The Inn is extremely close to the historical part of Flagstaff, but the location is quiet and we never heard any traffic. As for the room, we stayed in the Petite Chambre, which has a king size bed and a private entrance. We loved how it was decorated and felt incredibly comfortable. They had such a cute fridge and the room was stocked with pour over coffee cups, teas, playing cards, and even doggy poop bags! Amazing!

The only thing I would mention, which they cannot control, is that it was a little hard to find due to construction traffic. They're working on the roads nearby so we had to circle around for a while trying to find the parking lot entrance. Otherwise, a fantastic place and I highly recommend it!

I adored the grounds of the hotel and where our room was located. It had a patio with rocking chairs that looked over the courtyard and was so dreamy. I also enjoyed the bed, the robes, and the shower. All were so luxurious and made me me not want to leave! And of course the location to downtown flag, our dinner reservation was a 7 min walk which couldn’t have been better.

I didn’t like the self serve amenities, meaning when we arrived and were in a hurry to get ready for dinner we discovered there was no shampoo/conditioner or hand soap in the restroom and didn’t have time to figure that out. I was able to text the staff because it was after hours and they responded timely explaining there were items in an “amenities room” and how to access it. Once we arrived back after dinner we got what we needed however it was pretty frustrating upon arrival as those are basic needs. Lastly I didn’t like the noise coming from the room above ours. I really try and understand the age of the building and those limitations however the stomping and creaking of the guests moving around their room was definitely bothersome.

It was a quaint boutique hotel in a beautiful part of downtown Flagstaff. I love that the rooms didn't have numbers but they had names. I also loved having a fireplace in the room.

I didn't like the bed frames in the 2 queen beds room because they were noisy so every time you moved in your sleep, it made noises which is not good when you have multiple people trying to sleep. The beds were very high from the floor and difficult to climb on to if you are not tall. Maybe if they had a little step up for those of us that are height challenged?

We cannot say enough wonderful things! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfection. The location is unbeatable, making it so easy to explore downtown Flagstaff. The building and rooms are beyond gorgeous, with so much attention to detail. Our room had a fireplace that added the coziest touch—it felt like a home away from home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, as was the couch and little table and chairs. The staff, though, are what truly set this place apart. They were kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. When a small issue (that wasn’t their fault at all) came up, they handled it and then gifted us a free s’more kit, which made for a fun and sweet evening by the fire. The kits are HUGE by the way and totally worth it. We’ve already told friends coming next month to book a stay here, and we absolutely can’t wait to come back ourselves. This will be our new normal spot when we come to the area.

Will be our new go to in Flagstaff. They have thought of everything. Beautiful outside area with 4-5 gas fire pits. Spread out nicely with comfortable seating areas. Within walking distance to breweries and food. The rooms are cute and comfortable. The staff here is outstanding and very helpful. We had a couple minor issues and they attended to them promptly and were very friendly. A hidden gem that is worth the stay.

If you have difficulty with stairs you might not want to be on the second floor but the staircase is beautiful and there are sturdy railings. I really can't think of one thing I didn't like.

Our room was excellently appointed. With robes, slippers, coffee bar, a drawer full of extras, and coffee and snacks in the reception area? It was all very well appointed. I was even able to purchase some champagne there for my husband and I to enjoy. They were friendly and extremely helpful. They were also the perfect location to downtown. We left the car in the lot and walked everywhere.

The only thing I could “complain” about, was our room was in the very back and faced a fence that was shaded with a restaurant. And they could get a little loud at times. That wasn’t great. The one other complaint would be the couple above us were so loud when walking around. I know it’s an old house and it’s expected. However, I wish people would be a little more self aware. Maybe hotels can remind them that there are people below them, and coming in at midnight each night and stomping around and dropping things on the ground is a little rude.

Loved absolutely everything about this hotel. The room was huge and beautifully decorated and expensively equipped. The photos of this hotel whilst excellent do not do it justice in 'real life' . The patio had lots of furniture so that you could relax outside. There was coffee/tea/water and snacks available in reception as well as coffee and tea making facilities in the room. Everything had been considered to make the stay at the hotel comfortable. The staff were so kind and accommodating.

Nothing could have been better, it was just perfect.

The Bespoke Inn Flagstaff is one of those boutique hotels that you make sure to stay at whenever you return to a particular city or town. Clearly, someone has put a great deal of effort in designing the room-decor and grounds, and to providing the amenities and comforts that make a hotel special. Dog friendly, too. Highly recommend.

To make coffee in the room, only a somewhat awkward cup pour-over system was available—a slow, complicated process; particularly before having one’s first cup of coffee. A Keurig machine was available in the lobby.

The Inn is located in downtown Flagstaff and is within walking distance to restaurants and shops. From the first time we walked into the room, it was terrific - clean, inviting, and relaxing. We especially loved the incredibly comfortable bed. It was probably the best place I have stayed in many years.

We didn't like having to leave. It was a sad, sad moment for us. If only my work didn't need be back so soon.

My husband and I stayed at the Bespoke Inn on two separate occasions while visiting our son in Flagstaff in November 2023. We were extremely impressed with the property, and everything exceeded our expectations. The room on our first stay was very clean, cozy and nicely decorated. We received an upgrade to a suite on our second stay and it was perfect. It was also cozy and very clean, and the option to close a door while one person slept and the other watched TV was appreciated. Each room has a pour-over coffee setup which was very nice, and the main room has a Keurig and snacks. There is a lovely area to sit outside on nice evenings and enjoy a propane fire and glass of wine. The location of the inn is perfect. The neighborhood is attractive and safe, and it is a very easy walk to the downtown area. Free parking is available in their lot, and we could even fit our 20' camper van easily. But the most impressive part of our experience was meeting Samatha. She is the epitome of a great inn keeper! She learned our names upon arrival, greeted us with a smile every time we walked in, and made sure everything was perfect for us. And I have no doubt she treats every guest the same way. From now on the Bespoke Inn will be our home away from home while in Flagstaff since nothing could possibly beat it. We can't wait to return. Thank you Samantha!
