Rhia and Dom are excellent hosts, chatty and friendly. I am coeliac and had requested glutenfree options for breakfast. The breakfast was amazing and Rhia reassured me by showing where the items were sourced and was very knowledgeable about cross contamination which I very much appreciated. There is an amazing view of the sea from the breakfast room. The atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxed and they provide information on sightseeing and local restaurants. Although our checkout was in the morning, we were kindly allowed to leave our bags for a few hours until we were ready to go to the airport. Rhia also booked a taxi for us for the airport which again was very much appreciated. The location is very central and convenient. I would recommend this guesthouse and would return.

We had such a lovely stay at Cliff House. Newquay in August can be a bit much but being inside Cliff House is so calm and quiet, you can forget all about it. The decor is all about celebrating the views and certainly helps the relaxing vibe the owners are seeking to create. The back of the house faces the ocean and offers superb views from multiple places. We stayed in Fistral - high up on the 2nd floor with views down to the harbour from one window and down to the beach from another. It was lovely hearing the ocean as you drifted to sleep with windows open - no other sound could be heard. It was lovely and quiet. I’d highly recommend a stay here - even in the craziness of August.

No complaints about anything really. If there had been a problem, I get the feeling Rhia and Dom would do their utmost to sort it. They were attentive and helpful.

The hosts are lovely with big smiles and lots of local recommendations. The breakfast was delicious - porridge, granola with succulent strawberries, full English, Egg & Bacon baps. The views from the breakfast room are lovely and they have board games. Though on the road, we appreciated the wooden table outside for a sundowner. Very close to Sainsbury's and all of Newquay's restaurants/bars.

There is no on-site parking but the hosts did recommend a cheap parking lot a few minutes walk away. Our windows opened onto the road so it was noisy with the windows open, considering it was July.

Rhia and Dom are a lovely, enthusiastic, friendly couple. They had good ideas of where to go to eat, and places to visit. The view from my room was spectacular. I had the full English breakfast every morning which kept me going for much of the day. There were plenty of other breakfast choices though, and even the option of breakfast in bed!

A lot of steps, but I knew that when I booked. I just didn't realise how steep the final flight was. The bath was also a bit narrow but there are space constraints.

We had a wonderful stay at Cliff House, which is very conveniently situated near the harbour, beaches, restaurants, etc, and highly recommend it. The sea views from our room were stunning—the perfect way to wake up each morning or sit & relax in the evenings. The hosts provided excellent service, making us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was delicious, and the room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Being able to have breakfast in our room was an added bonus.

everything, the room was beautifully decorated and the view spectacular. Rhia went above and beyond and her communication was excellent. the location is perfect as it was opposite the Newquay Activity centre for my Women and Waves surfing weekend. Sadly I was not able to sample the breakfast due to the early starts and not being able to back before breakfast closes, but I will next time!

We had a lovely stay at Cliffhouse BnB. The hosts could not have been more welcoming and were so friendly and helpful. The food was amazing with such a varied menu of choice for breakfast and we were so impressed with the views in the breakfast room, beautiful! Our room was also really lovely, very spacious with stunning seaviews, the location of the BnB was also perfect right in the centre of Newquay, walking distance to all the bars, shops and restaurants which was very handy. We had a lovely stay celebrating our one year Anniversary and would highly recommend this lovely BnB to anyone.

Cliff House and the hosts Dom and Rhia are fantastic. There are special touches everywhere. From the hot beverage set up in your room which is complete with chilled fresh dairy milk and glass bottled water to vast breakfast selections. Non dairy offerings as well….of course. The food was piping hot and hearty. Even house-made yogurt! Rhia helped us secure a sightseeing expedition when offerings were slim. She is in the know and goes an extra 10 miles for guests. My best friend and I felt like we were home. We had an Incredibly comfortable bed and even last minute earplugs to block out my snoring. Both of us can’t wait to go back. I want to move in.

More time there would have been fantastic.

The staff were very accommodating and cooked an amazing breakfast, that set us up for our day's out. The accommodation was very chilled, clean and quiet. The parking for the 48hrs was very cheap and only a 5min walk away. Close to everything, including beach and views of the sea were stunning. Highly recommended Cliff House B&B

There's nothing to dislike, as everything is made clear what to expect from parking to room location.

It was very well located, the hosts were very friendly & helpful, the room was very clean & comfortable.

The bathroom was quite small & it was a little awkward to stand comfortably ( especially if you are tall ) also the shower attachment was very awkward to use, but with such a small space & low ceiling there isn’t much you could do to improve it. The breakfast was delicious & freshly cooked but would have been nice to have an option of yogurts fruit etc, it was on the menu that they were provided for guests to have but we didn’t see any. Also maybe napkins on the table.
