Clean Comfortable Quiet

Television Didn't work very good. Contacted staff about the problem. They informed me that it was because the hotel was under construction. I told that it had a lose connection on back and when you giggled it would work better but not all the time. So for my 6 night stay I watched a snowy and vertical lined television screen. I think they used the remolded as an excuse to blow off problem.

It was clean and the front desk were polite and helpful. Breakfast was ok. The rooms looked newly renovated.

The shower pressure was low and there was no where to put your soap in the shower. The dressers need a little paint. They also did not clean our room 😒 Even after we ask them too. They placed was booked so we gave it a pass. They did bring us clean towels after.

Hotel quiet at bed time. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of parking . Love the update showers with the slide doors .

The room water pressure and room smelled like cigarettes. I went to buy Lysol wipes and spray but the smell was still there and I think mainly because of the carpet in the room. Also the shower doesn’t have a soap holder.

This was by far one of the greatest hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. The staff was so nice, the facility is clean and the full breakfast is more than satisfying. Brenda-the woman who helps prepare breakfast is the best! 10/10 recommend.

Safe area, friend and helpful personnel, specially Lee and Damian. Plenty of parking for our trailer. It is like 45 mins from Downtown Chicago.

We visited during a busy weekend, so prices were to the roof 😑

Very nice check in was quick, lady very nice” also when I thought someone follow me an calling” from car they checked into it” and it turn out to be a lady on the phone walking behind me from same hotel” misunderstanding but quite nice easy to book last minute

Carpet” not that it was not clean I my allergies because of carpet” now days to be safe all floor should not have carpet

Beds were very comfortable. Rooms are nice and big, we had a refurbished one. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Silly little things, no hooks in bathroom, so no place to hang towels. Also no place in shower to hold soap or shampoo. So had to place on floor. Water pressure not the best.

Rooms were roomy. Bed was comfortable, however, the pillows were too small. The breakfast was good and 24 hr coffee bar is an excellent idea.

The heat in our room didn’t stay on long enough especially in the low temperatures the city was experiencing.

The breakfast was great. It got me started each morning. The location was a little far from where I had to travel to,but the area had everything I needed.

The pillows were too soft. That's all I can say I didn't like.

Safe area, close to shopping and restaurants, clean, friendly helpful staff.

I had to ask to have my room cleaned, request fresh linens, towels, soap, toilet paper for the last couple of days.
