We stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely loved it. It’s in a quiet location and about 5 - 10 minutes away from the old town on a motorbike, which can be rented from the property. The room was very clean, and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also amazing. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Hoi An.

So I stumbled across this place as u do and was best decision I could have made the lady running it is super friendly helpful and caring I arrived super early and she gave me water and made me feel at home I checked in the room was super clean bed comfortable amazing air con even had a little balcony hot shower free water refill and bottles everyday the bannana pancakes where huge best I've had I rented bycyle and motorbike for very cheap price location is super good quiet away from the main area but 10 mins on bike and its lovely way to explore it felt like being at home stayed an extra night as I enjoyed it so much was no surpsie they were fully booked if I return to hoi an I 100percent will stay here again family are amazing and the place is beautiful and clean

1000% would recommend, we originally booked staying here 5 nights over new years - we ended up staying over two weeks! This place was perfect, lovely room with the loveliest house keeper who gave fresh towels, water and toiletries every day, such friendly owners aswell. Our room was big, clean with its own bathroom and balcony, super comfy bed. The location was perfect, we were travelling with a bike and there was plenty of parking and hoi an old town was only a scenic 8 minute ride away (walkable if preferred) but peaceful enough to get a good nights sleep away from the nightlife. Wouldn’t think twice about booking here again if I came back to hoi an, we had the best stay 😊

The water pressure of the shower could be a little better! However we were on the top floor so this could be why.

A beautiful accommodation, with lovely people that will make you feel comfortable throughout your entire stay. Both the manager/owner of the villa, as well as the rest of the staff, are welcoming and will help you as much as they can (from planning arrivals and departures or sorting day trips to nearby locations like Da Nang/Ba Na Hills, to scheduling local cooking classes or renting bikes (at an incredible price)). The breakfast included is extremely delicious. Even if you're not a breakfast person, like myself, I at least recommend trying the spring rolls, as well as the banana pancakes. The Villa is situated less than 10 minutes away from the Hoi An centre by bike. These can be rented at a really cheap price for an entire day, reason why we did it on all 3 days while here.

Everything was great, the host and her family were so lovely, they prepare the best banana pancake ever with the Vietnamese coffee Everything is great, the rooms, the service ... we got two scooters from the villa, laundry service, pick up and drop off, as well as many activities, we did a cooking class( suggested by her ), coconut boat and a trip to the market and it was a wonderful experience ( you all should try it ). I'm not exaggerating but the people make the experience better than anything else, i want to thank the hole family for making my stay in Hoi An wonderful 😍 You are a beautiful woman inside and outside, take care of yourself ❤️

Nothing everything was wonderful

Our stay here was great. The price is amazing for what you get, as the rooms are clean, beds are comfy and the balcony is a bonus. The villa is in a less busy part of Hoi A which is great for relaxing, but the owner Thao offers scooter and bicycle rentals that makes the journey only around 15 minutes to the Ancient town. Thao was so helpful, giving us recommendations, organising well-priced taxis to sightseeing spots, and even driving us to restaurants in the evening. We were also invited to have food and drinks with around 30 of her family members which we really appreciated, along with. A traditional show that Thao had a part in creating. Thao really goes the extra mile to make sure you enjoy your stay. We were really happy we stayed here.

Our room was clean and spacious with a Tiny balcony where you can relax. The villa's garden Is very pretty, clean, and well kept, with many areas in which you can Seat and enjoy the shade in a hot Summer day. The hotel Is located out of Hoi An (Just 4 km) in a very pretty and calm Village. the area Is very nice and hushed, I loved to stay here and go to Hoi AN Just for sightseeing avoiding the perpetual tourist crowd. Staff was very kind and nice and the owner was very helpful. The breakfast was good and big.

They can use soap and shampoo dispenser instead of single use pouch.

A beautiful, quiet and comforting place to stay. The owner, Thao is very friendly and accommodating and will help with what you need. Breakfast was delicious and by far the best banana pancakes I’ve had. Rooms have a balcony, fridge, hot water kettle, AC, TV and everything is clean. If you’re looking for a great place to stay with a great price and away from the bustle of the old town, this is the place!! Suitable for solo travelling, couples or groups of friends!

Location is very picturesque. Staff are welcoming, and home cooking was delicious and very convenient and ideal too considering there are no nearby restaurants. Or at least that I noticed. Great if you like a peaceful and quiet location.

No Bolt or Grab service will come to this area. No cars really come down this area, makes it difficult to travel around. Not ideal if you have children or a lot of luggage. As ideally you need to rent a bike. however another taxi service can be arranged by the owner. 1 or 2 days stay would be enough here if you plan on visiting hoi an old town. This is a little bit out of the way.

The hotel, a little outside the city center, offered amazing views and a peaceful atmosphere. The room and the view was very pretty. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, always ensuring we were comfortable. As vegans, we were thrilled with the special breakfasts they prepared for us every day, including delicious vegan banana pancakes. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this place 100%!
