We absolutely love this little hotel. It was exactly like the picture. We had a room on the top floor over looking a family garden and the village. The view is wonderful with a very generous breeze in the afternoon. The pool area is just lovely surrounded by beautiful flowers. The breakfast is outstanding. Lots of variety and we think they serve one of the best Pho in Hoi An. The bicycles are new and very nice to ride. There is a new restaurant right beside the hotel with a small menu but very tasty. There is also a convenience store across the road that sells lots of items even wine. The owners are very kind people and we love all the staff. But a special Thank you to Thuy for always having a smile and helping me with my Vietnamese. We love this place so much we are staying 4 more days.

This place is adorable and comfortable. It's very small (less than 12 rooms, I think) and family-run, but the staff take excellent care of you. The best part was the pool area because it has so many lovely plants and flowers. We also liked that our room overlooked some farms and fields and was very peaceful in a rural way. The staff made great individualized breakfast each day and were so helpful with booking tours and giving directions. There are free bikes with baskets to use.

We were a little caught off guard by how small and homestay-like the place was. It's not a bad thing, but somehow from the pictures, we expected a much bigger resort. The biggest disappointment though was that it was a bit further from the old town than we expected. We used the free bikes, but we were unaccustomed to riding bikes so far and were too sore after the first day to use them again. It was also a little scary riding into town due to the traffic speeding by. We did try walking once, but it was not a pleasant experience. A few kilometers away from the old town doesn't seem like a big deal until you're hot and tired or sore from not being used to riding a bike. Luckily we used the GRAB app and paid a few dollars to go in to old town and back to Coco Island Villa.

I really enjoyed my 6 day stay at Coco Island Villa. It was exceptional value for money. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the balcony inviting. Tien and Minh were gracious accommodating hosts and Mai could not have been more helpful, even to the point of texting me after I left to make sure I was happy and to thank me for being there. They were all just lovely. I intended to use the pool which was very clean but the weather was not quite warm enough. The location was both a positive and a negative (the only negative). From a positive perspective it was quiet and almost rural. The pictures posted are of the room, the balcony, the pool, and outside my back window.

As I noted above location was a negative as well as a positive. The Villa is quite some distance out of town, about 4 kms. Transport in terms of taxi or moto was sometimes difficult to access. They do provide bicycles for free and while I used them quite extensively, they are not always appropriate, eg: if going out for dinner. Also there are few cafes or restaurants nearby

Best stay in over a month. Best bed, best shower, quiet location. Shop next door is great for most things including cold beer and best priced wine we have found. Only the local wine but it is ok at 85vnd or just under £3. Staff are outstanding. It is 30 Min walk to main town but nice street to walk. When you get back it's a relief to get the peace. Take the free bike to town only 10 Min. We cycled to an bang beach and around area. This whole area is beautiful .chill out by the pool after breakfast then later walk or cycle to town to our fav place to eat - pass the boats on the left to the wooden bridge, turn left with river on left and bars on right past the Irish pub till road bends to the right and then on the left a line of tables in a kind of market cover. .second table, lady to left of Me Son. Awesome and different choice at great value compared to town

Nothing. Unless you want to be closer to the town, but we came for 2 days and stayed 4 as we felt we really recharged our batteries as it were from the ,,'rigors' of travelling.

From getting out of the taxi and smelling the jasmine to checking out,it has been the most amazing stay,the staff are just outstanding and can't do enough to help,you are amongst real Vietnamese people who always greet you with a friendly hello and smile,the rooms are spacious and very clean and a beautiful pool area to relax by,breakfast is wonderful,freshly cooked for you when you arrive down in the morning,highly reccomend you stay,we will definitely come back

Our experience in Coco Island Villa was beyond my expectation. The hotel was peaceful and relaxing, we really enjoyed the fresh air when we woke up in the morning and walked down the hotel and village nearby. The room was very clean and comfortable. Their breakfast was pretty delicious with a variety of Vietnamese and western food. The staff was so amazing that we felt like we were at home when staying there. We even extended our stay 2 more nights. I will definitely come back to Coco Island Villa for my next trip to Hoi An.

The place are in the very quiet place, remotely from the main attractions and crowds. We reached the center on foots and come back at night - felt ourselves very safe and it didn't make us tired. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast - very simple, but tasty. The room, pool area, all premises were very clean, and nicely decorated. The pool was always clean.

Beautiful big rooms, peaceful, very comfy beds, beautiful garden and such lovely staff. It's an easy flat 30 minute to walk into the main town, we enjoyed seeing local life, but taxis are cheap. They organised transport for us to BaNa hills. Nothing was too much trouble. Thuy is a fabulous young lady, always a greeting a smile and a giggle. We loved her.

Generally a very nice small hotell. Looks and feels comfortable and cosy in rooms and outside. Good breakfast. Despite beeing out of centrum it is a good resturant right next door and a convinient store right by. Good place for staying for several days and relax if you are visiting more than one town. They secured our motorbikes inside the property at night.

this was by far the best accommodation we’ve had in over 3 months traveling. huge clean rooms, beautiful gardens and pool, free bikes, the BEST breakfasts! but by far the best thing are the staff and owner - they are all so kind, helpful and smiley. we cannot wait to return. incredible.
