The facilities were well kept and staff were alwats around to help if needed. The BW van drivers were also very helpful with info and storing of bags. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold foods to choose from. By far the BEST breakfasts wev had on our travels so far. It also has gyest laundry, pool and gym. Well done team!

Location was close to the airport as advertised but not close to shopping centres if you are wanting to suss out local goods for keepsakes. In saying that there was a small lot of shops 5 mins walk away from accom for groceries if needed. Ubers are about $15 AD to Broadmeadows shopping centre/mall. We could hear guests coming and going during the night as bags were dragged along the concrete path outside our door, maybe matting would suppress noise.

Stayed here after a late flight. Location was close to airport, room was big, bed was comfy! Everything clean and terrific. The ability to call room service after a big travel day was so great and the wagyu beef burger was honestly heavenly - so so good! Came very quickly too! Could black out the room when needed to sleep! Breakfast was an added bonus. Bacon, eggs, cereals all the usuals!

I did get questioned 3 different times by 3 different people at breakfast for my room number and felt as if they thought I shouldn’t be there or something. Made me feel a little self conscious.

The room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom roomy which is lovely. I was dropping my daughter at the airport and coming back. One of the staff suggested we catch the shuttle to and from the airport which saved a lot of hassle. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The restaurant is great - food lovely.

There was a (I assume) a resident grinding something all afternoon across the other side of the road - my room was opposite what looked like permanent cabins. It was dreadfully loud, and we couldn't rest. He did stop about 5ish thank goodness. I needed to wait half an hour for the shuttle to return to the motel which I hadn't been warned. I was cold and it was 10pm at night so a heads up there would have been nice, I could have waited inside the terminal.

Quick check-in. Accommodated us with free early check-in. Free airport shuttle, our driver was amazing! Clean and comfortable connecting rooms. Coffee out the machine was really nice. Lady on reception was very helpful, didn’t catch her name but she had lovely long red nails if that helps! Prices to stay here were very reasonable, as was our evening meals.

Complex could do with updating in places, but like said, it was very clean and comfortable, just needs modernising. Breakfast choices could be better and also, option of eggs, not just scrambled would be great.

Convenient location for overnight stay between flights, and the free shuttle bus was good. Our room was comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed. For convenience we ate in the restaurant; helpful staff, and very good meal, much better than expected for a small, motel-like hotel. One of the best pasta dishes I have had for ages. Happy hour drinks made it a good value evening.

The impression given by the listing and photos was of a larger garden where we envisaged sitting out. There are some shabby picnic tables but no comfortable outdoor seating or bar terrace, which was disappointing. Bar area is a bit hostel-like. However, still good value and did the job.

For a budget hotel it exceeded my expectations. The free hotel shuttle was great and convenient and available 24 hours. Rooms were older style but clean and comfortable. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. It was a basic buffet but offered more than enough which inc hot foots scrambled eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, sausages, baked beans, mushrooms and tomato. Toast station, cereal station with fruit and yoghurt, fresh juices and cold meat station. Boiled, Poached or fried eggs were cooked upon request. Check in was streamlined. Onsite restaurant hours looked accommodating. So many staff around to assist.

Nothing, albeit if you wanted other options for food there wasn't anything within walking distance.

I loved how fancy the room looked with all the lighting options and the way the room was laid out was cool. I didn't get to see much of anywhere else as we only stayed 1 night.

The bed was quiet uncomfortable to sleep on in my opinion, I was 6 months pregnant and found that I kept waking up in pain and discomfort which was unfortunate as we had to wake up at 3am for our flight so a broken sleep sucked. I also didn't really like the fact that food options were so far away and that the only food options was fish and chips or IGA pretty much as anything else was closed, that was a 9 ish minute walk The walk was nice enjoyable but the lack of options around the hotel for having so little money was a little bit annoying.

Loved the rooms. So clean and spacious. Pool was awesome for an evening swim. The restaurant was by far the best place we ate in the 2 weeks we were in Melbourne (massive compliments to the chef/s). We were so happy to finish our last night eating great food! Not one complaint from my whole family of 11! It was also awesome that they had a shuttle to take us all to the airport at 4am

The driver who took us to the airport needs to have some driving lessons. I was actually scared being in the car with her. She was foreign (maybe Phillipines) but wasn't overly friendly (she was helpful though).

It’s close to the airport which is great. The place is quiet and the staff were pretty nice. I had a double booking mistake for two rooms and was getting really frustrated. The guy at the reception was really nice and calmly granted access to one of the rooms while I contacted booking.com to sort out the issue. I later got a refund for the second room which was kind as my booking was non refundable☺️

I had missed my flight and the stay was sort of unplanned- the room had no toothbrush and body lotion. I would have appreciated that☺️
