Breakfast ok. Room comfortable. Location convenient.

Booked room with breakfast included. At check in we noticed that breakfast was not included. I checked my paperwork which confirmed that breakfast was included. I spoke with the reception folks who told were unpleasant about this and honored this only because I had the paper copy of the reservation.

I loved the space allowed in the room! There were so many storage opportunities as well as outlets. I loved the full length mirror found in the closet space as well.

I didn't like the smell of the lobby right when you come in but it could have just been the smell of the pool that was across from the front desk area. I also didn't like how they didn't ask to see see my ID or confirmation number they just asked for my name.

Breakfast is not complimentary but well worth to try it. The food tasted very good and real. We liked the yogurt, vegetable egg and they even have soy milk! The location is great and takes only 10mins driving from the MSP airport. The room was spacious and the AC was cold (which was great).

Close to the airport, the shuttle service was great was on time very friendly informed driver and very clean and excellent service.

Location was perfect, the facilities inmaculate and the looks really good.

In my reservation was selected to have two queen size beds and thats what we paid for but when we have our rooms we didnt get them instead we end up with full wize beds not exactly what we wanted and not pay for.

Friendly and helpful reception staff. Very Comfy Bed. Location great, bus stops right outside to Downtown and Mall of America. Car Hire at Budget just a short walk away. Cycle Hire an REI an even shorter walk away. Shops and Takeaways just across road.

Chlorine type smell around front doors and lobby, possibly due to swimming pool facilities. Superficial issues, such as no skirting in hallway, due to ongoing renovations, which is signposted to guests. Breakfast of limited quality and selection.

Good location. The housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning the room. General atmosphere was great.

Lifts were rather slow and the one dryer in the guest laundry was broken for the entire 10 days I was there.

it was really clean and the room was nice, the staff was super friendly and kind to us. definitely will go back the next time we travel to minneapolis!

The front desk girl who checked us in was very friendly and nice. She had pink hair in case the hotel would like to give her a raise :). The room and pool area were very clean. The be was comfortable. We got a deal on this room and for the price we paid it was very nice. However, if I had paid over $150 a night, I would probably be a little more annoyed by some of the other things we noticed. The hot tub was also very large which isn’t normal any more. We really enjoyed that.

You could hear doors opening and closing very easily at night and early in the morning when I was trying to sleep. The room was also pretty small. It was fine because we were only there one night. If we had been spending more time there it could have been crowded. Our air conditioner made a loud rattling noise when we turned it on late at night. Luckily we didn’t need it. We let the front desk know in the morning and they said they would fix it. None of these issues would deter me from staying there again.

Clean, quiet, amenities were all available.

I wish breakfast was included but it wasn’t expensive and you can purchase the voucher when you check in and they simply add it to your bill which is nice.
