Rare that front desk agents and housekeepers are this personable, unusually kind, and sincere. I had an amazing stay. My room was clean and tidy. On days that I didn't want cleaning, my room attendant always made sure I had towels and that trash was taken away. My room overlooked the pool and a beautiful tree coming into bloom. The area was quiet, just like I wanted, but easily accessible to the center of Hoi An in a 5 minute taxi ride. There were also convenience stores nearby that I could walk to or take one of the hotel's bikes.

Kindness of woman at front desk.

Front desk lady wasn’t always there. I’ve stayed here multiple times before pandemic 2 years ago and it was top notch — everything from breakfast to the cleanliness of the room to the surrounding landscapes. Could be cause of tough times but they seemed to let things slide a bit & my room felt dilapidated and service and cleanliness has slipped.

The staff were amicable and helpful. They tried their best to make my stay less horrible. The water pressure and temperature was good.

It wasn’t as advertised in the photos. It was advertised as a villa or hotel but I was placed to stay in a room in a family home where a family with toddlers were living in. I detest false advertisement as I would’ve chosen another hotel had I known what i signed up for. The design of the shower doesn’t make logical sense. There isn’t a door to prevent water from splashing all over the place. I slipped and fell because of that. The wooden platform where the water drains is broken. The shower head was broken and only the rain shower option works. Some toiletries were not replenished or missing. The room was stuffy and reeks of a stale, damp smell. The staff did exchange my room to the proper villa room albeit for 1 day as rooms were full.
