Staff were really friendly Location was close to the place I was visiting daily, there is a nice block 15 minutes walk away with restaurants, pharmacy, clinics & grocery stores + a nice pond with public tables & chairs It's about 25 minutes walk to the water park and the start of the Governor's park walking trail Fairly quiet room, cool AC, comfortable bed, spacious, clean

Nothing not to like

It was a very nice facility overall and I really liked it and would stay again. But maybe not during the cold weather. Which is rare in Charleston.

The HVAC in the room was not working right to heat the room. Cold weather is rare so I know it's not a priority, but unless I turned it off completely it just blew cold air. I did ask maintenance to check it and they said that was how it was designed.

Good, Eggs were not hot as ilke it cut still good. Prepared sandwiches were good for on-the-go. Wonderful for long walks with your dog with plenty of grassy areas. Next to CreditOne Stadium for a concert stay. Shuttle buses only two blocks away. Front desk staff are very friendly and professional. Super nice and safe gym area. Daniel Island is beautiful with shops and restaurants. Walk to new Catholic Church. No extra fees for parking or pets.

Not waterfront. Warning.... public parking in downtown Charleston is expensive.

Very clean and our room had plenty of space and beds were very comfortable. Have our little dog more space to move around as well.

The area around the location was under a lot of construction and our gps sent us in different dead end directions. It would have been nice if this had been mentioned upon booking. We had to stop and ask someone for an alternate route.

Great location for us, as it was a short walk to the Tennis Tournament. Room was clean, breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially Will, who helped us change rooms after the first night. Would definitely return in the future.

The location was convenient , also the price was good, and the facility was in great shape. also staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was also very good.

I didnt like the use of apps, for having access to turning on services didnt get wifi access to work with my phone or laptop. I didnt want to join any programs.

The hotel was in a great location to be able to quickly get to all of the activities we wanted to go to in and around Charleston. It is located in a quiet area though that was nice for relaxing after a day of activiites. The room was spacious and had everything we would want. Staff were curtious as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location was perfect for our needs. Walking distance to Credit One Stadium and shops. There is even a complimentary shuttle that picks up and drops off for the arena.

Being a 2 queen room, having double sinks would have been nice since we went as a group.

This was the best home 2 I have ever stayed in. The staff was amazing. I felt safe and very comfortable. The rooms are great and beds very comfortable

new employee at desk had trouble checking us in and during our stay a side door wasn’t working but no notice was put on door. Along with several other dog owners thought our keys malfunctioned, got new keys and still couldn’t use the door. When I asked man at front desk he said yeah- door not working. pretty odd because he had just made me new keys after I said I couldn’t get in that side door.
