location staff was friendly (rodoba-- she was excellent) The hotel's decor was absolutely stunning! It's clear that a lot of thought and care went into creating an inviting and elegant atmosphere for guests. Furthermore, its location is incredibly convenient, making it an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area.

The hotel has a good games room and lounge. Zeppelin, themed from Led Zeppelin, made for a cool n different look throughout the hotel and the music throughout the common areas.
Booking.com have got rates n charges WRONG!! There was additional charges not advised about amounting to Usd $100's extra. All very confusing n unhappy surprise. Room with breakfast - breakfast possibly not worth buying, limited offering n choice and grumpy staff that appeared to hate their job making it a not so nice start to the morning.

Comfortable, quiet, well-appointed room. No noise from traffic, even though located in the heart of downtown S/F, just a couple of minutes' walk from Union Square. Plethora of places to eat and drink in the vicinity. About ten minutes from Powell Street BART station and streetcar. I stayed here six years ago and knew that it was a nice place to stay.

Games room downstairs at the back of the hotel was super cool. Kids loved going in here in the evenings and utilising. Hotel had a real funky vibe. Good location for downtown, just need to be careful heading up Taylor st towards tenderloin.
We had a suite room, which had an alcove area with a sofa bed in it. The sofa bed was not very comfortable to sleep on. After a couple of nights my wife asked for an extra comforter (duvet) to pad underneath her & more daughter. Also had a degree of “roll-together” utilising the sofa bed. Pillows ere not most comfortable. Two times after requests to staff (for house keeping assistance) we had to follow up. Room overlooked wall of another building. Stopped serving in the attached bar at 10pm.

Hotel itself is very stylish, team is very courteous, and the room itself is very comfy (yet small). Shower is excellent too - and you also get a water bottle. That's being extra considerate of your customers.
Breakfast - I paid approx. $50 for a cappuccino and two small croissants! I was shocked! What a horrible thing to call "breakfast"! And the croissants were bad. I could't figure out how to switch off all the lights... had to unplug two lamps. Location is horrible because it's SF - a lot of drugged people who are quite often naked too. Not a safe place for kids.

Overall a very good hotel to stay in. I was upgraded on arrival to a queen room which was quiet and comfortable. The hotel is furnished in a rock-chic style and I particularly liked the front lounge and cafe bar area with its cool seating and fireplace. The staff were friendly and most of the time very helpful. Location is good if you want to stay downtown, it's very close to Union Square and Muni at Powell Street. Compared to other 3 or 4* hotels in SF the Zeppelin proved to be pretty good value for money. I would score the hotel at 8 1/2 if there was an option.
Wifi had a habit of dropping or being logged out of at no notice. I realised eventually that it would knock you out every day at 11am but still a nuisance when travelling. It was great having a coffee bar in the lounge/reception but food choices were minimal; I just felt they could do so much more with this.

The staff was really great. One staff member in particular who I have to mention, was just amazing. Unfortunately, I do not remember her name but she has black hair up in a bun and she worked on Saturday afternoon during check-in. Check-In was really hectic And not once did she get frustrated or panicked or anything. She completely kept her cool while a very long line of people waited to check in. I also had a couple issues with checking in and I actually was quite panicked about it. She was kind, patient and reassuring And everything wound up being fine.. She is a keeper and I was so impressed and so grateful for her that day. Thank you thank you thank you 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼!

Ideal location in downtown S/F. I have stayed here on several previous visits. Quiet location, just five minutes from Union Square and c. ten minutes from Powell St. cable car and BART Metro line. Room rate was slightly less than on my last stay in January 2024,
Two minor reservations: tea/coffee making facilities no longer available in room and there used to be full breakfast available by the lobby., but now just coffee/croissants provided.

Great location near shops bars and restaurants. Very safe. Gorgeous hotel. Great room with a view of the Main Street. Nice building. Very comfortable. It was next door to car rental (Avis). They let me store my luggage the day after checkout when I returned from my road trip. Very very good!
Nothing. But medium mocha at cafe downstairs cost me $9 US which converts to $15 AUD. A bit out there for a very basic, underwhelming coffee.

The hotel is really stylish. It has great internet connection throughout. Walking distance to chinatown and union square and sorrounded with a nice set of good retaurants. Last but not least, it has valet parking.
To be fair, there's nothing I'd point out, simple but really good.
