Such a beautiful big apartment..very modern and spacious. 2 downstairs bedrooms both have en-suites..u can access both floors via the lift which was great as my dads in a wheelchair and would’ve struggled with the stairs. Lounge/kitchen diner and another bedroom upstairs also a small toilet. Cupboard under sink in kitchen had all cleaning products ie fairy liquid,washing up cloths. Hand soaps in the toilet. Plenty of plates,cups etc for everyone. Lovely views from the patio windows in the lounge too. It really is beautiful. Sarah is lovely too and very accommodating. We would definitely return to these apartments.

Only fault which we told Sarah was lack of mirrors. The grand bedroom downstairs was huge! Could’ve done with maybe a stand up mirror in the corner near a plug for drying your hair. Only mirrors were in the bathroom. But that’s just personnel preference.

The Corbyn is a gorgeous place to stay. A lovely spacious apartment which was very clean. We had a sea view too which was a bonus. The lady in charge was extremely accommodating and really fast in responding to any queries I had. The apartment itself is in a good location, a short bus ride away from great attractions such as central Torquay or Paignton. I would definitely stay there again.

The only issue is that it was on the second floor, no porters to help with luggage etc although there was a lift.

Excellent location. Stunning views of Torquay and Torbay from the balcony. Very clean and well maintained apartment. Had pretty much everything we needed

The mattresses are a bit lumpy and could do with updating. Some of the kitchen equipment was missing a colander, some more drinking glasses, a slotted spoon and a cooking pot would of been useful.

we stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment and it was beyond our expectations. It had everything you needed, it’s quiet and has beautiful sea views.

we had lovely weather and some fans would of been nice but having said that, the Corbyn apartments would be our first choice if staying in Torquay again.

Rooms are very clean, spacious and close to the town centre.

Apart from one of the showers which had a problem with its door, everything was spot on.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Corbyn Apartments. Stayed in the Lawrence Suite on the 2nd floor which was extremely spacious for 3 and beautifully presented. Loved the open plan living space and a good view of the bay. The master bedroom is huge! Enormous TV (although we didn’t watch much) and high spec features in the kitchen. Also good to have plenty of freezer space, so we could stock up. Sarah was friendly and offered some good advice on local, quieter beaches, even before we arrived, which was much appreciated.

Not a lot not to like about this beautiful apartment but just a few points. Did find the apartment quite hot, so actually purchased a couple of fans from Sainsbury’s which helped and will use at home! Worth noting, I did use the 3rd bedroom on the ground floor (at the back) some of the time and whilst the other 2 beds are great and super comfortable, this one really was not brilliant and creaked a lot every time you got off it. (The frame more the issue than the mattress I think). Re the kitchen, just missed the lack of a tea towel but ended up buying a couple. Also, bought a glass jug which I left there, as needed to make some sauce. Maybe a few plastic storage containers would be handy. Otherwise a lovely apartment though.

Apartment was immaculate. Parking was allocated and always available. Communication was first class and we were able to arrive much earlier than expected. The apartment block is very quiet and spotless. Great views of the sea and Torquay. It is a great location being between Torquay and Paignton with Cockington just up the road. Would definitely stay again.

Only noise caused by closeness to main road and railway line

Nice location by the beach and walking distance to marina. Very clean and tidy. Looks much better than the photos.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment (Lawrence). It is a very spacious apartment over two floors and has a small balcony, but not big enough to sit out on, with a great view. Very well equipped kitchen, fridge freezer, washer/dryer etc. Neighbour was lovely. The apartments have very good security, and allocated parking is a plus. Sarah was lovely and very helpful and attentive. Just under a mile to the Quay, a bus stops right outside (No.12) if you did not want to walk. It is on a main road which can be noisy, but it’s something you would get used too. There is a train track at the back, but again this would not be of concern. Would thoroughly recommend a holiday here and look forward to returning…..
