it was in the perfect location, all the best shops and boutiques. restaurants, coffee, ice cream, almost everything you would want, and all in walking distance and only few minutes from downtown Charles and the Beach, we went to Isle of Palms Beach, we loved it and will definitely stay there again.

The only thing I didn’t like was, when I booked my stay months ago, they sent me a confirmation , that gave me the final price, and it stated what would be charged to my account and it stated includes all fees and taxes, we’ll after I checked in, I noticed my card had been charged 50.00 extra, I called the desk and they told me it was a $25 per day incidental charge and we would get it back, after we checked out and everything was okay, I have never stayed at a hotel and they charge a different price than what was already agreed on and that stated all fees and taxes and they never told me that they were charging me that extra, so waiting to see as of today no $50, dollar fee returned, so just be aware, the extra $25 per day.

The location is excellent especially for those wanting to be in a quiet location but have plenty to do (shopping, movies, food).

The rooms were nice but not WOW. The couch/ bed was alright but not something I would lounge on for hours. The room we initially were assigned was near a sick crying baby. Since we hadn't touched anything I requested that we be moved if possible to another room. We were moved but but to a smaller room with a congested layout. Since we were there fir only one night we just stayed there. We had to be at the surgery center before breakfast was served so went to grocery store to buy something to have fir breakfast. However there was cereal available that they had not mentioned. If I had known that I would gladly eaten cereal.

The staff was DEFINITELY my favorite part of this hotel!! Huge thanks to Ash the iconic and very sweet receptionist who immediately made us feel like more than just friends, but family and welcomed me and my crew with open arms and the sweetest personality! Not only just her, but thank you so much to the amazing bartenders: Parker and Bradlee who both delivered on a fun, passionate attitude! Just incredible people at this hotel. Not only the staff, but the environment here between the other guests too was so vibrant!! The parking garage was perfect and was connected to the hotel! It was free, and also free breakfast and if you’re wanting to try something nice and sweet I definitely recommend “The Parker” at the bar! Truly a one of a kind experience!! I’d give this place an 100/10 if I could!

I just didn't like the fact that booking.com does the booking. I paid in advance one month ahead with my credit card, and paid it off so I wouldn't have to stress. but now booking.com charged my debit card and my credit card it's saying pending my payment. so what happened to the money I already pay???? and since booking.com charged my credit card and my debit card, I had automatic payments pending in my debit card and they were all declined because booking.com charged my debit card also and my credit card .

There must have been an improvement since the negative reviews, because breakfast was great!! The staff was also actively refilling everything as soon as they got low. Plenty of options: yummy French toast, saussage and hamburger, yogurt with toppings, bagels, donuts, eggs two different ways... and more. I just wish they had more tea options! The room was great for our family with 4 kids, we had two queens and a nice, big sleeper sofa.

We had a wonderful experience in Charleston and our stay was here was great. Very clean, comfortable beds, gym was nice, the location was perfect with walking distance to multiple food and shopping selections. Staff was helpful, check in could have been a little more welcoming. Breakfast bar was absolutely amazing to be from a hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

The pool was not clean, the water was freezing and it was very unwelcoming, gave off vibes from a murder movie. Add some color to the walls and throw a few decor in there. This was the only bad part of the hotel, but obviously my child wanted to go but my older kids didn’t because it seemed creepy and not clean.

Location was awesome! Joe was awesome on the phone, Matty was most kind at check-in, Ashley was totally on top of helping us move our room when the toilet was stopped up. The breakfast host was so delightful. Often, those folks can be a bit sullen, but he was kind, helpful, and had a really good attitude!!!

Wellll…the plumbing in our room.. I don’t suppose it could’ve been foreseen, though.

We arrive for breakfast 10minutes prior to closing at 8:50 and the staff was already removing serving utensils and condiments from the area. I had to ask for syrup for my pancakes and silverware was also put away. Lastly, the apple had a fizzle taste to it because it had gone bad. I informed the chef and he instructed a staff member to pour it out.

Great stay overall, breakfast somewhat underwhelming and subpar

The hotel is in a great location with on-site parking. Everything was clean in the room and in good working order.

There was a baseball tournament in town and the parents were letting their kids run around like crazy and didn't seem to care. The bartender was very sweet and told someone who could do something about it.

The location is great, surrounded by lots of retail options and next to a Theatre. The hotel is a very easy drive into historic Charleston.

The a/c control in our room was restrictive and the room temperature was not comfortable. The pool is tiny and when we were there the a/c wasn’t working in the pool room at all.
