Staff is excellent, they went above and beyond for me. Gave me a room I liked, and when the guest laundry was not available because the coins weren't taken out of the machine (this is an outside company) the manager did my wash for free. This is very kind. Good coffee in the morning in the lobby, had a restful sleep and the water in the shower was hot!

I like the central location of this hotel. It is located a few miles away from downtown San Luis Obispo, the area's wine country, and nearby cities like Pismo Beach and Avila Beach. The hotel is located near stores, supermarkets, and gas stations. The surrounding area looks safe. The staff is courteous and helpful.

There is not a lot to like, taking into consideration the price. I advise carefully checking the amenities of the room you book. Not all rooms have the same electronics/facilities. The area surrounding the hotel has poor lighting. Therefore, expect low visibility at night.

It's a very nice clean motel. The staff was very kind. It was my second time staying at this location and I'm sure I'll be back next year.

I wish the bed sheets have been changed during my stay. I probably could have requested it but I just sort of expected it to happen without needing to request it. Other than that the shower head was a little plugged. Everything else was absolutely perfect. The room was comfortable and quiet and pet friendly.

It has easy access to the freeway and its location isn't bombarded by traffic noise. Mini fridge in the room and a decent AC unit. No bugs or stains anywhere in the room. Lots of available parking spaces. Legitimate Grocery stores and restaurants nearby.

If I'm nitpicking, the light switch at the door was odd in regard to it operating a light at the far end of the room.

We were there 4th of July night. Easy check in bilingual staff .. I was fine and okay , only booked for beach clean up and bed time . Surprisingly my 11 yr old boy really didn’t like it, he felt it was dirty , I guess he’s a little bougie

My 11yr old felt that the sheets you can feel the sand , even after dusting off . From before even going to the beach he says it felt dusty

Customer service was great and like that they offered extra amenities throughout the stay. Rooms were very clean and great pricing.

Shower was very compact wished it was bigger. Don't like that theres a door in between rooms especially when your neighbor trys and opens it in the middle of the night its kind of an inconvenient situation.

It was clean, provided coffee, had an icemaker, but the pool was being drained and I was unable to use it for the period I was there. If it had been operational, I likely would have given 5 stars. The pool had been partially drained and I was told that I could not swim. The pool was one of the main reasons I chose this location

The room was clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There was brewed coffee available in the office every morning. It was located just off the 101, but was still quiet.

There was nothing. To be nit-picky I guess I could say you get what you pay for, so the furnishings are sparse and older. The princess in me could have had coffee in my room so I didn’t have to shower and dress before drinking my morning requirement to become human. But the hotel isn’t large and the coffee in the office tasted better than the kind they typically give you to brew in your room…

It was clean and comfortable and the staff was very accommodating and personable. I borrowed a hair dryer and we had to cancel one day of our stay. I was given a full refund. We will stay there again because the staff was so nice and helpful. Keep in mind it’s a Motel 6- it’s no frills and you need to bring shampoo/lotion etc. We were there for a Cal Poly event and it worked just fine for our needs.

Could have been cleaner. Did not have enough towels for the number of people we had, we had to ask for additional. Prices had been raised everywhere because it was graduation weekend, but we knew it would be that way.
