Rustic style family run establishment on the tip of the Isle of Grain. Location is great, super nice town, and nice locals. It is a family run establishment & the owner has a heart of gold. I would be honored to count him as a neighbor. He is making the best of what he has got facility wise. If working at the LNG or power plant for the week it is an ideal location to operate out of as many other workers stay there as well. Point being it is a business like environment: no TV noise late night, no parties, problems etc at night. Excellent place to get a good night sleep.

Everything was spotless, the guy that runs the place was very friendly and helpful, there were good facilities for a budget room including kettle, biscuits and drinks, towels, TV, extension lead, arm chair, wardrobe, drawers and nice thick carpet.

There's not a lot to dislike at this price if you don't mind staying in a place that's cheap and cheerful and a bit clapped out around the edges. It looks like no serious money has been spent on it in 30 years but on the other hand it is CLEAN and relatively QUIET.

The owner is an absolute gentleman who works exceptionally hard and goes above and beyond for his guests. He was incredibly patient and resourceful in helping me set up my FireStick to be able to stream an important sports event that I'd been waiting months for 🙏 Great communication throughout too, very detailed directions etc, and wifi was free and very reliable. The location is also great for exploring the Thames Path, and the fish & chips at the village chippie was an above-average tasty treat afterwards!

The location was lovely. It was in a beautiful quiet spot, just where I thought the land couldn't go any further. And it was just stunning!! Even with all the industry about, it just added something. The bed was lovely and comfy, and the facilities outside with the toaster and microwave for own food was a brilliant touch. The customer service was top notch, definitely some of the best and most wonderful sensitivity to our persona circumstances It fit the bill and did exactly what we needed.

The bathroom was a bit tired and rusty in places. But it managed my partner and myself extremely well

Really good location being in the centre of grain and within reasonable walking distance of sea front and Grain nature reserve. Helpful and friendly owner. Plenty of on site parking.

Although the room was clean with plenty of facilities eg fridge kettle, shower , wi fi etc the rooms need updating and redecorating. That said me and my daughter are already planning on returning.

Clearly, as indicated by the price, a humble hotel, but I have never had such a comfortable bed or a nicer host. I would have no hesitation whatsoever revisiting if I ever have to stay in that area again. Very private and lovely and quiet. I was there for 3 days, and I had everything I needed provided for me.

Early morning commuter traffic was horrendous on such tiny roads. Lots of roadworks and building projects en route to Sittingbourne, where I was on a course. Venue challenging to find in the dark, with 75 year old eyes, as I arrived in village around 7.30 pm in October, but the local villagers were very helpful and the host did give me directions in advance but when he told me it was behind the library, he forgot to tell me that the library was a converted church with unlit signage!.

It was extremely good value for money. There was a good amount of free parking space and the host was very friendly. I was given a double room on arrival, despite having only booked a single, which was nice. I had a huge tv, a kettle, a fridge and a sink in my room, all of which I made good use of. I laos had a view of the garden from my room. It was in a quiet location and seeemd very spacious. Although the room was not en-suite, there were lots of toilets and shower rooms available, so this was not a problem. I was also given a front door key in addition to my room key, so that I could come and go as I pleased.

The location is a bit far from anywhere that I needed to be during my stay, and is surrounded by factory-type premises, but the price made it worth booking.

I've always found that the staff really make you feel welcome, And I will keep booking a room when I need to because you know what your getting and it's peace of mind after a long journey to know that the place your staying at is clean nice atmosphere.

Henry is very helpful really good host. Would recommend to all. The single bed was comfortable & close to work.

The dining room has good facilities microwave large fridge ,microwave, toaster,air frier & cutterry seating area.

Very homely & clean. Lovely host, couldn't do enough for us. Great location we could walk to the pub & shop, also the coastal walk which was beautiful. Also dining area where you could eat & a microwave for cooking. We had a fridge & kettle in the room so this was also a bonus. Lots of villages near by, where we went for coffee & eats. Also about half an hour from the Medway towns.
