Great location, 10 minute walk to Disney. Nice pool/games area outside and clean rooms.

Would’ve preferred more options for breakfast/coffee in the morning, otherwise nothing we didn’t like!

It was a great price overall for the proximity to Disneyland, and the rooms were clean and comfy. The complimentary drinks were a nice touch, and ordering food was fast and easy. It's a little farther than I'd probably want to be again, especially for a longer trip. Having the Walgreen's and CVS right there was convenient. I would stay here again if going to the Convention Center, for sure. However, the price for parking was outrageous, nearly $40/day, which put a damper on the value. I wouldn't stay again if I had a car. There are many places nearby with much cheaper or free parking. So yeah, overall, it was a good stay.

Nearly $40 day for parking!! Housekeeping never visited during our stay. We used up our coffee packs/coffee cups in the room the first day, and they were never replenished. We just rinsed and reused our paper cups, and we had brought some of our own coffee, so it wasn't an issue. I'm sure we could have called the front to request more, but we didn't. We were surprised when they still didn't come the 2nd day.

Hotel Lulu is located on one of the main strips leading to Disney Land in Anaheim. So there are a lot of other hotels and retail shops around it. The hotel staff were very welcoming and the room was clean and comfortable. It also included a fridge. There is NO free breakfast and I did not try the breakfast available from the hotel. There is a IHOP right next door that stays open 24 hours. A CVS/Walgreems and Starbucks are also a short walk to the corner. I also got a free mimosa during my stay which was delicious.

There is a $35 per day parking fee which I was not aware of until check in also they will hold $100 on your card until you check out so be aware of this if you have a low limit credit card. Being close to Disney Land everything is very expensive. Gas in the area was averaging $5.89 per gallon! The room had a hotpot and instant coffee which was not very good. It had a mini fridge but no microwave. So you could put leftover restaurant food in the fridge but had no way to reheat it. I am not aware of there was one downstairs somewhere.

I stayed at Hotel Lulu in Anaheim last night with my girlfriend, and I just have to give a big shout-out to one of the ladies at the front desk. I think her name was Esperanza. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome. I’m used to being judged by the way I look because of my tattoos, but she treated me with the same kindness and respect as anyone else—no assumptions, no attitude, just genuine hospitality. That kind of customer service goes a long way and really stood out to me. Thank you for making our stay such a positive experience. People like her are the reason guests feel valued and want to come back.

Only downside was the amount I paid for parking and the fact that I haven’t received my down payment back..

Location is great. Close to everything, not too far from the parks, buses, or trams. Property was easy to find, plenty of safe parking, not hard to travel to and from. Pool was great, just a little hidden under the shade. The complimentary cocktail at check-in and Disney movies playing in the lobby are some of magic touches I enjoy and look forward to when I stay here. Third time staying here!

Plumbing looked and sounded a little weird, but worked fine! In-hotel restaurant/bar could use some life and vibes to be appealing to customers. Housekeeping is request only, and they forgot twice to come by the room, but came through on the third day!

Great location for access to Disney - we walked there each morning in less than 15 minutes. The room was just the right size for the 3 of us, with 2 beds which were comfy. The pool area was nice, especially when the sun was out.

We had an air conditioning unit in the room that rattled a bit, but was resolved once it had been serviced - my first request to remedy the situation mustn't have been relayed as it remained rattly the 2nd night, but was fixed once I brought it to their attention again. Parking is expensive on-site - $35 per night, but I get that's pretty standard in a city such as this. The bar/breakfast area is very clinical and canteen like, not much ambience there. If the space was smaller and more intimate, a very cool bar area could be designed.

This is our 2nd time staying at Hotel Lulu and I can honestly say it's always so clean, very comfortable and welcoming. The staff is outgoing and friendly and the decor is perfect!

Parking is very overpriced. When we stay, it's usually 3 nights & 4 days. Which normally the first night we are hardly there, we basically just get there to sleep and the last day we are out by 11am. Those two days should not be charged full price. Also, once the customer is booking over 2 nights we should get a parking discount, that is the o ly thing that makes me want to try a different hotel. Other than that it's perfect. Oh also, the trees in the parking g lot left Sapp all over my car that was very hard to wash off, maybe the trees should be trimmed a bit.

Clean spacious room. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We had a room facing the parking lot so no street noise to be heard. Staff was very nice and there was always a cleaning lady down on the main lobby & floor doing a very thorough job at various times of the day.

Trying to work out a booked pricing discrepancy from Booking.com and what I was charged on my invoice, when I received the email. I have not received an answer as of yet and I have reached out twice since checking out a week ago. Perhaps this review, which I was waiting to do, will prompt a resolution. I'm still not used to having to pay to park a vehicle at a hotel your are staying at and getting taxed on it to boot.

Room was spotless, beds were extremely comfortable, we had everything we needed, even more than expected. Located very close to our destination, great distance to convenience stores and restaurants, staff was great, especially the staff that was cleaning, they were all working so hard with huge smiles on their faces, they were so welcoming and friendly. Check-in and chek-out were easy and fast. And I had the extra accommodation of having guest services assist me in safe disposal for my medication needle. Decor was beautiful and overall a great stay all around.

The parking lot was big so finding parking wasn't a problem. Check-in was fast and easy. The staff was nice and answered all the questions. There was an ice machine and snacks that you could buy in the lobby. There was also a bar at the lobby. Didn't buy drinks there, but it looked nice. We asked for extra towels, and they have a robot that takes it to your room, which I thought was pretty cool. Staff was always site if we needed anything. The location of this hotel was perfect because it's in walking distance to disneyland and close to a few food/drink shops

The morning after our check-in, there was a false alarm that rang like at 8 a.m., and it went on for quite a bit. Enough for us not to go back to sleep for a few more hours. Other than that our stay was perfect
