The place it's self was lovely. I felt for the price of it, you may of had the hot tub on for longer than 9.30pm as by the time you've been anywhere and eaten etc you didn't get much time in it. And the cleanliness wasn't immaculate. There was a bit of dirt around the door way inside to the back door and the carpet/rug on the stairs was quite dirty/ stained too. The freezer had a used empty bag of ice in and a child's party candle still in the ice bucket. Only enough for 2 coffees whilst there, couple of hairs in the bed aswell but hey ho. It was a lovely place in a great location. Just a shame you have to pay quite alot of money to park in a near public car park.

Booked here as a last minute Birthday getaway. The information on how to get to the den was brilliant, and we easily found it. On arrival the den was stunning and immaculate. The host’s were extremely helpful and made our stay that extra bit special. The den itself is located in the perfect area, with everything in walking distance. I would highly recommend and look forward to returning in the future.

Excellent location, superb accommodation and very clean, nice touch putting music on and the hot tub was a nice treat and the roses, bottle and towel decoration was another lovely surprise. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Den to anyone and would definitely return we both had a great time.

If I was being picky the only thing I would say that was needed is bubble bath and a hair dryer as we didn't pack and assumed they would be provided.

Immaculate condition! Prosecco available. Milk tea coffee and yummy hot chocolate! Bed was super comfortable! The place really does live up to the pictures! Will most defiantly be returning in the next few weeks as we couldn't fault our stay at all. Also accommodation was in the most perfect place. Everything a walk away.

The Den was amazing, great location and hot tub really great to relax in. Standard of interior was very high spec.

We didn'nt have any prosecco on arrival which reviews had indicated too, which was a little disappointing as most high end places of this standard this is just normal practise. We found the check in 3pm and check out 10am a little later/early and would have preferred 2pm/11am especially considering the price for staying.

The Den is the perfect couples get away. Located in the centre of town with easy access to shops, restaurants and bars. The accommodation is decorated beautifully with everything you could need or want. Loved that the hosts provide a bottle of fizz for the hot tub! Highly recommend and would definitely return

Nothing it was perfect for us

Amazing location, it's in the prime location of Windermere and the walk is a stones throw. The property is immaculate, so clean and beautifully decorated.. then the hot tub is just a perfect addition. Will definitely be returning at some point 😍 The hosts are on hand to help if needed too with quick replies via text! X

Location was central and perfect. Hot tub was ideal for us and great to soak in with a glass of fizz after a day out walking. Also very private. Twin shower and bath 🛁 tub were great. Large 4 Poster bed was comfortable. Overall a luxurious 5 star experience. We will be recommending 👍🏻

Ideal location shame about parking not been as close but not major. Very clean, got a call to say we couldn’t use the bath tub as it had been cracked I told them it wasn’t a problem they gave us a complementary bottle of Prosecco.

That the hot tub shuts off at 9.30. We didn’t arrive till quite late so only had an hour use of it.

It's perfect just for two, very quiet and great location.

There was one tiny issue , we were upstairs on our 1st morning when we thought we heard the back gate open , when we went down to check someone had been in and rolled up the side curtain of the hot tub canopy? Don't know why this was needed to be done when we weren't leaving until the next day?
