We made a last minute reservation because we encountered some issues with our original reservation. We were able to get amazing rooms at the Courtyard. The lady at the reception was exceptionally helpful. Unfortunately, I can't remember her name. She welcomed us with a ssmile and tried to accommodate our 5 member family, which was not an easy task! She upgraded us to a suite, and got our kids the best rooms they had that might. She went out of her way to help us and make us feel welcome. The hotel was just renovated. It looks great! I would definitely go back!

My wife and I like Courtyard, this was a nice one with a good location between San Luis Obispo and Pismo/Avila Beach easy on easy off the freeway going in either direction.... stores and shopping nearby.

We asked for a nice quite room, with an open view they, put us across from a family with little children who would cry loudly ....and a large tree in front of the window.... cleaning the staff was very nice and friendly.

Staff were friendly and helpful Water and snacks in lobby, pool area and facilities clean and attended to well

Renovated rooms are very nice. Small details like a spot to put wet soap bar by sink other than the counter, tub very slick when wet and nothing to hold on to

In Australia, the Avocado Toast is actually 1/2 an Avo smashed on toast. All I got was a light smear. At the price charged there is about 90% GP in it. It would have been good to get value.

The Reception Staff and in people attending Starbucks was very nice and efficient. Modern design of facilities. Free parking is a value. In general, very good impression.

The quantity of included breakfast was a little scarce. The organization of line to order was very improvable.

Pet friendly and we were given a room very close to exit, it was very convenient for the pet.

They were doing renovations at the time and since our room was close to an exit, we heard all the commotions of furnitures being moved.

The room was clean, comfortable and the staff couldn't have been nicer both during check in and check out. Delicious cookies on check in and they looked up my Bonvoy number for me to ensure I received credit for the stay. The bartender, Alan, was a delight as well.

Room was clean, breakfast was great, customer service was exceptional. Loved all the board games in the lobby/lounging area. My kids and I played several games, and they were very happy.

We had pre paid room but they couldn't tell me that they were going to charge my credit card. Even after I showed receipt they could say that we wouldn't be charged. Still watching card

The location was excellent. We did not eat a full breakfast although it looked good. It was a bit confusing-only one breakfast was included but I think that was a mistake since there were two people in the room. We just grabbed coffee and a roll.

The only thing two things we did not like was we could not get the TV to work and the shower was really hard to turn on but finally figured it out - took some man strength.
