Modern, luxurious and well stylish hotel, with all the facilities needed. Clean room, great bed and all pretty brand new. Location close to the airport with descent shuttle service. Very friendly staff. Noise-free which is a big plus for an airport hotel. Breakfast was not included but served by the build-in restaurant but quality wise absolute magnificent.

A bit expensive and location wise, there’s nothing to do around if you need to stay close to the airport.

For someone who doesn't have a car it's quite difficult to go to Chicago's center. It's a 23 minutes walk to the train station and then probably 1 hour to an hour and a half depending how far to the center you are going. If i knew the case i would prefer to pay a little extra in order to find a hotel closer to Downton or at least to a train station. The weather was really hot on 23 of August (all those days actually), so having to walk so much without a trace of shade wasn't ideal to start our sightseeing. Other than that no major issues.

We were stranded from a canceled flight, and the front desk had several travelers show up at the same time. The 2 men were helpful and patient with the group of frustrated people. The morning front desk staff were equally as kind and tracked down toothbrush and toothpaste for me and my husband. That was much appreciated.

We weren't there very long so I don't have anything negative to say. Maybe have continental breakfast included.

The staff was excellent, kind, courteous and professional. Alot of professionalism is lost in the world right now, but not at this facility, it was excellent!!!! Everyone treated me like I was a Millionaire, with respect and very personable. I will stay there again.

I left to down town and the walk in the middle of the night from the parking structure to the Hotel was very scary, but that walk would be the same at any Hotel if I think about it.

They didn’t have the airport shuttle on the 24th and I had to pay a taxi on me. Which was unexpected because I chose that hotel also for the airport shuttle. So yeah keep in mind that… I would have put a 10/10 if it wasn’t for the unexpected airport shuttle cancelled from Saturday until Wednesday without notice or info at the moment of booking…

The hotel was in a convenient location to a concert we attended. Easy access and very easy to find and easy to navigate the area. The room was nice and roomy, clean, comfortable and quiet. The front desk people were welcoming and friendly!

A few things I didn’t like was the cost was a bit high but convenient to where we had to be. The second thing it was a $25 charge to park which I think should be included in the price you pat to stay!

The staff from the front desk to the restaurant were all amazing. The food was delicious and the staff very courteous and helpful. My entire stay was fantastic. I would definitely come back to this Hotel.

Nothing, everything was fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised about the whole experience. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling near Rosemont. The staff was amazing and everything was very clean.

We ended up here at 2am after a cancelled flight. The check in staff were polite and efficient, with a lot of very tired passengers. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable - just what you need when everything else has gone wrong.

The duvet on the bed was flat ....should put new duvets or fluffy comforters , think the $200 deposit was a lil high ...most places we have stayed at have done $100

It needs updated - tech wise. There’s no way to charge anything unless you remember your cube, which isn’t usually necessary because most places we stay usually have at least a lamp with a usb port. Also, the AC was broken but they switched us to a new room after a couple hours.
