I travel ALL the time in the US and Internationally. What I LOVED about this hotel was that it was VERY reasonably priced, and because I was there for one night to attend a conference it was PERFECT. I checked in after day 1 of the conference after 6pm and then checked out that morning to attend the second day at 9am. I didn't WANT to spend a lot of money for things in a hotel that I did not plan on using (i.e, gym, pool, business center, concierge, etc.). I wanted a CLEAN BED, HOT SHOWER, ODOR FREE, QUIET ROOM , WITH ZERO RODENTS or ROACHES! I got ALL that and some delicious coffee the next morning. There was a Waffle House a stone's throw away from the door but I was in a rush, so I opted to buy a honey bun from the vending machine instead and microwave that. AWESOME! The hotel is close to the freeway and the staff were PHENOMENAL.

Very convenient being next to the interstate. After my other hotel booking in the area sold the room from under me to someone else and didn’t bother to tell me till 11 pm when I got there. I was able to book the room at this Super 8, 5 minutes before I arrive there making it very convenient.

No fridge microwave in the room, but there was a communal one in the first floor

Ice machine wasn’t working, and I requested a smoking room. Was told there wasn’t any but when I walked going outside to smoke all I smelt was smoke in the hallway

Double bed, clean sheets/towels, working AC, piping coffee, breakfast muffins.

Staff is slow to crawl, waiting time, high deposit practice, no check out receipt.

Affordable, close to the park, right beside waffle house, close to Charlotte, quiet, comfortable, great price

Walls were a little dirty, toilets need multiple flushes every time

Some of the staff were not helpful and cleaning staff was loud and construction outside of the hotel was very loud all night digging

It was OK it was clean except for.

the rug was dirty and the mattresses were very hard. I was watching the front lady and I feel like she wrote down my credit card number and I'm watching my account.

The property was well kept and looked decent.

The first room we were given ended up having roaches (2nd floor) so they gave us another room which was adequate enough for us in the meantime.

I booked online and one of the reasons why I booked was because of the continental breakfast. they have not had breakfast in almost 3 years but still advertised as they did. a little disappointed but overall it was ok

Near waffle house for breakfast checked in easy and fast the guy was really nice

Carpet in room needed cleaned but it was only a night to sleep and go so nothing major
