Quite a unique b&b, very clean and comfortable room with large onsuite shower/toilet. There is no staff as such, the residents do their own breakfast which consists of a selection of cereals, fruit, bread, scones and microwave porridge. Like being in a upmarket youth hostel, but it works very well. 9/10 My wife and I will definitely use it again. The location is about 5 minutes walk to the ferry/town centre.

Spotlessly clean room, good location close to town, extra touches, like Irn bru and Tunnocks tea cakes and caramel wafers, lots of tea and coffee provided. Nice comfy bed, free WiFi which is very good,would definitely stay again.

Parking only issue there are 3 spaces provided but one of them is very small and stairs overlap space making it difficult to park if your car is not small, but there is alternative parking close by.

The room and bathroom sizes where great, the fact it was just like home to home.

The remote control for the tele wasn't working, never got new towels for 3night stay, ran out of toilet roll and the maid never checked our room. Spoke to her once and was basically ignored. The noise from the road but we knew about that before booking. No where to hang clothes in the iona apart from back of the door which we used for jackets. The step at the front door is steep, maybe a wee mind the step sign.

Overall, the experience met expectations given the cost. There were no significant issues, and everything was satisfactory for the value received.

Lovely double en-suite, kitchen had continental in the morning, wee room with iron, all good :)

a bit confused where the 'porch' was as you had to open a door to realise it was the porch, we were wanding around the breakfast area and outside untill another couple spotted us and pointed to where the door was - they'd also been confused!! haha

Great place, comfortable rooms with everything available. Kitchen/breakfast area in the morning is nice and well thought out. Easy self check in system. Only thing they didn’t provide was shower gel or soap ? Which was odd. Private parking is included first come, first serve which is hard to find in Oban.

Really great value for money. Clean and modern with a spacious bathroom. Off street parking and close to town. I accidentally locked us out of the room late in the evening but was let back in quickly after a quick phone call!

Could maybe do with a light in the vestibule. Could have been there but didn’t find the switch.

Good choice of items available for self serve breakfast. Great location and we got a parking space. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Plenty of teabags and coffee sachets in room. Biscuits, tea cakes and Irn Bru, nice wee welcome offering. Codes for room keys sent morning of arrival. All as described on website.

Super central, in 3 minutes you’ll find yourself in the mystical centre of Oban. Very comfortable bed, large ensuite. Quiet. Easy check-in/out. Brilliant highland views. In proximity of convenience shops. Ample coffee/tea facilities and Irn Bru cans. Excellent management communication.

Pity we never met the management.

Breakfast was OK with cereal. Juice, toast, tea and coffee available. The location was superb as it was an easy walk to the shops and the water front. Onsite parking was a bonus. The bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast could have had a better offering that included a hot breakfast offer.
