The staff was friendly and recommended an amazing steakhouse that delivered right to our room. The room was bigger than any other room we stayed in. There was 2 queen beds, a desk, a recliner, a microwave and fridge stand, a nightstand between the beds, tv armour, and coffee bar and we still had a lot of room to move around. There was a decent sized closet to store luggage and an oversized bathroom. The water pressure in the shower was amazing, and there were plenty of clean towels for our stay. The room was really clean, and the mini fridge was bigger than the average hotel mini fridge. We don't have an electric vehicle but noticed there were plenty of chargers for guests that did. Easy access to and from the interstate.

The laundry room was out of order during our stay.

Breakfast was good. However, no other restaurants close to purchase lunch and dinner. Plus reasons for stay there: shuttle to and from airport, breakfast,close to airport, and pet friendly.

The bathtub needs one more handicap rail on back side of tub. Not enough restaurants close by, had to order for delivery 8 miles away. Maybe Clarion can add a lite dinner to their breakfast area.

We booked this hotel while we were on the road crossing the Midwest. It was a total surprise! Ultra clean, great Customer Service, nice furniture everything was excellent at a very reasonable price. We left some property there by mistake and the manager reached out letting us know and then she mailed it home. We are very pleased ! That’s the way you do business!

We liked everything

Had only 1 sink. I've been at hotels my past visits and each one has 2 sinks. 1 in the bathroom and one outside that bathroom door. Especially when you have family sleeping in one room. Other The swimming pool guests children were playing too rough exile their parents just sits there and sits nothing. I had a 3 year old in there that we couldn't enjoy our swim.

Didn't take advantage of the breakfast. Staff were so helpful retrieving our 2 cats from under the beds before morning checkout. You have some very good ladies working there!

Clock didn't work. Refrigerator kept making ticking noise, had to unplug it for sleeping, plugged it back in before leaving.

Friendly registration staff, clean rooms and accessible hotel.

We arrived at breakfast 10 minutes before closing and the staff was already putting food away. The coffee ran out and was not filled. I understand vendor and staffing issues but this is certainly not the most customer-friendly approach to serving hotel guests breakfast.

The hotel was SO Clean and decorated SO Nicely!!! The staff was very friendly and accommodating! The morning breakfast was delicious!!! It has become our "home away from home!!!" 🤗Thank You

Was a very nice experience even though they were under construction.

Started cleaning breakfast area prior to time given. Should allow a little latitude for guests who get in late to sleep and have breakfast before departure for travelers.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and easy to find

Gap under door, sure is standard but our dog woke us (and sadly sure near neighbors) when kids were running down hall. We stuffed a towel under the door and pretty much solved the issue

Breakfast okay, location was good. Room was clean which I appreciate.

The guests with kids were noisy and early in the morning they were running down the hallway knocking on doors which woke us up. I didn't appreciate this. Our days were long working days. I did ask for a quiet room.
