Room was clean. Staff very nice. Bed comfortable. Nice pool. We stay here every time we come to Chico.

I wish there was a microwave in the room. It would be nice to be able to heat up leftovers to save on the food bill while vacationing. The hot tub was so intensely hot that we could not use it. I was afraid a child would jump in and get scalded. The restaurant isn't so great, and it is too expensive for the less than mediocre quality of food. (My quesadilas we drowning in grease.) Shampoo and conditioner in shower dispensers are always empty every time we come, but that's not a big deal. I brought my own. It would be nice if they would check on those when they prepare a room. This sounds like a lot of negativity, but the overall experience is definitely positive. We will be back.

The room was nice, but for some reason our room was missing a microwave. Staff was very friendly and constantly cleaning. Bar was nice and it was nice that it was a fully stocked bar. I did have to teach the bar tender how to make a gin martini with a lemon twist, though.

I wished I had known ahead of Time that the continental breakfast, although it looked like your typical free breakfast was not free and I ended up paying $27 for a mediocre breakfast. I would’ve preferred to go out and have a better made breakfast at a restaurant. Had I known ahead of time that they were going to charge for the breakfast.

Everything was great minus that the bed felt it may be in need of replacing soon.

The bed was very worn in and the bartender input my order wrong. I asked for the truffle pizza with sausage. I even repeat myself. Then when he brought it out there was no sausage. He assured me I did not say it but made an attempt to fix it. The fix was to cook sausage then throw it on my pizza. Also I've ordered that pie here before and they put about 3 times the amount of cheese on it.

The room was small but it was clean and comfortable. The first receptionist that welcomed us was really nice, the second one when we returned from the graduation was unpleasant. No smile or greeting and she seemed bothered to be there.

I think the breakfast area should be open later as a lot of travelers like to sleep in after a long drive/flight. Maybe just coffee and muffins/fruit in the breakfast area after closing would be nice. Thank You

The hotel was fine. Basic rooms that were clean and secure. We were there for a Chico State orientation, and the hotel met our needs, although it isn't walking distance to the school. The bar/restaurant has quite a few beers on tap, and the salad I had was as expected. The gym was decent, and my daughter liked the hot tub.

The rooms are dark and the hallways are a bit dank. Feels like a remodeled Holiday Inn.

Great staff at reception (I always enjoy and anticipate my chocolate chip cookies). Hotel is always very clean and staff is attentive. Lobby, lounge and dining room are very inviting and one of the nicest in town. I really appreciated the large walk in shower. At a certain age getting into a bath tub shower can be tricky. Bathrooms are very well appointed with quality shower items

I got an incredible bargain on my reservation (significantly less than I did a few months ago) so I'm not complaining. However I did not realize that a few of the rooms at the end of the hall are smaller than the regular rooms. I was traveling alone and it was not a major issue, but I would have appreciated a larger space if I had been staying longer.

Mostly, the staff. Everyone greeted us with tender concern and even accommodated us for a second night, AND at the height of the chaos from the Thompson fire. We were very appreciative!

There were no music options in your YOUTUBE feature. We would have greatly benefitted from access to some music channels, with even the most basic selections: Classical, Jazz, Ambience, etc. It would provide a nice background for stressed travelers unwinding from the road or, in our case, a couple of seriously distressed evacuees.

We loved the cleanliness and freshness and how spacious the lobby was .

Pls update your bar hours because they were wrong for Sunday, check your elevator sign because it says the bar closes at 11pm but they closes at 9pm on Sunday. Pls read your notes when booking because I requested extra towels and we did not receive any extra towels plus we were 4 guests in one room and they only provided us with 2 towels for the 4 of us and therefore we had to go out of our way to go get more towels downstairs. Pls ensure you fix this issue so I can come again.

Liked the addition of Crabtree products or going back to offering all Crabtree line of products in room. Front desk staff was excellent, courteous, welcoming, cheerful. We arrived during an electrical storm and Power went out just as she took her name. She remained calm, friendly, handled situation like a pro, checking on our comfort & concerns, while she dealt with whole down system’s situation in the dark and other guests with situations that were arising because of lack of power and it being night time.

Did like tv options. Live TV did not have enough options. Very limited offerings. Couldn’t watch normal live tv programs I soils watch at home. Frustrating.

Free EV car chargers, which weren't listed in the amenities list. Fitness room well stocked. Nice pool and spa. On site restaurant and bar with good quality food, breakfast either buffet or order off a menu. Very quiet room, heard nothing from other rooms or hallways.

Homeless camp right down the street. Lots of warning signs in the parking lot about not responsible for car break-ins or thefts.
