Firstly, Magda was amazing; super friendly and made us feel right at home. She was an amazing host; happily talking to us, making suggestions for places to visit, and ensuring we had everything we needed. She is a good enough reason to stay again! The B&B was lovely, clean, and provided a really comfortable stay. The room had everything we needed, including great WIFI, and was comfortable. The breakfast provided each morning is fantastic and provides amazing value for money. The location of the B&B is perfect, with it only being a short 5 minute walk into the centre of Newquay. It also provides amazing views out to sea. Yes, the parking is limited at the property if full, but we encountered no issues during our stay and would still have been happy to park elsewhere (as per the guidance provided) if needed. We recently spent two wonderful days at this charming place, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm and welcoming hospitality truly made us feel at home. The breakfast each morning was a highlight, offering a delicious and varied selection that catered to all tastes. We especially appreciated the fresh, locally sourced ingredients and the attention to detail in every dish. It was the perfect way to start our day! The location of the property was also ideal, situated conveniently close to local attractions and amenities, making it easy for us to explore the area. Despite being so central, the atmosphere was peaceful, allowing us to unwind and relax. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great hospitality, a lovely breakfast, and a prime location.

The only downside we encountered was the lack of parking available for our car. It did require a bit of planning to find nearby parking, which was a minor inconvenience, but it didn't detract significantly from our overall experience.

Room was comfortable, clean and well furnished. Spacious bathroom. Ample tea coffee and fresh milk available in a fridge. Great choice for breakfast which was perfectly cooked. Lovely friendly hosts who were really helpful and knowledgeable about where restaurants were and places to visit. Location was excellent and only a few minutes walk from the harbour, and town.

We had a room on the second floor accessed by quite a narrow steep staircase. Not a problem for us but might have been for others. I’m in no doubt that our hosts would have taken the luggage up had it been necessary.

Our welcome by Chris was most helpful giving us tips on the best places to visit and explaining all the little details of the b&b, loved the fact the breakfast room remained open most of the day with tea and coffee available with a games drawer for those less sunny days! Thought it was lovely to hear about the discount at other places with our key fob! The room was spotless with everything we needed (including the towels that the male couldn’t see 😂 ….. they are on a towel rack just above the radiator 😉) Charlie was very attentive at breakfast ensuring I had everything I needed. There is plenty of selection at breakfast, Magda cooks an amazing breakfast the sausage on the breakfast is the best I’ve ever had! Location is perfect everything is within walking distance. It is lovely to stay with people who truly care about their property and their customers.

Parking is the only issue however is no reflection on the people or the property itself.

Rooms were really clean and well presented. Breakfast was really nice with a good choice available. The owners were really friendly and provided some places to visit for food which was really helpful. Location of the property is really central, 5-10 min walk to the town centre

This is no reflection on the stay as we had a lovely time but the mattress was a bit soft for us, we prefer a firmer mattress but this is a personal preference and like mentioned no reflection on the owners or the B&B.

The property was in the perfect location for quick access by foot to fistral beach and enough away from the town to avoid the crowds but again still close enough to walk into if you want to. The property itself was so clean and tidy the room was a great size and modern as well as the bathroom. The parking was great although sometimes we didn’t get a spot in the on-site parking but it’s really no bother as the streets are free to park in plus a long stay car park at the end of the road offered free parking from 4pm-9am. The breakfast!! Oh my word. Cannot rate the breakfast highly enough 11/10!! Honestly superb and a real motivation to get up out of bed to catch it in time it was truly outstanding and so plentiful. The hosts were absolutely brilliant and so friendly and knowledgable on the area, they gave us great tips for travelling around Cornwall and top spots to visit. We’ve not stayed anywhere this faultless for a long long time I honestly only have praise for this establishment you will not be disappointed. Oh one more point to add - we are both extremely fussy about our bed and generally we end up with back pain and longing for our own bed whenever we stay away. Not here though even the bed was perfect! Just brilliant thank you so much for having us.

Everything, welcoming hosts, nothing too much trouble, spotlessly clean, ideal location, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, would definitely stay again & highly recommend

Limited parking, but the advantage of being able to park in the long stay car park across the road free between 4pm & 9am which was a good back up. Not a criticism as all parking is at a premium in Newquay

We had a very enjoyable 3-nignt stay whilst walking the coast path. Chris and Magda were very welcoming, helpful and kind during our stay. Our room was very clean and comfortable with tea/coffee, water, fresh milk, biscuits and a fridge. The breakfast was excellent. Very good transport links including buses and trains. Newquay centre was easily accessible.

Great breakfast for both choice and taste. Well stocked tea/coffee tray in room. Good comfortable bed. Very friendly and attentive host, wanting to ensure everything was ok & giving helpful advice on places to eat around the town.

Not a complaint, but a few Cornish teabags would have been a good addition to the in-room tea tray.

Hosts were great!…Nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was great…very nice indeed…great choice. Room was relaxing, very clean and ideal for what we wanted. Nice en suite, very clean.

Everything we needed was provided. More car park space would be ideal, but The Lyncroft do very well with the space they have. There is also a car park a bit further along the road. Overall we liked everything. Great place to stay.
