Tucked away, quiet, but in a great location in vibrant Subiaco. Clean, spacious room, comfy bed.

Restaurant had great views, lovely light, and airy rooftop space.Sadly the .breakfast was very poor and expensive.Tasteless scrambled eggs, lukewarm soggy rye bread. The side order of grilled tomatoes was one half of a small tomato, $4 extra from memory! Sickly sweet granola dish with some sort of fruit yoghurt that was supposed to be coconut, and hardly any fruit. Plastic pots of cheap preserves. Plenty of great breakfast options nearby on Rokeby Road.

Perfect location literally next to metro station Subiaco. Modern and well maintained hotel. Excellent breakfast which is worth every Aussie Dollar to be included into the booking.

Staff was kidding us (tourists) in regard of the view from our room. They pretended to offer a city view but in fact the room faced the opposite direction. Despite the relatively high price parking is not included in the room rate. On the downside street parking is almost impossible in this area. Seems that the hotel deliberately generates extra money through the parking situation.

(1) Its location is great - less than 5 min walk to Subiaco Train Station and Subiaco Square where there are Coles, Target (supermakets), restaurants and eateries. It is along a side road of Hay Street where all the shopping, pubs, Regal Theatre are located. You can even walked down to the other end of Hay Street to reach the up market shopping strip. (2) Daily housekeeping was provided upon request which was great for long stay. The room facilities were good with strong water pressure, individual room air conditioning, very comfortable beds and big rooms. (3) The front desk staff were very helpful to our queries about parking, surrounding attractions and even providing free umbrella in rainy days

(1) Expensive underground parking (AUD25 /day). Although there were public parking lots just outside the side door of the hotel, we need to wake up early (before 8am) to pay the parking fees and there was no guarantee of lots available. The hotel should include a parking lot in its room rate as a service since travelling by car is so common in Australia. (2) On the first night, the hotel staff forgot to add an extra bed & towels to 1 of our rooms although we paid for 3 pax during booking. Only upon my enquiry on the next morning, then they added the extra bed. This made us felt "short-changed" and what if we didn't ask?

very pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. Having lived in Perth metro area most of my life I thought I knew Subiaco well & as we now live in the South West, a 3 hour drive, we were quite amazed of the transformation regarding the presence of this lovely Hotel which has been needed for a long time. The room was large, the bed was comfortable & the bathroom facilities were more than adequate. The TV worked, & the whole room was very clean & tidy. The views were nice & the hotel was perfectly situated for our show at the Regal theatre. Handy for restaurants & cafes. Parking was easy - we were advised of the local street parking areas as well as the underground carpark.

Only one small problem that could be easily fixed was that the shower tended to leak which meant that there was a puddle outside the stall which ran into the drain under the sink area. It didn't bother us but it could be a slip hazard for an older person.

Location was great, just a short walk to the theatre, pubs and restaurants room was spacious, bed comfy and roof top bar really good Breakfast was delicious and the location looking out of the city was very special

Reception staff were easily confused and provided miss information at times - for example, I booked two rooms and we separated them so the couple in the other room could pay independently - we all booked the breakfast offer, but all the cost went on one room, which took a while to sort out. When we arrived home from show, we asked if upstairs bar was open, was told it would be if there are still people in the bar area - so we went up there were people there, but we were told bar closes at 10 pm - so communication and knowledge was lacking

Rooftop restaurant with superb views of Perth in the distance. Staff were helpful in all regards. Rooms on the higher floors are spacious with nice amenities and nice view. Bathroom facilities had lots of hot water and good water pressure. 24 hour access to parking available in basement at extra cost. Location is in the heart of Subiaco with lots of good restos nearby. Two major supermarkets, pharmacies and numerous other shops for just about anything you would need within 5-10 minute walk, 10 minute drive to the beach - 10 minute drive into the city of Perth. Bit on the expensive side but highly recommended, especially for solo business travelers.

Fabulous hotel, big comfy bed and great vale for money if breakfast is included. However, breakfast service is shocking. No idea what is going on in the kitchen but we waited an hour for our food to arrive. The lady on the next table waited 50mins for yoghurt and granola! Admittedly we were told it was busy and that there would be a delay with food. However, it wasn’t that busy and the delay is unacceptable. We weren’t pressed for time so although an inconvenience it didn’t impact us but no good if you’re here on business and tied to time. No apology for the excessive delay which we experienced on both days of our visit. On the plus, reception staff are lovely.

Excellent breakfast with an amazing view. Our comments about customer service on the first day were taken seriously and we had excellent service after that. Staff was amazing. The location is great, walkable to great pubs and restaurants. Bed was comfortable, lots of hot water and towels and great housekeeping staff.

We stayed three nights and asked three times to have the shower looked at as it didn’t drain properly and every shower resulted in a flooded floor which had to mopped up. (Housekeeping brought 6 bath towels per day at our request). We asked for a late checkout and were given until noon which was kind. At 12:01 exactly as we were departing the room, the phone rang and the desk clerk asked when we were leaving. It felt like we got the bums rush.

Vibe Subiaco is just really great hotel. Lovely and new. The room was perfect for our stay. I loved the O&M products in the bathroom. The view at breakfast was amazing and the restaurant and breaky were great. Could not fault this hotel. We actually added an extra night because we liked it so much.

My only one negative was how my booking was handled when I wanted to extend our stay. Not a big issue but when I tried to book with using my genius rate I felt the reception staff didn’t trust the rate I was telling them I could get, and made me hand over my phone so they could check that I wasn’t lying about it. A little embarrassing but it all checked out in the end and they matched the rate. As a single parent I’m just trying to get the best rate so we could make this extra stay happen. Thank you.

Very clean, modern. Lovely pool area with towels provided. The rooftop restaurant/bar provides a great view. We had a room with 2 double beds and it was very spacious. Coffee machine. The included breakfast option was very nice . It is pick off the menu style not buffet. So not ideal for children. There was no children’s menu.

The bar only opens at 4pm so no option to purchase a drink if sitting near the pool. But this is a common Perth hotel kind of thing to expect. So not isolated to just this hotel. No children’s breakfast menu.
