If you're coming to New York City Stay at LlGA Marriott, The Convenience to the City,, Lirr you will be in the City 20 minutes, The Amazing Staff goes above and beyond for there guest, I have Stayed for 8 Weeks and I the Staff always made sure Me and My Family was Well Taking Care of. MY Room Stayed Sppotless do to the amazing Cleaning Staff The Marriot have, Also if you tired and want to dine in the restaurant is aboustly REALLY REALLY GOOD IF I COULD A MILLION 🌟 Stars 🌟 I would Try the STEAK and Poates and Asparagus OMG TO DIR FOR. and they Also have an Amazing Breakfast .... My wife and I liked being close to the airport and having the free shuttle back and forth. We were able to ride to the airport and catch the free busses to catch the subway and get a ride back to the hotel. Very convenient. The free continental breakfast with our package was great as well. Super convenient to get a good breakfast in before heading out for a day in the city. 2 employees that stood out to us were Brandee in the hotel restaurant and Sean the doorman. Both went above and beyond for us and we greatly attributed them to us having a better experience in NYC.

I honestly expected better quality of the hotel as it was Marriot. Most of the light fixtures in the hallways were broken or shattered. Walls did not look that great as well. Lots of damage. Also a few of the employees that worked in the restaurant weren't that great. Language barriers and weren't that attentive.

The hotel was clean and convenient to the airport. The shuttle service was really helpful, they picked us up right at our terminal and dropped us off there once we were ready to leave. The staff were great. We were in for a show, they asked us questions, were interested, very nice to talk to.

The AC wasn't really working the whole time we were there but we managed. We asked about it and they did mention that there was an outage the day we got there but it never really got that cool in our room. That wasn't the fault of anyone there. It's hard to get anywhere too, you have to uber to a train or uber period. Just plan accordingly and you'll be fine.

Phenomenal the young man I think his name Jess. Not sure! But he was soooooo nice & helpful to me and my husband. He made sure we made it back to the hotel by providing assistance from there shuttle drivers. I tip him twice. And the driver he was very nice as well. Front desk everyone was nice. So please I’m a business woman and take pride in what I say or do. Don’t listen to no BAD reviews everything was excellent even the restaurant OMG!!!! The drinks were sooooo delicious. The hotel smell soooo very good! The room and bed was unmatched. And very spacious. Marriot at LaGuardia Airport will forever be my GO TO!!! You ROCK!!!!😃🎉

When I checked in the man a front desk annoyed me and checked in the pilots . Even though I was standing in the line first. Also when I went to dinner at the restaurant, the young Pakistani waitress woman took my drink to get refilled , instead of her bringing it back to me. She stopped at this table to socialize for about 15 minutes. I had to ask the man waiter to get my drink.

I am deaf and I was treated with respect and consideration for my needs. I was suppose to have a private car service take me to the airport, but they had the wrong hotel (as I had changed hotels). The young lady at the reservation was so helpful to call them for me and arrange for the correct hotel pick-up. (I cannot use the phone except for texting). She was wonderful and I am sorry I didn't get her name (She was there at 4:00 a.m on 10/13/24.). So grateful to her.

A last minute booking after a flight cancelation. This hotel was fantastic. Free shuttle to the La Guardia airport, staff were beautiful and engaging, restaurant is open late and priced well. We had the breakfast which was good. After a saga of flight delays and cancelations this hotel was a pleasant end to the day. Staff across all areas of the hotel should be commended for their professionalism and application of basic human skills which we certainly found lacking in some other NY hotels.

Love the location it was five minutes from the airport, and the staff was very friendly and professional.

The room was great but I could tell that there was a pet in the room before. My allergies kicked in when I got there. I had to use my nasal spray and bought a Claritin pill from the kiosk in the lobby. After that, I was great.

The location for an early morning flight was perfect and the staff were just so lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful for our overnight stay. Highly, highly recommended!

Nothing really. If I had to say something the shuttle driver was quite rude but it was 4.15am so maybe he hadn’t had his coffee to start his day (and neither had we!), it didn’t detract from our stay! The shuttle service itself was really efficient and regular.

The breakfast was the only thing I didn't really like. Next time I'll grab something outside the hotel. The price was good but... What I really liked was the staff, the convenience to LaGuardia, and that dinner was served late. Since the pandemic a lot of hotels no longer have a lot of service for food.
