The room was stylish and very clean, the bed comfy and the pub is set in a beautiful village. Breakfast was delicious with good choices. We arrived later than planned due to traffic and they were so accommodating moving the time of our planned dinner booking. On the second day we asked to make an addition to what was on the breakfast menu and nothing was too much trouble. The Sunday roasts we had the day we left were the best we have had. We ate dinner there twice also and both meals were delicious and the menu seasonal and varied. The chips were also fantastic. The pub atmosphere was very friendly and we met Jon who is a great host and very funny. Wish this was our local!

Honestly nothing wasn't to our liking. If we were being picky the room is a little dark in one corner (maybe an additional light?) and the bed sloped down a little on the left hand side. The shower head dripped throughout our stay, but that is something easily fixed and you could only hear it when actually in the bathroom as there is a good, solid door from the bedroom so it did not disturb us.

We loved the place. Super quiet village and lovely walks . Had a fabulous room. The beer was top and the wine excellent. Food was tasty and good value. The staff were great. Just a bit of weird thing…it was a blue sky April day but only 15 degrees..but coming to 1900 it was getting really chilly. People were moving inside to get warm..which was chilly too ..everyone wearing puffa jackets and jumpers Numerous people asking for the fireplace to be lit..but the staff were reluctant /scared to light it as it was against the landlords wishes. ( we live in a northern Cotswold Village whose pub has recently been turned around massively by a landlord who sees the positive in the small things..a log burning in the fireplace, tea lights on tables to brighten and warm a dark and cold pub) Apart from that a wonderful stay and would come back

Loved the breakfast in the morning, we loved our room lovely room clean inside has what you need in there. Bed was comfortable. We stayed in the small double bedroom

We didn't like the fan in our room it's faulty made loud noises. We was above the restaurant I think bar noise is normal to have on a Saturday evening so we was fine with that the floor above us was loud coming in but that's normal for a old building. Restaurant food we would ideally like pub grub gammon steaks or sausage mash. But it's a really great place to stay other than our pedantics.

Well furnished room which the photos do not do justice at all. The room was at least twice the size of what we were expecting as we had the whole attic floor. The bed was extremely comfy with a great mattress and bedding. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful building and location with a lovely attached pub/restaurant and a nice outdoor beer garden. The whole venue was very dog friendly. Exceptional breakfast in the morning. Can't rate this hotel high enough and will likely rebook in the future.

Low beams which have very visible warning signs however I was slightly clumsy (5'9 person).

Pretty much everything about our stay was excellent, our room was incredibly spacious (effectively the entire top floor of the building) and very clean, really friendly and helpful owner, made us feel very welcome, fabulous quiet village location, would have no hesitation in staying here again or recommending to friends/family

Because it's an old building sounds carried between the rooms, and from the bar on the ground floor, although it was pretty much quiet after 11, so a very minor niggle

The welcome was immediately friendly and jovial - we were greeted by Jon himself and he is such a giggle! The room is FABULOUS! We had dinner in the restaurant in the evening and everything was perfect - the decor is amazing and very comfortable, the food is fabulous and the attention from our waitress was fantastic.

Oh gosh such minor things but I do like a waffle robe when I stay away. Also as I stayed on the couch bed in the room I would have liked a small duvet but in fairness I didnt ask for one and I just know it would have been no trouble.

Fantastic folks working here! The pub and food are delicious. The furniture is comfortable, plenty of outlets, restroom is nice. The pub has great beer and food. Plenty of parking on the street and small car park out back. Highly recommend and we hope to come back some time!

We were unlucky and stayed during some of the hottest days of the summer, so even with a fan and open windows the room was a bit stuffy. But wouldn’t have changed our stay, and it’ll be plenty comfortable 51 other weeks of the year.

Great location in the middle of the Cotswolds, the drum and monkey suite was huge and was very clean. We couldn’t have been happier with the room and experience whilst staying at The Keepers Arms. This was a perfect base to explore plenty of the Cotswolds and the staff were really friendly. Fantastic breakfast included in the price and it was delicious.

Couldn’t fault our stay

This place was delightful and what we felt was a "true glimpse" of the Cotswolds. Our room was ample, had its own ensuite, and was blissfully quiet. Our evening meal was delicious and both the owner and his wife were very welcoming. The breakfast was also excellent and set us up for our trip the next day.

Due to the age and type of house, stairs are inevitable ... but we hate carrying suitcases up stairs! Couldn't be helped in this case though.

A beautiful country pub/ inn in an absolutely beautiful location. The hosts were very prompt in answering our prior questions and were such friendly welcoming people when we met. The room was very comfortable and tastefully decorated and had everything you would need. We only ate there one night as we had things pre planned but the meal we had was fabulous. Any one interested in a cooked full English breakfast I would challenge you to find a better one !!
