Slept in a Superior double (room 25) room was very clean and spacious, slightly cold and struggled to increase the temperature but didn't really effect anything. Bathroom was accessible and very clean. Staff were very friendly, check in was very efficient, breakfast was great and the hotel was in a great location as it was 5 minutes away from our venue. Overall a fabulous stay.

Room was slightly cold and we struggled to work the air conditioning to increase the temperature of the room. Matress was also slightly hard. Non of the above really affected anything as we had a great night sleep and would definitely stay again if needed.

Very helpful and friendly staff at reception, restaurant and bar. Specifically, I was able to check in on arrival (an hour ahead of normal time). I left a purse at my lunch table and the staff came to find me. At the bar, I was offered a sample of a guest beer. The breakfast buffet was very good and kept replenished. The room, in the original building, was very spacious with both bath and shower in a large en suite.

My room was on the top floor. At 78, I should have asked for one of the new rooms at ground level.

I stayed in the new part of the B&B the room was immaculate and very nicely decorated, the bathroom was spotless. I found the bed a little hard but I do struggle with this at best. It certainly did not detract from how I slept. I was next to the stairs but it was still quite and I did not hear any noise. I loved the fact I could control the temperature in the room as I do not like it being to hot. I did open the window and did not hear any noise from behind my room. The breakfast was serve yourself but was something for everyone from cereal to fruit and full English, I had this and the sausage was fantastic definitely not supermarket prepacked ones.

The breakfast. That the breakfast staff provided gladly, and free of charge, plain yogurt the next day at breakfast because this option was not on their menu. The friendly staff who offered to move my 91 year old Aunt to a ground floor room after I expressed my concern about the number and steepness of stairs to her second floor room (there is no lift). The general cleanliness of The Feathers.

My Aunt said the breakfast tables were sticky as though they weren't very clean and so the table mats were sticking to the table surface.

The location is excellent, right in the centre of town very close to the Arts Centre where we were going that evening. Our room was large and everything worked. Whilst the place might benefit from updating, it was perfectly acceptable, the bed was extremely comfortable and the staff were lovely. The carpark is very large too!

Nothing really. Even the fact that there were major roadworks outside the hotel and into the town centre didn’t affect us badly as work stopped at 11.00 pm.

We were on a nostalgic trip with our pet dog and it was fun to remember past family stays at the Feathers. Convenient parking. The outside dog friendly motel room was all very quiet and accessible. The central location provides a short walk to the church, chemist, shops, pubs and cafes. Most important for our dog was an area of green… Pocklington is a friendly town. We enjoyed our stay.

Nothing. We were told it was their pet friendly budget room so our expectations were for it to be roomy, comfortable and clean. It was.

location, parking, food, overall service. Food at the feathers was really nice, especially breakfast. staff very friendly.

Room was tired but understandable and didn't affect our stay. what I did find annoying was the pub clients who were obviously regulars, would cling around the bar stopping people getting served. There was plenty of seating, so why hang around the bar?. I was ignored several times over the three nights to serve bar huggers first.

The place itself was beyond our expectations the room was fantastic Air con big bonus, plenty of tv channels clean and comfortable and a very tasty breakfast included, the staff were brilliant helpfull good attitudes and made us feel so welcome, big mention for the lady on reception Georgia and James who were brilliant. The Meal on Saturday evening top notch

The location was excellent. It is very near the market place in the centre of Pocklington. We were going to our niece's wedding at the nearby Barmby Barns venue and stayed Friday and Saturday. The Feathers has its own parking with plently of space and included in the price. Breakfast was fine. Full English, vegetarian, cereals juice, coffee and tea. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

Not a compliant but it would be helpful to have USB ports in the room.

Very friendly staff from Donna front of house to Rhianna the very experience Waitress ( thank you for putting up with Steve asking about literally everything on the menu ) We had a nice clean room in the main building (room4) . Beds were comfortable and bathroom appears as though it had been recently refurbished

Outside looks a little tired and could do with a spruce up . Shower in our room was good but the water didn’t drain away very fast leading to a risk of …flooding
