I loved everything about the place, it was clean comfortable the bedroom had more amenities then i expected. The hosts were so friendly they were there if you needed them and not hovering over you. The breakfast was delicious, hot, fresh and plentiful. I booked the weekend just so me and my husband could have a break away from children and grandchildren and i came back so rested more then i have on any other break away.

Nothing it was perfect

To start with I would like to say a huge thank you to Neil & Teresa who are the most amazing hosts, they really can't do enough for you. When arriving at the Suenos Guesthouse I received an extremely warm welcome from Neil, he gave me a quick and detailed run down on what they offer and lots of local advice including the best local restaurants and things to do etc. The decor is lovely and the clenliness in nothing short of exceptional! The breakfast was served by Teresa and it was incredible, I could taste that the food was to a very high standard and I finished everything that was on the plate (to add i'm a fussy eater). The fruit salad tasted so fresh and was very nice. The room was stunning and the bed was so comfortable which gave us both such a good nights sleep. The En-Suite bathroom was very lovely, being a plumbing & heating engineer it's the first thing I notice. Welcomed with a huge spacious bathroom which included a lovely traditional free standing roll top bath and a seperate shower cubicle (best of both worlds). The hotel is in a great location and we didn't hear a single noise all night. Will 100% be back again and I couldn't recommend Suenos Guesthouse enough 10/10 Aaron & Ashlee

There isn't a single thing to dislike about this place.

Well placed venue on the seafront, Room was a small double room and it was what we expected and very clean, good amount of items within (such as tea, kettle, small fridge). The Lounge room was a great place to relax while waiting for our plans to begin in the evening. The morning breakfast had a nice amount of choice, with pre-order. I had a bacon and sausage sandwich which was F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C. Couldn't recommend more.

Our stay was a short one, one night. This didn't really give us any time to have any dislikes, or find any areas of improvement? I am not sure we would have found any anyway as it was fantastic, and will be booking again next time we travel down.

Suenos Guesthouse is a little gem. It’s a cliche to say that someplace has ‘thought of everything,’ but in this case it’s true. A real home from home, run by folks who can’t do enough for you. I went to hunker down and finish a writing project on a chilly weekend in December and could have stayed a week longer than I did. Moody, dramatic vistas of the sea from the front window; cosy afternoons by the fire; impeccably clean and well-appointed rooms. Perfection.

I didn’t like the fact that I had to leave.

welcomed into property, guest lounge beautiful, warm welcoming, as were the property owners. room was lovely , little touches slippers dressing gowns, really heavy good quality towels. fully stocked mini bar, huge choice of beverages. not sure where to stop. every little detail had been thought of. breakfast was really yummy

The room was very clean and tidy. Tea and coffee choice was excellent. There was also the option of a mini bar in our room, although we didn't use it, it was nice to have the choice. I loved the face cloth that removes all your makeup, it really works!! Breakfast was amazing, too much for me, but hubby polished it off.

The room was on the small size. We struggled to find space for everything. I had to keep some things in the holdall bag. I would have a chest of drawers in the room instead of the sideboard that had the tea and coffee things on. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Had a lovely two nights here, Good restaurants near by, room nice & clean. Bed a little soft (just personal preference). Breakfast was nice. Theresa went out of her way to insure we had everything we needed. Thank you both

Could have done with a chest of draws, I think if we were staying for a week space could be a problem but apart from that no complaints whatsoever

Amazing B&B with a friendly and helpful host. Nothing but praise from us, the place was immaculate and we were welcomed and made to feel right at home. Large room with a luxurious king bed and super soft linens, stylish and comfortable common area to relax in, and a fabulous breakfast served in the morning. We also had the first floor front room that looked out over the water, so our view waking up to the sunrise was very beautiful.

Neil and Teresa are perfect hosts who offer genuine 5-star accommodation and service. The breakfast menu is simply amazing with locally sourced food. The guesthouse is situated approximately a mile from the town centre with a regular bus service and has within yards of the front door several restaurants, a pub and a convenience store.

Everything personal, mini bar, nibbles, soft drinks, mini fridge for fresh milk for tea and coffee. There was a price list for anything used. Even though I had a chest infection I was not treated any different from any other guest, the 1st morning for breakfast I was unable to go down but was allowed my breakfast in our room. Both Teresa & Neil very friendly pointing out restaurant's nearby for evening meals. We would not hesitate to book again.
