Nice clean and comfortable for the nite , a little outdated decor wise in rooms but wouldn't stop me visiting again .

Was perfectly fine although thought 100 for one nite was a little pricey but did the job and had a great time as using this as a base .

After wot I had been in it was a delight to come here Jimmy and the rest of staff helped me get over the trumer and enjoy my birthday present to the fullest I will always be grateful to them

Friendly staff not too strict about timepoint when you had to leave your room. As I was waiting for my car to be repaired I could leave my stuff for half a day in their storage room. Location was good: pleasant stroll distance to the centre without having the drawback of its noise. Train station on arrow shot distance. Quick checkin/checkout and no faff at all during my 5 days stay. Very private.

Staff were extremely helpful. Price was good too and parking. Certainly fit for purpose taking into account the price.

A little jaded. Bathroom wasn't the best. Quite small.

LOVELY BATHTUB ,PLENTY OF HOT WATER. COMFOTABLE BED ,PEACEFUL QUIET AREA, IT FELT SAFE ,TEA AND COFFEE FACILITIES GENEROUS , LOCATION PERFECT FOR THE VENUE WE VISITED ( SOUTHEND PAVILLION) CLEAN SPACIOUS ROOM WITH BALCONY AND WE COULD SEE THE SEA !

Get exactly what you pay for especially if you not too fussy it's a place to sleep and that's all we were after absolutely met my expectations

I’m a world traveller! - Pound for pound The Welbeck is the finest commercial accommodation I have ever stayed in. The staff were 100% efficient and charming along with perfect booking facilities. Well done to a wonderful management!

Being so close to Westcliff station was a true bonus. Room was comfy despite being a little cramped.

For a single overnight stay, was fine, no real gripes. But would choose somewhere else for a longer stay. Mostly due to the room being so small, but otherwise it was fine.
