We were extremely fortunate to find that hotel. The front desk Deanna welcomed us and accommodated to a suite last year when we were visiting Saratoga for this trip in June. Upon arrival we met David who is friendly and professional, then met extremely hard and helpful housekeeper’s manager Tammy who helped us with minor issues. Robin breakfast lady is very helpful and friendly hard working person. And of course last but not least we met this year again with Deanna who helped us to book another trip for 4 of July. Staff were super helpful very friendly and accommodating ! Free Shuttle to area attractions - concerts- horse races etc was a super nice bonus - location was good and price was very reasonable- Room was large and refrigerator was larger than usual for small hotel size -

Hotel is older and could benefit from upgrades- only available entrance was front door although there were other entrances- The other entrances had notes on them to use the front - This made access to hotel a challenge with side parking- Not sure what the reason was- The breakfast was ok- there had been many reviews saying how good it was- The choices for keto diet were not plentiful- It would be nice to add some shredded cheese and vegetable options and or salsa to add to the egg mix. We had a problem with our room key and staff were very helpful but it occurred again the next morning, Water pressure was very low and only 2 washcloths were in room for a 2 night stay for 2 people.

We were there to see a show at SPAC and it was perfect! They had a shuttle to take us to/from (KEN!). It was clean, modern, convenient. Rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. Beds great. There is a bar, free breakfast and its centrally located. We planned to walk to SPAC (about 3/4 miles) but didnt need to bc of shuttle. The hotel is on a very busy road, but we were told you could walk mainly through the parking lots - however didnt test so cannot confirm. Property is very close to downtown 'Toga and Springs.

The room was bigger than we expected, everything was clean and fresh, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were comfortable, there was no noise. Ahh. Relaxing by the outdoor pool, nothing beats that. The "continental" breakfast was fabulous. The staff were very pleasant. It is close enough to everything in Saratoga Springs but a couple minutes away so there is parking and no noise. THIS IS my go to place to stay every time I'm in Saratoga Springs going forward.

There is nothing I didn't like. Ok, yeah, it's not a 5 star hotel but that's fine, we didn't want that or pay for that. We simply loved it for what it is.

I saw that the price was lower than what I had booked. The staff immediately adjusted the price, however it was only a partial adjustment. But I appreciated that they took action.

As mentioned above, the price adjustment was partial, and I was told that the staff on duty the next morning would be in a position to complete the adjustment. The next morning, however, they told me that the price could not be lowered any further since I had a booking.com reservation. I think there was a difference of $20-30, and that was the amount I overpaid.

We were in town for a concert. If you are planning on doing so, this is the place. They offer a shuttle service to SPAC so saves you the hassle of parking and there is a continental breakfast as well.

Rooms are decent and basic. Our in room fridge was apparently turned up too high and froze some food/veggies we had. Be sure to check that. Room definitely had some wear and tear but was overall clean.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff. The free shuttle to points of interest including concerts to and from SPAC was a huge plus

Struggled to get maid service, was supposed to happen every other day. Had to make multiple requests to get the room cleaned. Nightly price was high, but we were there for a concert and the hotel was in high demand

everything so so clean and the staff was awesome our room was a suite and gorgeous overlooking the pool. breakfast was great, and they even had fresh fruit and different choices of bagels from NY, not frozen Lenders. our dog had plenty of places to walk in a very beautiful yard and field. we could hear the music from the SPAC at night by pool. almost forgot, our bed was so comfy.

We used the services of the cheerful shuttle driver a few times each day. That made our stay at the hotel very convenient. The staff were friendly and nice!

We only got one towel to start; which was rectified by the end of the day. Breakfast staff folks were lovely, but the breakfast choices were mediocre. Hard to find healthy choices.

The staff was super friendly and the free shuttle to SPAC was an unexpected bonus.

Our shower was very leaky and the bed sagged in the middle a bit, and we definitely paid high season pricing due to the SPAC shows and racing season. But overall the hotel was clean and staff was friendly and working really hard to keep everything running smoothly.
