Magda and Chris (and beautiful little Lottie) make you feel so at home in their beautiful b and b. They gave us lots of tips for an itinerary. Chris even did a plan up for me on Google Maps! Fruit, yoghurt, cereal, etc. was there in the morning to help yourself. There was a plentiful menu of options for the cooked portion of the breakfast. Best of all, it was all cooked fresh, so rare nowadays. It was great to have the parking at the rear. The room was decorated so tastefully and had a gorgeous sea view. The en suite had a really big lovely shower. Loved the little fridge in the room to keep any drinks you have cool. Plenty of food and drink options just a short walk away. Sainsbury's around the corner. A great base for exploring Cornwall.

Firstly, Magda was amazing; super friendly and made us feel right at home. She was an amazing host; happily talking to us, making suggestions for places to visit, and ensuring we had everything we needed. She is a good enough reason to stay again! The B&B was lovely, clean, and provided a really comfortable stay. The room had everything we needed, including great WIFI, and was comfortable. The breakfast provided each morning is fantastic and provides amazing value for money. The location of the B&B is perfect, with it only being a short 5 minute walk into the centre of Newquay. It also provides amazing views out to sea. Yes, the parking is limited at the property if full, but we encountered no issues during our stay and would still have been happy to park elsewhere (as per the guidance provided) if needed. It is the perfect place to stay in Newquay if you are looking for a cosy, friendly, and convenient stay in Newquay. Thank you!

We recently spent two wonderful days at this charming place, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm and welcoming hospitality truly made us feel at home. The breakfast each morning was a highlight, offering a delicious and varied selection that catered to all tastes. We especially appreciated the fresh, locally sourced ingredients and the attention to detail in every dish. It was the perfect way to start our day! The location of the property was also ideal, situated conveniently close to local attractions and amenities, making it easy for us to explore the area. Despite being so central, the atmosphere was peaceful, allowing us to unwind and relax. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great hospitality, a lovely breakfast, and a prime location.

The only downside we encountered was the lack of parking available for our car. It did require a bit of planning to find nearby parking, which was a minor inconvenience, but it didn't detract significantly from our overall experience.

Room was comfortable, clean and well furnished. Spacious bathroom. Ample tea coffee and fresh milk available in a fridge. Great choice for breakfast which was perfectly cooked. Lovely friendly hosts who were really helpful and knowledgeable about where restaurants were and places to visit. Location was excellent and only a few minutes walk from the harbour, and town.

We had a room on the second floor accessed by quite a narrow steep staircase. Not a problem for us but might have been for others. I’m in no doubt that our hosts would have taken the luggage up had it been necessary.

Our welcome by Chris was most helpful giving us tips on the best places to visit and explaining all the little details of the b&b, loved the fact the breakfast room remained open most of the day with tea and coffee available with a games drawer for those less sunny days! Thought it was lovely to hear about the discount at other places with our key fob! The room was spotless with everything we needed (including the towels that the male couldn’t see 😂 ….. they are on a towel rack just above the radiator 😉) Charlie was very attentive at breakfast ensuring I had everything I needed. There is plenty of selection at breakfast, Magda cooks an amazing breakfast the sausage on the breakfast is the best I’ve ever had! Location is perfect everything is within walking distance. It is lovely to stay with people who truly care about their property and their customers.

Parking is the only issue however is no reflection on the people or the property itself.

Location is fantastic. Both beach and town walkable within 10 minutes. So many food options around. Chris and Magda are the perfect hosts too, full of information and super friendly. The breakfast was delightful, you can select from some options and they also have a buffet of yog/fruit/cereals etc, all cooked to perfection. Room was spacious, with a modern shower room.

Only possible thing to say would be pillows could've been a little firmer/plumper!

Hosts were excellent and professional, rooms were clean and well presented. Breakfast was consistently perfect. The Lyncroft is in a great location within Newquay, only a few minutes away from both Fistral and Newquay beaches, as well as being in close vicinity to multiple pubs and restaurants. Cannot recommend enough

A superb guest house, we had a great stay. We were in room 5, which had a view of the sea. The Lyncroft is in an ideal location for the beach and for town. It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. Chris and Magda were very friendly and welcoming Chris greeted us when we arrived and gave us tips on where to eat, which was very useful. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was compact but fine, the bathroom was small but again good, plus it was all clean and fresh.

The price, at £150 per night is about £50 too much even at this time of year but its supply and demand in summer in Newquay. The fridge in the room was noisy, the tv is too small to be of any use and really a bit unnecessary these days. The internet was good.

Rooms were really clean and well presented. Breakfast was really nice with a good choice available. The owners were really friendly and provided some places to visit for food which was really helpful. Location of the property is really central, 5-10 min walk to the town centre

This is no reflection on the stay as we had a lovely time but the mattress was a bit soft for us, we prefer a firmer mattress but this is a personal preference and like mentioned no reflection on the owners or the B&B.
