We liked everything. Such a cozy place and you feel there as you are at home. Very clean and neat. Comfortable and clean beds. Clean carpet, clean surfaces, clean small appliances, etc. As a person, who worked as a housekeeper in the past, I must say that the housekeepers do their job very well! The ladies working at the front desk are so welcoming and helpful if anything is needed. I also have to mention that the inn is located very close to all possible places you might need during your stay (small store, restaurants etc), so there is no need to drive. I would love to come back if one day I visit Moro Bay again.

The room was very nice, updated, clean and modern. It was lacking towels due to a new housekeeper's error but the lady who checked us in brought over towels right away. The bed was very comfortable. It would have been nice to have a desk.

No desk, no usable patio furniture, just a covered couch which took up all of the space. Also, there was one very nice padded chair but the other chair was a weird metal chair that didn't match anything else in the room. Also, the television was difficult to navigate, could only move up and down with the remote and it took too long to change channels. It would be nice if a continental breakfast were offered.

This was our second 10 day stay here. The location is perfect-so easy to walk to restaurants, shops, the Rock, etc. Beds are comfy. The area is very quiet. The staff are very nice and helpful. the first day we kept hearing a strange noise which turned out to be from the heater. They checked it and within an hour had installed a new unit. We will be back again next spring.

Keurig type small coffee maker did not make very hot coffee. We often had to zap the cup in the microwave. But it was great to have it there anyway.

I had a wonderful stay at Harbour House Inn in Morro Bay! The location is fantastic, with beautiful views of the bay and easy access to local shops and restaurants. It’s a charming, small inn that offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It had a cozy, homey feel, and I appreciated the little touches like fresh towels and a coffee maker. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well during my stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to offer recommendations for things to do in the area. Overall, I had a great experience at Harbour House Inn and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Morro Bay. It’s an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway!

The only minor downside was that the bathroom could use a bit of updating, but it was still perfectly functional.

We really enjoyed the view. We had an ocean view. I loved the chaise. It was more comfortable and functional than a sofa. We had a fridge and a coffee pot. The water pressure was the best I've ever had at ANY other hotel/motel. The window coverings are exceptional, they're not curtains, it's a panel covering that rolls up and down. I feel it's much better privacy and blocks the light very well. The location is great didn't have to drive to go to beach or get food. There's a liquor store next door that closes late and opens early. They are a grocery/liquor store so you can buy snacks, condiments, drinks and candy.

That I had to go home the very next day. The location and all amenities were great nothing to complain about.

Room found very clean: floors, appliances, bathroom fixtures all clean upon entry. Front desk staff were conscientious and friendly. Received daily text messages from front desk, regarding any additional services needed. Room large enough, so did not feel cramped, furniture clean and in good condition. Room had quiet combo heater and AC unit. Harbor House Inn is located close to wharf, about 3 blocks away.

A couple of drawbacks were that the bottom sheet on the king-size bed was not large enough to stay tucked in under mattress. Should have used a fitted sheet. Other issue was that the shower curtain was not wide enough to cover the length of the tub, so shower water kept jetting out onto floor.

Clean and tidy accommodation and site. Reception were friendly and helpful, keeping in touch prior to arrival and informative throughout. Room was spacious and convenient parking available at the door. Short walk in to Morro Bay and a reasonable number of eateries.

Rooms appear to be missing a door between the bedroom and entrance hall area. Not too big an issue, but with no blind / curtain in the entrance hall, it is not ideal for those sensitive to light in the night. NOT AN ISSUE OF HARBOR HOUSE - but Morro Bay closes very early, so don't plan heading in to the town for food / drink after 8/9pm

Me and my sister came for her birthday and it was wonderful. Very simple clean place to stay in Morro Bay. Staff is very attentive and the rooms were very clean. We have another trip planned in two months. Can’t wait to go back..

Absolutely fantastic! We had a great time and can’t wait to go back. There was nothing I didn’t like downstairs next time tho lol, I will get the bottom floor because I’m older and the stairs too much for me, but that won’t stop me from staying at The Harbor House. Perfect mini vacation!!

Perfect location to walk everywhere in MB! We had an upstairs room with a 180 degree view of the ocean beyond the town. It was bright, breezy and comfortable. We had a balcony as well. There was a little noise on the main street due to construction, but closing the door fixed it. Liquor store next door with amazing selection to fill the mini fridge if needed! And some of my favorite burritos are also across the street. Not all rooms have balconies, and the lower rooms have cute little, fenced off out-door patios. Rooms are updated, beds are nice. May have found our new favorite place to stay in Morro Bay!

Property was clean. Room was very clean and very roomy. And had all the things you may need. Absolutely loved it. We walked everywhere, to the shops in the little downtown historic area, as well as to the shops by the bay. Checked out the coffee shop’s& restaurants surrounding, at the docks got to watch the sea lions and otters!! I would chose this place again, we had an upstairs room with balcony that faced the bay, got to watch the sunset! P.S. Staff was very friendly.
