The suit was beautiful and such a great location, the team there was really nice and friendly and helped with parking and what to do,

Unfortunately we didn’t stay all 3 nights as the bed was so uncomfortable and my husband ended up getting on the sofa, so decided to go home after the 2nd night, we did report this to the manager and she was brilliant about it, they did get the mattress changed to a new one later that evening, and said would refund us the night we didn’t stay which is very kind of them, we will definitely be back now, seeing that they took action into what we said.

Absolutely loved everything about staying at bowness suites, you have a living room area and a bedroom area and both have so much space, extremely clean and tidy and have everything you need in your room from an iron and ironing board to coffee making facilities and if you did need something the guys would be able to help you out with your enquiries. It felt like a home from home as we were made to feel so welcomed right from the start. Lovely views of the lake from the Juliette balcony and it was nice to sit watching everything that was going on at the lake as these suites are at the centre of the town so you can get to everything with ease. You guys should be proud of what you do and provide 😀

Howie was the perfect host, very friendly & helped with our luggage and parking on arrival. The suite was spotless and very comfortable. Cozy lounge area with TV, fridge, small table with two chairs and settee Tea and coffee making facilities, with fresh milk in the fridge Good size bathroom with shower, lots of hot water, large soft towels, and again spotless. In the bedroom area, a very comfortable bed with beautiful bedding. Good size wardrobe, dressing table, full length mirror. tv, etc. Juliette balcony over looking the lake. Everything on the doorstep, pubs, cafés, baker's, shops, etc. 5 min walk to Lake windamere where you can jump on a boat to visit other areas or take a bus tour. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. It was perfect. We will definitely be back. Many thanks to Howie & Martin, we had a fabulous break.home

The host was so lovely and welcoming! The room was huge and absolutely immaculate, you could tell the owners took real pride in their work there wasn't a spec of dust on anything. very comfy bed and couch. lovely balcony with a view of the lake and mountain in the distance. there was an electric fire in the lounge area that belted the heat out! location was perfect. the host was very knowledgeable on the local area and had also included a lovely little guide in the room of places to eat etc. honestly don't think we could have booked a better place it was amazing!

The location is perfect. The hosts were lovely. The bed was incredibly comfy and everything was spotlessly clean. We had everything we needed in the room which is thoughtfully laid out. The rooms on the top floor have beautiful views and feel very peaceful. We would definitely come back here if we were to visit again.

It’s a shame there wasn’t any breakfast served on site but I understand this is a constraint of the property’s size, and I was aware of this when I booked.

Very warm welcome and lovely rooms to relax in after a long drive. Parking permit was a real godsend as this is a busy lilttle town, but we only had to wait a few minutes for a space to appear in the nearby carpark. We were also able to leave our bikes locked safely in the garden. They're located in the centre of town, close to shops, cafes and pubs so everything was within easy reach. The guys who run this place are absolutely adorable and so helpful, but the very best thing about it was the bed - oh my word, the bed. It was SO comfortable. We'll definitely go back next time we're in the area.

Thanks a lot, We really enjoyed our stay there. The location was perfect — peaceful and surrounded by nature. The place felt very cozy and welcoming, with a warm and hospitable atmosphere. Everything was spotlessly clean, which made the stay even more comfortable. One of the highlights was the beautiful view from the window. It was the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We would definitely love to come back again!

The location and staff Martin & Howie are excellent…we have stayed here many times and each of the six suites are fantastic…beautifully furnished and spotlesssly clean…whilst the location is second to none right in the heart of Bowness ….there is a small charge for parking at 3 per day and the hot breakfast is served across the road and is not for everyone…but it dosnt bother us at all…will stay again and again

Howie and Martin are such lovely hosts. They go out of their way to help with restaurant recommendations and bookings and are just such nice people. Their attention to detail is next level and the property is beautifully decorated and immaculate. Shops, pubs, restaurants and the most spectacular walks are all on your doorstep as well as easy access to Hill Top Farm by the ferry just 5 minutes walk away. Location couldn’t be better and we loved it here so much we extended our stay. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike.

I love this property and was so pleased to take the chance and book it. Such lovely and welcoming hosts, Martin and Howie, these guys just can’t do enough for you to make your stay so wonderful. Our room, well suite, was beautiful, so comfortable and immaculately clean. Location is perfect, in the centre of Bowness.

Parking was just around the corner and so cheap ! I was a little anxious stopping to unload bags but Martin and Howie were on hand to help me with that and took me to the car park, very easy.
