The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The wall mural was cool. Good lighting. Ac worked well. Shower had good pressure. Full wall length mirror was a nice touch. If you dont leave the room youre all set. The Gentleman at the counter was very kind and accommodating.
The toilet seat was only half attached so I was not thrilled to learn that the hard way. Also the wall above the shower had a huge open duct hole with chinese food smell coming from the room next to mine. I lot of homeless hanging out there. Some girl on opiates asked me if I wanted to chill with her and her girl. Hard pass.

Clean and very comfortable. Quiet and peaceful spacious room. Modern room with lots of outlets and lights.
Had a very hard time finding it and went past it twice before seeing the sign for it. Small park area that was pretty icey in some places. Breakfast was just ok. The tv was a bit confusing, too, but I found the instructions on how to use it after we figured it out. The room was updated, but the entrance was not so much.

Good Town Centre, but better trail along The Creek to the lake and of course Destiny Mall.
Safes in both rooms needed unlocking by staff, perhaps cleaners could report locked safes so they could be unlocked prior to occupation. Also no plug for bath, had to borrow from next door to avoid reception seeing me in bathrobe.(not a pretty sight). Finally, needed idiots guide for brilliant TV system showing which remote to use first and then which order to press the buttons?

The decor, the comfort and cleanliness. The location was good as well, just a little over a mile away from my son’s living quarters at the university. The rooms were also very nice.
The open space along the walkway/ Hallway. In the spring/ summer it would be an awesome experience but the winter not so much. Nonetheless it is not enough to discourage me from staying there again during the winter months

Milli at the front desk was amazing and very informational. She offered us information regarding the NYS fair. Milli also provided us with a complementary bottle of wine. Breakfast was quick and easy.
Wifi connectivity could use some work. I had issues connecting my table to the network. I would enhance the WIFI so connections are faster and easier for guests. Parking needs to be extended or enhanced to accommodate guests.

I liked it so much that I went on line Saturday night and extended my stay by two days, so now I guess I'll be getting another survey Tuesday night.
Nothing, really. I've stayed at hotels in this price range in Florida they were in much worse shape. I only fear that should I decide to stay here again next year is that it will have gone downhill because things like breakfast choices are pretty expensive to keep up.

The room is exactly as it's looked in the picture. I didn't expect it because outside it looked stretchy, but as they said, " Never judge a book by the cover" because the room was huge and so clean we love it.
The TV didn't work, and we called the guy who couldn't know how to make it work. My husband ended up fixing it. I hope they can fix it because I guess that 222 room has the same problem all the time. Other than that, nothing else.

The room was updated, clean, and comfortable. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The bath was modern, good hot water, and well stocked. There was ample closet and drawer space for clothes. There was also a desk to work at. The refrigerator was not working (not cold) - but I did not need to use it. Perhaps it just needed to be adjusted for the temp. There was a breakfast each morning. The eggs were good. The hash browns were not. They seemed as if they were cooked in a microwave and then placed in the warmer. There was a waffle maker though - and that was GOLD! I also appreciated the fruit bowls - apples and bananas - and coffee was always on hand and hot.
The style of property is one where doors open to an outdoor hallway. The 1st floor has security bars and key card entry for doors. So it felt safe. However, I think people are less likely to be quiet when in an outdoor space as opposed to an interior hallway like other hotels. Guests were loud with their doors and talking at later night and earlier morning hours.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was small but good. The location was great and there were nice restaurants nearby. The bad reviews we read after making our reservation were not what we experienced.
It would have been nice to have another chair in the room. There wasn't a coffeemaker in the room.

The Hosts, Milli & Sai were exceptional, accommodating, and informative with welcoming smiles. The room was updated & clean. It was quiet, peaceful & comfortable. The breakfast included a variety of fresh & delicious items such as eggs, sausage, hash browns, waffles, cereal, pastries & more.
Parking could use larger lot.
