This hotel is super clean and very nice! We loved our room as it was large and very comfortable. Unfortunately the staff at the front desk while checking in and checking out were super rude. Both women upon check in and checking out were so cold and incredibly short. I had to ask about parking and the one that checked us in gave us the weekend times for breakfast when we were there on a weekday so we missed it. Then the woman at check out gave me some long speech about how they don’t have FREE coffee after 9am and now I had to pay for it. When all I asked was coffee over along with breakfast. I would have loved the stay at this hotel but the staff was so rude I’m not sure I would go back. Really unfortunate cause our favorite restaurant is right across the street!

We have stayed at this Hyatt a couple of times. Easy and quick check-in. A clean and well stocked hotel. Located in a clean and safe part of East Lansing. Many restaurants and shopping near.

The only thing we don't like about the rooms are the sliding glass doors on the bathroom. They are hard to latch and not great when you take kids along. Turning on a bathroom light makes the whole hotel room light up because of the glass door. Also, while the breakfast was always good, it does seem to lack variety.

Loved the lights that lit the ramp up next to the property. Loved the salt water pool. The breakfast was fantastic and had gluten free options for myself and my wife. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean. Very pleased with the location-next to great restaurants and shopping-within walking distance. Parking structure attached for secure parking. It was great.

I did it like that the parking ramp was $10 per night-only because it wasn't advertised before we got there. It was still nice to use the parking ramp, but for the price of the room, I think the parking should be included prior to check in.

Property was beautiful! Breakfast was very good! Room was lovely. Location was wonderful!

When I checked out Sunday around 830am the young woman at the front was MISERABLE! Didn't smile...didn't ask me if I enjoyed my stay...looked completely uninterested in me or anyone else...didn't smile..NEVER even looked at me! Looked like she HATED being there! NOT impressed! It's a good thing your hotel is lovely and located well otherwise I will WALK across to the Fairfield!!

We were told at checkin that there was an additional $10 parking fee. Caught us by surprise. Didn’t see anything on the website about that. We found out the next morning, we could have parked in the shopping parking lot across the street for free. I felt a little bit like we were tricked into the extra $10 fee I wish the price of the hotel would be increased by the $10 instead of catching us by surprise at the time of check in. Cost would be the same but wouldn’t be caught off guard.

I read a bad review and almost didn't book here. I'm so glad I took the chance. Sure, there are expensive waters in your room, but there is water offered at breakfast as well as drinking fountains. Speaking of, the breakfast was satisfactory for the style, higher quality than other hotels "free" breakfasts. While sad there was no hot tub, the saltwater pool was quite nice and the gym looked quality.

The property was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The staff was always kind, friendly and eager to help. The parking garage was very convenient and it was great that breakfast was included.

The eggs for the breakfast buffet were the powdered kind and while I know they are easier to prepare, in light of knowing just how bad processed food is, I think real eggs are always the better option.

Great location! Close to restaurants, Walmart, the mall. All walking distance or a short 1 min car ride. Very convenient with kids. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was delicious!

The pool. Lots of complaints. Sadly I would’ve went down with my two year old but I heard the humidity and the chlorine smell and how chlorine quantity was unbelievable. They could only swim for about 15 minutes . This would be my only complaint and it would be the perfect hotel if this was worked on

Very nice and clean. Breakfast was included in the price and it was varied to accommodate different tastes, including gluten free bread.

I wish hotel prices per night were a bit less expensive. They only do house keeping every other day.. Whereas I understand about being conscious of environmental impact, I'm not sure why prices are still so high per night considering the hotel is now saving money on staff and cleaning etc.

Staff was wonderful!

Was supposed to have a ada shower chair due to a broken foot. Was guaranteed via phone (while booking and after) that there would be one in room and if not in room one would be provided. Upon check in was told there should he a shower chair in room. Once in room there was no chair and none in the hotel.
