LOVED the suite was beautiful exactly the same as the photos only few things i would nitpick about was the flooring could have been cleaned better and for the price i would have expected more in the room maybe some snacks and stuff etc and i did mention that it was my fiances birthday so slightly dissapointed they did not have anything even just a birthday note pr something its always the little things for me the hot tub is covered but not as much privacy as i would have liked people from other suites higher up could see.. staff were lovely though thankyou to the person on reception calling to check if everything was ok i forgot his name

A complementary glass of Prosecco to start your stay was a nice touch. Modern room with very comfy round bed. The hot tub was already to use at 37 degrees, and was very relaxing. The spa bath was luxurious too. A large TV with netflix, a great touch. All in all a very enjoyable and relaxing room. The breakfast delivered to your room was also excellent with lots of choice. You won’t be disappointed if you want a relaxing stay.

Checkin wasn’t until 3pm and checkout 10.30am. £30 for late checkout after the huge cost already for these rooms. A very expensive stay for less than 24 hours and sadly a one off due to this fact.

From the moment we arrived the receptionist was very warm & welcoming . We were extremely lucky and got upgraded to the amazing (tranquil room) it’s fabulous and just what we need to enjoy our anniversary. The room , hot tub & steam room were such luxury. The views were amazing and very private. Breakfast was delicious, hand delivered in the morning with full English & continental.

I have no complaints. From start to finish it was perfect.

We booked a fairly last minute stay to celebrate our upcoming wedding anniversary, and being heavily pregnant I was looking for somewhere cosy, relaxing and rejuvenating. We were ever so kindly given a complimentary upgrade to the Elysian, and our suite was absolutely stunning. Incredibly spacious, modern and comfortable. I loved the thoughtful extras, like the ice machine and the 'proper' coffee machine with milk frother! The view across the balcony onto the fields was beautiful, and really set the scene when relaxing in the hot tub. The lovely breakfast was easily ordered via a QR code from the room, and delivered to the room in the morning - big portions, kept us full all day! The bed was incredibly comfortable - no easy feat at this stage of my pregnancy, and was greatly appreciated to have been given extra pillows as requested (pillows also incredibly soft!). We paid the extra for the late checkout, which made the stay feel far less rushed in the morning. The staff were lovely and friendly, and we would absolutely love to stay here again and be able to fully appreciate the sauna and hot tub etc. Thank you for our much needed break!

Location, facilities and staff were great.

On arrival we were promised an added touch due to it being our anniversary which wasnt there. We also arrived to a broken door so we couldn't go straight in. The staff were prompt and on hand to fix this but just sort of got in the way of the anniversary surprise.

Very comfortable enclosed private cabin. The choice of hot tub, jacuzzi bath (with TV) and shower/steam room were excellent. Great choices of coffee/tea/hot chocolate with added bonus of real milk! The breakfast delivery was also a great plus for our stay. All staff were helpful and cheerful and ensured our every need were catered for. Thankyou to them especially!

There wasn't anything not to like about this cabin and set up, however, a couple of suggestions that could enhance any future stays in that particular cabin (and this is us just being picky). We stayed in February and so the outside temperature was particularly cold. If there is a possibility of providing bath robes and outside hooks for the hot tub this would have made the experience a little more comfortable when hopping in and out of the tub. Secondly, a mat just inside the door. You are stepping straight from the outside onto the carpet and this would let guests remove footwear without dirtying/making wet the carpet.

When booking the hotel, I wanted to make a few add on requests as this was a romantic get away and also partners birthday surprise I contacted the hotel and to add a few things to the room and I can pay on arrival the staff we're very polite and friendly which made our stay more likeable the room and out door jacuzzi was amazing everything was perfect.

Needs a curtain across patio doors to block outside light at night. Fan in toilet did not work. Duvet was small and lumpy - not very comfortable. Bathroom mirror light only works with main switch to bathroom fan turned on. Can hear guests in room above

The room was cosy and I loved the spa bath with the TV. The hot tub outside was really amazing, but it did have it's set backs too. The Staff were really nice on arrival, and made sure we were comfortable. I really liked the fact the woman at reception asked if wanted anything removing from our breakfast and if we wanted a substitute (usually you have to ask yourself). I really liked you gave us a card saying 'Happy Anniversary!' We were allowed to order a takeaway to our room which was really handy! It would be nice if the staff gave us recommendations of places because all we could get the was a domino's and it would be nice if we had a selection of choices.

For the price of the room, I think you should be able to check in earlier than 3 o'clock. The breakfast looked nice but it was quite cold when it arrived. I do think the room is very over priced for one night. Also, the seating in the hot tub is very low, the water was up to my chin! I'm between 5ft 6-5ft7, imagine if I was a lot smaller in height... This made it a bit uncomfortable. Also there wasn't anywhere to put a drink in the hot tub.
