This hidden gem is located on the island away from the hustle and noise of Hoi An old city. It is easy to walk in though, or get a Grab or use one of the free bicycles from Coco Island. We opted to hire a scooter over our stay, which was super easy and arranged through Thien. Speaking of Thien, he and his wife Ming do an amazing job of running the place very efficiently and always with a smile. We had a small problem on our first night which was promptly followed up and a solution offered, which we appreciated a lot. They and the staff are super friendly and do everything to ensure you are comfortable and happy. The breakfasts are excellent and every day you have a choice as to what you can enjoy. We tried most of the options and they were all delicious. I have some dietary requirements but Thien and Ming went out their way to ensure I was generously catered for. Again, very appreciated! We enjoyed returning each afternoon/evening after a day of adventure and sightseeing to their friendly faces and then a swim in the gorgeous pool on the property.

The location was perfect- 4 km from Old town so not noisy. The staff were all amazing especially Lan who was always willing to assist me with booking tours & Grab transport to Old town. Room was clean & spacious. There was a choice of breakfast menu which was always served with a fresh variety of fruits. I would recommend this small hotel to anyone who travels to Hoi-An. Thank you so much for making my stay so enjoyable.

I wish there was a lift as at times found difficulty walking to my level. But, I still had a great stay in this hotel.

We were absolutely blown away by this place. We loved staying here, so we actually extended our stay for a whole week. The staff (Lan, the owner and the others) were super helpful and supported us with everything. Lan was always there to help us with booking different tickets for sights, transport, etc. She did everything she could to make our stay wonderful and comfortable. The other staff were also lovely, always kind and ready to help, smiling at us. :) The pool is gorgeous and clean, the plants around are a big plus for me as I love plants. We absolutely adored everything at this Homestay. The pool, garden, our room, everything was perfect. We would definitely stay here again in the future and can recommend it to anyone who likes a relaxed, natural, beautiful place to stay. :) We could rent the motorcycle, do our laundry, get beers from the place as well. Everything was at a very reasonable price and the breakfast was delicious and plenty. I guess we could stay here forever. Thank you Coco Island Villa Homestay. We will be back some time. :)

The property itself and all the facilities were amazing! We had rooms with a joining door and the rooms were beautifully clean and maintained daily and the balconies overlooked both the back of the property and the pool! Breakfast was lovely and made fresh every day! The towels smelt amazing and we had laundry done whilst we were there which also came back smelling fabulous! The staff are so lovely and friendly, especially the receptionist Lan. The pool was perfect for a cool off!! Just a little piece of paradise!!

The property was a little further out from the main hustle and bustle of Hoi An but taxis are so cheap and you can rent mopeds and the hotel also offers free motorbikes so it ended up being perfect staying further away from the main area!

The best place we stayed in Vietnam! Nice and big room and the balcony had a lovely view. The pool was great and Lan was so lovely. Breakfast every day was fantastic, plenty of choices with fresh fruit, great coffee and banana pancakes. There were also free bikes to use, would definitely recommend taking these to cycle to the beach and vegetable village. Location was about a 30/40 minute walk from the ancient town or a shorter cycle and we found this perfect as it was nice to be somewhere a bit quieter, the area is lovely and the locals are all very friendly too!

Everything was amazing! The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean. I didn’t eat the breakfast because I’m vegan but my boyfriend said it was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large with good shower pressure. The location was peaceful and away from the noise and crowds of the old town. The most amazing thing was that the staff helped us deliver my boyfriend’s gift for his mom that we left at the hotel after we arrived at the airport. Thank you so much!!

They could have offered vegan options for breakfast, but it wasn’t a big deal because I just went out to eat or ordered Grab.

Tram is an absolute Wonder Woman ! From the second we arrived we were greeted with a massive smile and warm welcome. Tram took care of absolutely everything - she arranged mopeds immediately, she booked any show or excursion for us which made our holiday extra relaxing know this was taken care of. You’ll fine Tram not only greeting the guests, doing check ins, being concierge and even the chef for our lovely morning breakfasts. The property was very clean the rooms were lovely and spacious and it was a little slice of heaven outside the hustle and bustle of Hoi an main village.

It was one of the best stays in Vietnam ever! It was better than I expected. Villa is very cozy and nice looking. Rooms are large and very clean. Great room-view. Really nice and clean swimming-pool. Perfect relax area! The host family is very kind, responsive and helps a lot. You also can rent motorbikes and buy tours right here. Keep in mind: all tourist attractions kinda far away. If you can’t ride a motorbike it could be very inconvenient for you.

A laundry is calculated per piece. In a regular Laundromat the price is per kilogram, but they won't wash your underwear.

This is the best hotel we’ve stayed in across our trip! Our host Tram is the loveliest and we felt emotional saying goodbye! We were travelling with my parents and she went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Breakfast was so good, anything you choose will be delicious! Tram was very helpful with suggesting a tailors, cooking class and taxi to our next destination (all were great) and when my mum was ill one day she was really sweet making her lunch. The hotel rooms are big, great air con/fan with all the facilities you’d need and beautiful balconies. The pool is so nice surrounded by lots of flowers. It was nice to not be on the main area in Hoi An which gets quite busy and the hotel is only a short bike ride or taxi away. I hope we can stay again one day!

We had a really wonderful stay at the villa. With a long trip ahead and behind us this was the perfect place to rest. The location is a good walk from Hoi An maybe 40 minutes but 10 by motorbike, and that was great for us as you are in a calm area and not near the city. The room was super clean and very spacious with a balcony and all the commodities.The bed was large and very comfy. Tram was so welcoming and friendly, she gave us good tips and best places to eat, we felt at home. Also you can have your laundry done, and you can rent a motorbike or use the bikes. The breakfast is included with a very large choice and it was very good. This was the first time we had a nice bike. One of our best stays in Vietnam so far. Thank you!
