Small but comfortable room. Everything you needed. Very clean and well maintained. Location excellent. Good to have the parking on site; however getting your vehicle in and parked somewhat challenging.

Room a/c was set at 21 degrees C. This was toooo! cold for us. We were unable to alter.

The place is beautiful but in need of a renovation in many areas & updating the incidental policy by taking a pre auth & not actually charging ones credit card.

Shower. My friend and I have mobility issues, shower would have been better if it was walk in.

Excellent locations for what we needed, very clean room , room service quick, very comfortable bed, excellent wifi , easy check in with a small issue but sorted.

Got a bit concerned when checking in the lady advised no room in the car park , but did not offer a other locations, the second staff member a male at the the desk advised that there is plenty of room as majority of guest had checked out All front desk staff should be aware of the hotel facilities and capacity, this allows guest like me to have a smooth check in with no stress also they need to be aware of alternative solutions if needed eg: car park, Breakfast was good but can be better with the addition of a omelette station.

Location of facilities. The friendly staff who went above and beyond to arrange car parking for me due to the size of my vehicle. Felt like royalty. Thank you so much.

I initially planned to book directly but chose to go through an agency because the price was not matched. Additionally, the $1.00 breakfast offer was unavailable at the time of booking. However, before my arrival, I received an email stating that the offer was available—but only for direct bookings. Had these deals been communicated earlier or the room rate matched, I would have booked directly.

Location was excellent. Easy walking distance to theatre, restaurants , museum etc. Tram and bus stops close by. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good quality. We were able to store our luggage prior to check in. Room was quiet and could open window. We didn't use pool but checked it out one evening. Open roof so no smell.pf chlorine. Nothing. Rooms are a little old fashioned , but just as presented on website. Price was excellent value for location

The room was a great size. Has a window you can open for fresh air. Lifts were smooth and fast. The gym was really well equipped and the pool was nice. Could definitely do with a spa though. The iced water at reception was always a welcomed sight! Staff were friendly and helpful.

The shower leaks onto the floor if you aren't careful with the angle of the shower head. The room door is quite heavy to open and it closes into you if you aren't ready for it. Other than that, it's a great place to stay!

Plesant stay, good to have happy hour in the bar area. Close to most things.

It is a little aged but still very pleasant

Comfortable bed, clean room, good range of amenities and excellent location to conference and near-by markets/shops. Room service was very good as the chef was able to easily accommodate for dietary needs without any hint of reservation, which is refreshing and another example of customer/public service which is what truly matters at the end.

Although some have commented the facility is dated etc, the hotel is still well maintained and served by excellent staff and other attributes of a great hotel accommodation.

The breakfast bar should have been a day long open feature. I believe there was enough traffic in the hotel and foot traffic on the pavement to keep it busy. Silly to send people to alternative venues all day if they didn't want an Argentinian steak etc
