Location is great, just a few blocks from the White House and the Metro. The room was very nice and recently remodeled, there is construction going on, but the workers do respect the hours set by the hotel. Breakfast (for a fee) was only available through room service since the restaurant was closed due to construction.

The last day we were there the construction workers started too early, at 7am and we had stayed up late the night before. It went on for only a few seconds, it seemed someone must have told them to stop, but it was too late for us, we couldn't go back to sleep.

Its in a college district so I felt safe for sure! Starbucks was in the same block so I used the heck out of them. There is a nice cafe inside that serves food and/or coffee after 5. VERY close to the Lincoln memorial side of the mall. I actually picked it because it is so close to the White House and it didnt disappoint.

No included coffee or breakfast. I knew it going into it so I dont fault them but it would have been nice even for extra money. As always with DC the parking stinks but these guys did fine with it.

The location was perfect, easy walk to monuments and or easy access to Capitol Bikes. The staff was friendly and helpful. They held out bags on our second day so we could continue to site see! They were also very knowledgeable.

There was not much to dislike! It is pay to park and there is no free breakfast, although it was very tasty and there is a Starbucks!

Location is PRIME! Rooms and facility overall is immaculate! For me that’s MOST important! Front desk was fabulous!!! Such a cute hotel!!!

The breakfast was good, but the time didn’t line up with my son’s college so I paid and we missed it! We did have it one day, and although there were few options, the avocado toast was delish!

This is the only hotel I feel like I can sleep in the bed without having my pajamas on my socks! I’m a fanatic about where I sleep, and I usually get grossed out in hotels! I’ve stated some pretty expensive ones and they’re gross! This is impeccable immaculate! My FAV!

It was very hot in DC that week. Even when I turn down temperature on AC, it was still a bit warm at night. Other than that, it was very nice.

Everything is very clean and very new. The location is great, a walking distance from the White House, the Washington monument, the Abraham Lincoln memorial, Martin Luther King's memorial, and about 40 minute walk from all the museums. Breakfast is also great, as it's a mini-starbucks branch which makes the food be basic, but of much higher quality than I expected. Even the TV was a smart TV and we could use Netflix, HBO, and our Amazon Prime video account.

minor things: the water in the pool was cold; the parking is only Valet - we couldn't park ourselves; the bed wasn't very comfortable but maybe it's just me

Location was descent, although the walk from the Foggy Bottom metro station took a bit. Room was nicely appointed and quiet. The bed was great, good for my weeklong stay. All in all, I would probably book this hotel again next year for the same conference in May 2023.

I was disappointed that my packages (ordered from Amazon, after all what do I have an Amazon-Prime account for?) were not pro-actively offered to me when I arrived. I had given as the address for all packages 'my - name, GUEST + dates of stay. I would have thought that the reception would be more pro-active in this. Likewise, the instacart order for my food needs during my stay was bumbled. The fact that my flight (which flight number the hotel knew) was late in arriving at DCA was hardly my fault.

This property was close to the National mall and had store’s conveniently in walking distance. I walked down to the food trucks and brought some food back to the hotel! We watched Netflix and chilled!

The only thing was the parking. There was a lot of space to check in. You had to give your car immediately to the valet.

It’s about a 10-minute walk to the White House, and there are Subway, Starbucks, and convenience stores nearby, which is very convenient. The area feels relatively safe. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a gym.
