We stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely loved it. It’s in a quiet location and about 5 - 10 minutes away from the old town on a motorbike, which can be rented from the property. The room was very clean, and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also amazing. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Hoi An.

Quite simply one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. There is a charm and elegance to the building and its setting, with spacious public areas and a broad stairway. The rooms are light, airy and spotlessly clean and have everything you could reasonably expect for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The internet is excellent. (I streamed a couple of live football games without a problem.) The breakfast is good and freshly prepared once you’ve ordered it. It can be enjoyed in one of several places, indoors or out, including a lovely wooden picnic table next to a small fish pond. However, what really makes this place special are the people who run it. The owners and staff are extremely helpful and friendly. During my stay, I was twice invited to family parties, which were an absolute joy. You can hire bicycles or scooters at very good rates. Cam Kim is perfect for easy-going cycling (it’s very flat and most roads are very quiet.) I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Chi Thanh Villa and very much hope to return there and stay even longer. Recommendations don’t come higher!

I have stayed at this lovely hotel on two occasions now, once as a solo traveller and again with my partner. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone, the rooms are large and immaculately clean and the owners are so welcoming. The hotel is located on a quiet island 8 minutes motorcycle drive from Hoi An old town, there is a local population on the island and this means there is a peaceful, community feel to your stay. You can hire push bikes and motorbikes from the hotel at a good price. The breakfast is also very nice! We look forward to staying here again ☺️

We originally booked the room for five days but decided to stay longer. The owner of the hotel is very sweet and helpful. We mentioned wanting to prolong our stay last minute and she was very accommodating. The included breakfast was very good, with different options you could choose from. The only downside is that the main town is a bit far, but a quick grab or bike ride will do the trick. We stayed in the Deluxe Twin Rooms. The room was very nice and spacious, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and there was a small balcony to relax and sit. The location is quiet and not too touristy which is a nice break from the bustling town. All in all it was a very nice stay, a very clean establishment with a very welcoming host.

If you "have to" use the other, main bridge by car, distance is around 7 km to the center of Hoi An.

This was my second visit to Chi Thanh Villa and for good reason. It is quite simply the best place I’ve stayed in Vietnam. The rooms are spacious, airy, comfortable and spotlessly clean. There is plenty of cupboard / wardrobe / storage space. The beds are big and comfy. The towels and linen are fresh. The air con is good and almost silent. Fans are also available. There are fridges and kettles. Some of the rooms have balconies. There are modern flat-screen TVs and very good WiFi. The bathrooms are large and clean. There is hot water and the water pressure is fine. Breakfast is included. There is a good choice and the food is freshly prepared to order. The owner and her staff are helpful, friendly and efficient. Although this is a family run hotel, it is very professionally managed. For me, the location is perfect. Cam Kim is a quiet island, perfect for walking and cycling, yet also within a fifteen minutes ride of Hoi An Old Town. Accommodation of this quality for this price represents extremely good value for money. I cannot recommend Chi Thanh Villa too highly. I very much hope to stay there again.

So I stumbled across this place as u do and was best decision I could have made the lady running it is super friendly helpful and caring I arrived super early and she gave me water and made me feel at home I checked in the room was super clean bed comfortable amazing air con even had a little balcony hot shower free water refill and bottles everyday the bannana pancakes where huge best I've had I rented bycyle and motorbike for very cheap price location is super good quiet away from the main area but 10 mins on bike and its lovely way to explore it felt like being at home stayed an extra night as I enjoyed it so much was no surpsie they were fully booked if I return to hoi an I 100percent will stay here again family are amazing and the place is beautiful and clean

Homestay is located in a quiet area, just 10-15 minutes by moped to the center of Hoi An, and there's a cafe nearby. The property has parking, a shared kitchen fully equipped for cooking which guests can use, and a small shared terrace. Our stay included breakfast, which is served à la carte – the selection is great, and the dishes and drinks are delicious. Our room was spacious enough, clean, with a comfortable soft bed and its own balcony. The hosts are friendly and sweet, and they really try to make time for each guest. I will definitely return here again!

1000% would recommend, we originally booked staying here 5 nights over new years - we ended up staying over two weeks! This place was perfect, lovely room with the loveliest house keeper who gave fresh towels, water and toiletries every day, such friendly owners aswell. Our room was big, clean with its own bathroom and balcony, super comfy bed. The location was perfect, we were travelling with a bike and there was plenty of parking and hoi an old town was only a scenic 8 minute ride away (walkable if preferred) but peaceful enough to get a good nights sleep away from the nightlife. Wouldn’t think twice about booking here again if I came back to hoi an, we had the best stay 😊

The water pressure of the shower could be a little better! However we were on the top floor so this could be why.

A beautiful accommodation, with lovely people that will make you feel comfortable throughout your entire stay. Both the manager/owner of the villa, as well as the rest of the staff, are welcoming and will help you as much as they can (from planning arrivals and departures or sorting day trips to nearby locations like Da Nang/Ba Na Hills, to scheduling local cooking classes or renting bikes (at an incredible price)). The breakfast included is extremely delicious. Even if you're not a breakfast person, like myself, I at least recommend trying the spring rolls, as well as the banana pancakes. The Villa is situated less than 10 minutes away from the Hoi An centre by bike. These can be rented at a really cheap price for an entire day, reason why we did it on all 3 days while here.
