Very good value budget en-suite accommodation in a period house, tranquil location at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac road, with sea view and free street parking.  Clean, comfortable beds and towels, with thoughtful touches such as kettle, complimentary tea/coffee sachets, tissues, hand soap and plenty of toilet rolls. Spar, Sainsburys, town, harbour and beaches in both directions all within short walking distances. Westward facing patio with picnic benches, ideal for eating takeaway food bought back from town at the end of the day and watching the sun set over the sea. Kind and helpful host.  Would definitely return, thank you!

Andrew runs this Lodge and was very helpful, welcoming and works very hard! The property backs onto the golf course and there is a footpath from out of the back that takes you down to the path you use to cross the course to get to Fistral Beach. We had a double bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet, a lot of the rooms are multiple occupancy with shared facilities. The view was amazing from our room over the golf course and to the sea. The bedroom was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. We had a kettle and it was never a problem asking Andrew for more coffee / milk etc. In the communal dining area (there is no food sold at this property, but we knew that) there is a well stocked beer and cold drinks fridge, which was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this property based on Andrew, the cleanliness, the fantastic location, the price and the beer fridge :)

There's nothing really; this is a lodge / hostel with mainly multi-occupancy rooms, it is basic, but very clean and had everything we needed. It is a little tired, but to be expected with the age of the property, but as mentioned, very clean, so personally, I am not fussed by the decor.

Although a period house converted to holiday accommodation our on suit double was clean comfortable and had the most amazing sunsets.

Tv was so high on wall it was a struggle for me to see.. Parking. You needed to be a master at it! But it is also a residential area but the location made up for it.

The room that we stayed in was lovely. The staff were lovely asking how our days were, which was lovely and showing us around the hotel. Also loved the ocean view from where we stayed.

The shower wasn't as powerful only because it was an electric. Wasn't a big room with all our stuff to put in. The tv was too high to watch.

A perfectly located hotel that has everything you need. As a solo traveller I was looking for a little bit of peace and quiet and somewhere I could relax and be comfortable and this hotel was perfect. The owner was really lovely and friendly. The room was nice and fresh and clean and the bed was super comfy, and the shower water was lovely and hot!! And the view from the hotel was second to none. I don't think I'll stay anywhere else now! What a find.

Andrew was really kind and friendly. The room it self was clean and very comfortable. The toilet and shower also very clean with toilet papers. The place location was awesome as well.

I wish they would have more options for rooms however if was perfect for my stay.

Everything about Longbeach was amazing. the location was perfect so close to the beach and town centre. The rooms were just what we needed and the price was so good. on top of that the drinks prices were ridiculously cheap and by far the cheapest in Newquay. Andrew was a phenomenal host and provided us with lots of info on the area and walking routes to take. He was always there to help out and chat to. Couldn’t recommend this place any more!

Amazing location, little footpath to the beach next to the hotel. Very friendly host. Super clean rooms, super cheap beer . Lovely ecofriendly soaps. They are very concerned to have ecofriendly cleaning products.

The host was friendly and super helpful. Absolutely loved that there was a sea view and a short walk to the beach. Our triple room was cosy, as were the beds. It was clean and such a great location.

It was all good and I'd stay again.

Location is great with wonderful views from our room. This is not a posh place but it is clean and fine for what we wanted to spend. The Hotel Manager was very helpful and welcoming. Great Wifi.

The parking outside on the road is challenging but it is ok. The area around looks abit shabby but part of the charm. Decor is abit tired but ok.
