We have an oversized truck and Chris, the security guard, was very accommodating and found us a place to park.
There was no information about the height limit in the parking garage until after the reservation was made. We have an oversized truck so I would not have made reservations here if I had known about it. I called and asked about how to handle the parking situation and the staff member said they "could accommodate" us. When we got there we were told we'd have to find our own parking so I explained what happened and Chris, the security guard, was very kind and found us a parking spot on the street right next to the hotel. We were very appreciative of that. So it all turned out ok.

I liked everything from the location, the view, the facility, room, bar, it was an amazing experience..
I didn't like the car garage, too small as in we was in a truck, was scared our truck would get damaged (top of truck) because how low the garage were.. but thank god our truck was a few inches shorter.. and at night, it's hard to park cause of valet parking plus it's alot of ppl at the hotel.. just not enough parking space.. And they charge $40 self parking $50 valet parking. Which is no problem, but it's not enough parking for all vehicles. And I left sunday, I still haven't received my deposit back.. which they charge $75 plus your room cost fee.

The location and views were lovely as always.
No self parking available for hotel guests and being made to either use valet (expensive at $50) or park in a public lot down the street. Allow ample parking reserved for hotel guests would be appreciated, especially at the price point for this hotel. Purchasing a fancy room from hotel and having to park on a public garage more prone to damages was disappointing. Housekeepers need to NOT knock and come in if someone hasn’t checked out. A lady woke us up EARLY to clean and luckily had the door stop on. I later went down to Starbucks and when I came my boyfriend stated the lady WALKED IN on him after already being told no. Overall there was 3 knocks and a walk in before checkout (with an occupied sign on the door). Frustrating as we couldn’t sleep in from this.

We had a freak accident happen where they had received so much rain that the ceiling fell in, in a spot in our room. BB was fantastic, management was fantastic. We of course understand accidents happen but they made sure we had everything we needed and even comped our room for our inconvenience. The hotel was beautiful, super clean and the customer service was fantastic from start to finish. We will absolutely be back, also highly recommend using valet. It's $40 to self park, $50 to valet and you can use it as much as you want during your stay.
We didn't realize that the parking deck was almost two blocks but that was my fault. It is more reasonable to valet and the service is phenomenal. There wasn't anything I didn't like but I thought I should at least mention a reminder to check about parking, totally my fault.

The property was clean and spacious and there were so many options for food and drinks. Just a few minute walk to the arch and surrounding restaurants. Valet parking was convenient, and the workers were fast and doing their best, but it was a huge hassle to retrieve our vehicle at checkout.
The Starbucks on the property was extremely expensive $30 for 2 small coffees, and the workers were not very helpful with anything seeing how we’ve never been there and the place is huge. They kind of just let you wonder around and give vague answers. Retrieving our vehicle through valet the next morning at checkout was a nightmare as everyone there checked out at 11am and was also retrieving their cars.

I absolutely LOVED our stay. It was only one night unfortunately but we will definitely go back! Every employee I encountered from valet, guest services, front desk, and the sports bar were extremely kind. The arch is right outside. Hotel was busy this weekend however our rooms were quiet! Rooms were clean. I have to give a special shout out to Darren with guest services. I truly appreciate his help this morning- I forgot to call valet before leaving my room. Darren contacted valet services on my behalf while we finished breakfast. Thank you Darren!!
There isn’t much to NOT like about the property. The location is PERFECT, staff including trainees are friendly and efficient. Remember to use your key if your room is on the upper floors!!

Very well managed and super comfortable rooms.
The pizza at the restaurant downstairs was mediocre. Also, valet parking was mandatory, which added $48 to the bill - a ripoff.

Great value for the location, before the upgrades. Closest hotel to the Arch with awesome Arch views. Our rooms were complimentary upgraded to suites because we used Bookings to reserve our rooms, and what we reserved was not available. Those suites we awesome and very large. Rooms were emaculately clean and well furnished. Easy walk to the Arch, the Arch Park, Mississippi River, and restaurants. Free, under hotel parking.
Frustrating: Elevators were slow, and 50% were not working, resulting in large groups waiting on each floor.

It was beautiful and convenient!
My husband truck would not fit in the parking garage as it 7’2” and the garage is only a 6’ or 6’5” clearance and when asked if there was parking on the premises for oversized vehicles we were told no , to go down to one of the other hotels and attempt to park in their garage . There was parking available that was coned off for buses . We found a parking garage several blocks down the street but it is an inconvenience. Also the rooftop should be open to guest who are staying at the hotel . That is not specified on the booking , one of the reasons why I booked the hotel was to go there to see the arch view .

Starting with checking in, Patrick was absolutely amazing. He was high spirited and brought personality to his job. Such a sweet guy and made me feel welcomed. The room was amazing! My small complaint is there wasn't any tooth paste in the room. I usually bring my own but forget, but I want to also note that I didn't ask for any which I may have received if I did. The check-out process was super easy. Great stay.
No tooth paste in the room. I don't believe I seen an ice bucket, but I could be wrong. But other than that no complaints.
