Nice room, strangely comfy bed...memory foam style

Breakfast promised omlettes made to order, but there was none 'due to maintenance'....both mornings ??? Shower was a nightmare to get water temp right, kept fluctuating from freezing to boiling !

A good base from which to explore Nashville & a good focal point for Uber pick ups & drop offs Beds & room were extremely comfortable

Very expensive, which I suppose is to be expected considering the location ,however being charged $22 per day to park in the hotel car park was excessive & also not mentioned at time of booking, this is only a recent thing as when we stayed here two years ago, parking was free ( as it should be). Paying over $800 for just 3 nights should surely include a parking space (especially as the hotel has a large car park ) Almost all managers & staff have been replaced by non American, first language not English, workers who must be a little more greedy than their predecessors

Upgraded us to a business suite, because I needed an handicap accessible room, and they didn't have one when I booked. Also, the omlet station was wonderful. The lady keeping the buffet filled was very friendly, and asked if we needed anything to let her know. The front desk was very helpful, and called us a taxi. That's how we met Mack. He gave us his business card, and we called him every time. The mini fridge kept everything very cold. The lobby is decorated really cute. We stayed 3 nights. It was very reasonable through Booking.com

Water wasn't very hot sometimes. It could be that everyone were taking showers at those times.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast. Lots of parking.

I had not noted that parking was $20 per night (I'd searched for hotels with free parking). I may have just missed it in the description, but just giving a heads up to other potential guests so they don't miss it, too. Although based on what we heard from our tour guide at the Grand Ole Opry, that sounds like a pretty reasonable fee compared to other parking on/near Broadway. I also wish the hotel decorations that recognize the country music artist would replace some of the repeating photos of the same artist over and over again with some more lesser known but very important artists, including historical artists like DeFord Bailey.

Great hotel in a convenient position for Mid Town and Downtown attractions. Standard of cleanliness very high in lobby area and rooms. Staff are wonderful! Extremely helpful and friendly. Adequate complimentary breakfast and the provision of free coffee and cold beverages was more than generous. A twenty minute fairly easy and safe walk takes you to the Broadway bars, but an Uber can do it in 6 for around $5. All of this at a very competitive rate giving excellent value.

Nothing at all for me to dislike at all.

The whole experience exceeded all expectations. We loved this hotel. All rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The staff were very polite and helpful. The location was a 20 minute walk to Downtown / Broadway, but it was a lovely walk that was always enjoyed. There are many lovely restaurants all within a few minutes walk of the hotel. When we return to Nashville we will stay here again!

Whilst the breakfast was always nice and fresh, we feel here could have been more variety. We stayed for 7 nights and had the same breakfast each day.

This hotel is within walking distance of the bars and restaurants downtown and on Music Row. The Country Music Hall of Fame is 1 mile away, and Losers, The Row, and other places Music Row were 1/2 mile away. It was clean, comfortable, and had a large lobby and breakfast area.

Great location, friendly and welcoming staff. Yummy hot breakfast in the morning. Hot coffee and water in the lobby 24/7 and complimentary massage chairs. Love the Nashville vibe to the decor of the hotel. Loves our stay! Definitely would stay again.

The gym could use a few upgrades. Maybe a rower machine and stair climber? One of the 2 treadmills was broken. Also maybe a few yoga mats for stretching and floor workouts. Jump ropes? Also some cleaning spray and paper towels.

All the little extra touches are impressive. Complementary tea/coffee at reception, massage chairs, afternoon cookies. The breakfast was excellent with omelette station, pancakes, fresh fruit, etc. Good selection. Location was OK. It was a bit of a hike to Broadway but close to a few bars on Demonas... St. (warning to U21. You must be in the bars before 6pm even if you are going to eat. We really struggled with getting in anywhere for food after 6pm).

Expect a hike to Broadway but you did have a few good bars close by eg Tin roof Shampoo /body wash bottles are very small and it's difficult to use.

I had low expectations because "Best Western" is an economy type hotel and I usually pick a more expensive style. I was pleasantly surprised . The staff were friendly and there were extras provided that not only saved money, but made the stay more enjoyable. Grabbing a complimentary Latte in the morning and also the complimentary breakfast. The free massage chairs were a big hit with our group. Location is ok, walking distance to the Gulch but a bit of a hike to Broadway- although still manageable for our group. We did not have children with us ,but there was a games table and foosball table- management thinks of everything.

It would be nice to have a lounge at the hotel but not a deal breaker.
