exploring Manchester. We found a food market nearby which was opened during the day (closed at 6pm) - which had a variety of delicious foods.

They had a new system for room access. We were notified via email of our room number and door code on the morning of our arrival. Lucky we checked into reception (just after 3) as our room wasn’t ready. The room we were given was on the 6th floor. Unfortunately it took us a few trips to reception to get access to our room, as our door codes wouldn’t work - 3rd time lucky. Hopefully by now they have their new systems sorted out.

Location was excellent within easy walking distance of the city centre and places we wanted to go. Downstairs bar / coffee place was very sociable place and we had a drink there. The room itself was very characterful and cosy, with a decent bathroom and comfortable bed. Information from native via WhatsApp was excellent and hassle free so no queuing on arrival. Parking on-site was a good bonus too.

The lighting in the room is great for moodiness / comfort but appalling to see inside any cupboards or the wardrobe - you literally need a torch! Please provide better lighting in the corridor area of the room - it was pitch black even in daylight. No air-con so the room is fairly warm in summer as only one fairly small window to open.

It's definitely different from all those boring chain hotels. There's a lively atmosphere downstairs with a DJ setup, people mingling—some working on their laptops, others eating, drinking, or chatting—while the rooms above are silent and stylish. À la carte breakfast is served until 3 p.m. (at least on weekends). We were in a rush in the morning, so we took advantage of the option to have a free meal for lunch instead. All city centre attractions are within walking distance. The hotel is very close to Piccadilly Station, but as we arrived by car, we used the pre-booked paid parking located under the building, which was super convenient. Oh, and I liked their shampoos so much that I bought a set for myself!

Stayed here as we were attending gig at Co-op Live which you can get to by Metrolink or free bus from Piccadilly Station (its only the 3rd stop away on tram) There are free shuttle buses back from Co-op Live back to Piccadilly Station or you could walk as I say many people doing whilst on tram so this is an ideal place to stay if going to Co'-op Live. We loved everything about it as it was like having our own apartment!! Facilities were excellent inside room with everything you need within a kitchen including small oven, washer / dryer, dishwasher and fridge and small freezer inside of fridge. They even leave a tiny bottle of milk in fridge and have teabags, coffee and sugar enough for when you arrive. We appreciated the nod to the old warehouse with curved brick ceiling (in our room anyway) and painted steel work. Reception area great too with large bar, restaurant, snacks shop also a little booth that sold donuts and tasty cookies. Reception staff were great too and really helpful, lovely and friendly. The location was superb, just down the street and turn the corner to your left and your at Piccadilly Station with the Metrolink downstairs. Lots of places to eat nearby aswell as the likes of Sainsbury's for food to cook within room as that had a small cooker and 2 ring hob. The centre of town is a very very short walking distance away too like 5 mins including Piccadilly Gardens. Secure parking available onsite (which needs booking in advance through different company price depending on how long your there but this is the norm wherever you stay in Manchester which from my research was £20 to £25 per day but we paid £15 for our stay 2pm to 12.30pm next day. Parking entrance is right beside hotel. Please have a look at the canals and lockes located over the road from front of hotel that would of made use of the old warehouse your saying in. So all in all would definitely stay here again and wished we where staying longer than one night!!

We stayed here when it was hot and you couldn't open any windows because this is basically a separate structure built inside an old warehouse BUT a small door was able to be opened slightly for breeze from within warehouse itselfs. We didnt have any problems with the heat but thought I'd should mention.

Absolutely love this property and always our go to when visiting Manchester, comfortable, friendly, clean and just unbelievably cool !

However do not like the new system to have to upload passport details for guests and receive a PIN code. Not Personal which Native always is, a friendly face at the Reception. Security and Safeness, I would not want my daughter staying there on her on with this system in place. Would there be somebody there in the event of an emergency, contact by email or phone, not front desk? Also, to clinical, not a welcome from front desk Loss of jobs? Too many emails and texts saying check in, check out etc?

Beautiful hotel, very modern with an industrial feel. Nice to have the space of the apartment not just a bedroom. I didn’t stay long enough to use the facilities downstairs however the atmosphere, drink and food offer looked very appealing. I was able to grab a takeout coffee. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to lock my luggage away as I was too early to check in. Reception is staffed 24/7. There is a car park on site which is an additional cost.

The car park is difficulty to find, but it is right next to the hotel behind some metal fencing. It is very secure as accessed by camera, shutter and door pin. £20 for 24hours.
