We had a wonderful stay here. The view from our room was absolutely stunning and one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommend this place!

The check-in process was quite slow—we ended up waiting nearly two hours after our arrival, as the staff repeatedly told us the room wasn’t ready. It felt like a frustrating waste of time.

The property is well located. Each morning we woke up to an amaizng view of Sapa. The rooms were well maintained and very clean. The staff was very cordial and helpful. Mr Louis and his team was very accommodating. They are friendly and extends their help each and every time.

Lovely hotel in a great location. The views were simply breath taking. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. It's up in the mountains so the whole resort is on a steep hillside. Most of the rooms are accessible by courtesy buggy ride, sadly ours was not and required a climb up a long steep stair case. If you have mobility problems check before you book.

The breakfast was nice but many choices ran out and were not replenished, you missed out if you didn't get there early. We ate dinner in the restaurant one night choosing a mixture of local and western dishes between 11 of us, in general we found all of the dishes disappointing.

The resort is beautiful. Its near to Cat Cat Vilage and also Sun Plaza. The room is neat with beautiful scenery. You can call buggy service if you want to go to main counter, restaurant, swimming pool and spa. We had massage session during our stay. It was relaxing, especially after you had walk the whole day in Fansipan and Cat Cat Village. The staffs are friendly and very helpful. We were assisted by Sarah and Louis on our last day. The buggy drivers were friendly also. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

On check in day, we noticed the door lock was faulty. We had to wait for a while before the technician came and fix our door.

This stunning hotel is comprised of several well-appointed cabins ranged on a steep mountainside with breathtaking views of the Fansipan hills and Cat Cat village deep in the valley, 10 minutes' walk from Sapa. The rooms (including the loo!) have expansive windows to fully capture the grandeur. The gardens and grounds are meticulously maintained, while staff use golf carts to ferry guests from their cabins to a drop-off point near town where there are many dining options. The staff were obliging and friendly, and we were able to contact them by WhatsApp. This is a superb choice for a restful mountain break and jumping off point for the gorgeous wilderness of northern Vietnam.

The breakfast is perfunctory, while the resort facilities were limited to a pool, small gym and masseurs on call. When we were there, we were unlucky enough to experience a short power outage (which affected the whole area) but the staff kept us informed throughout.

The location and scenery from this hotel are amazing, right on the side of the mountain overlooking the town and rice fields. From the lobby, dining area, and pool to the room, the whole place just looks and feels very tranquil. Alongside with the views, it feels almost magical being here, just like the photos shown. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The room was nice and spacious.

The downside is that the bed is too firm, so sleeping comfortably was hard. Also, the food for breakfast and off the menu could be improved, the taste and quality of the food was average, nothing great.

One of the most beautiful locations I have ever stayed. The staff are lovely and so helpful. The accommodation exceeded my expectations.

The breakfast often ran out of fruit (groups would take large amounts) and the staff did not replenish it for other people.

We liked the location as the views were beautiful, we knew it would be out of the main town but that was good for us. Plenty of local coffee and eating places nearby.

We felt the breakfast could have offered the choice of fresh fruit and yoghurt. Unfortunately we didn’t find the coffee drinkable it was cold even though it was sitting on a hot plate My husband asked for an omelette but they didn’t know what it was which we found strange as we’d had it in cafes around Vietnam.

This was a beautiful resort especially the room we chose. Great amenities, mind blowing views (even from the bathroom) and a very comfortable room. The hotel let my husband (who wasn't well) check in around 10.30 am instead of 1 or 2 pm, which was very generous of them.

The lobby is pretty average (it doesn't do justice to the resort) and the way to the property would get blocked because of construction every few hours, so one had to walk to the property.

Very nice hotel. Beautiful setting and scenery. A great place to stay as long as you want to be out of the town centre and don't mind the lack of spa facilities.

We stayed here because we heard sapa town was not very nice and so we wanted to be on the outskirts. However when we arrived, we actually realised we quite liked Sapa town, so we would probably stay closer to the centre if we came back. We also felt that for the price there were other hotels that offered better facilities, especially spa facilities which were lacking here. In particular the outdoor pool, though very scenic, is unheated and so completely useless in the cool weather this time of year.
