How clean the location was. How friendly the staff were. Everyone was very welcoming.

We did have one issue with the breakfast. My daughters went down thinking that it was a free continental breakfast. Well the sat and ate breakfast, at the end the server gave them a bill they didn’t know what to do and nothing was communicated to them. I feel like the sign outside the dining room is misleading. They should have something stating that breakfast is not free or the server’s say something to guests about the cost. We had to pay 40.00 for breakfast and my kids were so scared they didn’t even enjoy it or really eat. Just think some better signage and communication from the staff would be helpful.

We had 2 kids with us & it was nice they gave us a room close to the pool & on the first floor

Wasn't happy when I asked where the free breakfast was served & the clerk said I'll check. See then told me we didn't get the free breakfast after checking her computer I wasn't happy When I booked the room it was advertised free breakfast. And then of course when we get there no breakfast. Guess we won't be booking Hilton properties any time soon. Also I don't know why you don't offer queen size beds

The Staff was very friendly and helpful. I forgot to bring hair tie and receptionist was kind enough to offer me one of hers. The rooms were clean and spacious.

The plumbing makes ALOT of Noise when you or a neighboring room turns on the shower 🚿.

If you are familiar with US domestic travel, then you are probably aware of the various US hotel chains out there that range from super budget to super premium. Doubletree by Hilton I would say is somewhere in the middle leaning more towards premium. This means in my opinion a hotel property that offers rooms that are clean, beds that are comfortable, bathrooms with hot water and free toiletries, restaurants/cafes onsite, a fitness center and/or a swimming pool. The Doubletree property at Arlington Heights, Chicago meets all of these and at reasonable rates. Parking is also ample, and if you don't want to eat at the hotel, there are restaurant choices nearby, and there is a Denny's right next to the hotel parking lot. And the free cookie upon check-in I thought was a nice touch! Good job Doubletree!

I stayed at Room 328, and sadly, the sink in the bathroom needs de-clogging. Also, I found it strange that there wasn't a mini-fridge in the room. I would have given them a higher rating if it weren't for these.

Breakfast

You over charged me, and I understand incidentals, but it was $150 more than the the price I was quoted. The girl at the front desk said I dunno and couldn't care less. I will be requesting a partial refund because that was upsetting

The pool area was the best hotel pool area I’ve ever been to.

I didn’t like that some guest don’t get the complimentary breakfast depending how they booked. We booked with Booking.com and received vouchers for it. Whereas my family that stayed did not. The Elevators are kind of sketchy and worked intermittently. The hallways are long and kind of confusing.

Didn't like the hold fee for two rooms. I reserved two rooms but I'm thinking it could've been one fee for both.

I was greeted with professional courtesy. I was not told there was no contentnental breakfast as some brand hotels include. When I asked the staff sent me in circles as if they didn't know. Terrible service.

Knowledgeable staff.

I was there working, served the purpose and everything went well.

Overall my stay was good, however some of the front desk staff ladies are rude sometimes. Felt like they were not willing to help.
